The best Indian food in Santa Fe and an awesome lunch spot. They offer a great buffet everyday at a very good price (under $20) with different dishes throughout the week. The staff and service are amazing. It's a quaint and quiet spot one block from the busy square.

...if I lived closer to Santa Fe I would be a regular here. The lunch buffet was incredible, especially the butter chicken - flavors of all dishes were perfect. Didn't even have enough room to try everything. I felt bad since I've never gotten naan for a buffet, wasn't expecting it and couldn't finish it but it was so fresh and awesome too. Rice pudding was a nice dessert, they also had a mango pudding I think? But anyways, well worth a visit!

Good food. Courteous staff Extremely affordable lunch Only blemish is parking but that would be for all surrounding restaurants in downtown Santa Fe

India food in Santa Fe? Why Not! Nice romantic dinner where Wife and I ate a bit of everything and give it big thumbs up.

Crispy opener with flavorful sauces--the green has a cilantro, garlic spiciness to it and the other is a onion and tamarind sweet sauce.

I was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in and allowed to pick my own table. My server was nice and showed me how they handle the boils as it relates to prices and what comes with the boils. They have some premade combos or create your own. I created my own. The flavor options were limited to two and 3 spice levels. None of the boil bags came with boiled eggs as this was not an option on their menu at all. I was quite sad about that as most seafood boil places offer eggs. The lemons were not included but instead were a side option unless you wanted the small complimentary side of them. When the food was brought out, there was only one clear bag it was held in which caused the oil and sauce to later seep through the bag and get on my table. The crab leg clusters were plentiful as well as the muscles. I only wish you could get less than a pound of crab leg clusters and less than a pound of other options instead of being forced into picking a pound. All in all, not a bad place for this seafood boil connoisseur. It was a little more on the pricey side compared to what I would pay at other places.

It was my first experience with shrimp scampi and so many Tex Mex flavors. Sadly we moved from Colorado to Michigan and those yearly trips ended. In 2012 when my youngest was graduating high school, I decided to "go back home" and we traveled from Michigan to California for her senior trip. Unfortunately so much had changed EXCEPT for the exceptional food at the Pink Adobe! Not much beyond the pricing has changed as it is still in the same pink Adobe building. My shrimp scampi and other delicious items we ordered was the only experience from my childhood that stood the test of time! Mama Rosalea's menu has many of the old standards plus some newer menu items that retain the special touch of the current chef. It was beyond remarkable! From the stellar servers who treat you like family to the "comida deliciosa" it took me back decades to how both service and restaurant food was before! EXCELLENTE! The Pink Adobe isn't cheap but worth EVERY PENNY, while so much of Santa Fe has changed since the 70s with commercialization and invasion of the hipsters? It was wonderful to see at least here, things are still very much old school! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ps: if you can find "Cooking with a Silver Spoon" on eBay BUY it! It's a serving of the Pink Adobe 's best recipes so you can make them at home too!

Tasted bland and weird, frankly. My guest's dishes were also marginal at best. The worst was, based on a picture on Yelp of their "Rosalee's Apple Pie", I decided to order one for the table. What was served was probably the worst example of a small apple tart in a ceramic dish owith weak vanilla ice cream. Not pie. Not even close. I told the server and showed him the picture. He just shrugged and said, "yeah the menu is different now". This thing was $18, I handed it back to the server and said we weren't going to eat it and to please remove from the tab. Surprise, surprise, he did NOT remove from the tab. After not being able to get the server's attention, I gave up. Bad form. Pass Pass Pass

We also loved the chicken thigh skewers, which were flavorful and tender without being fatty, served with a beautiful yogurt smudge on the plate. The grilled eggplant with capers and manchego was another favorite, and the jamón croquettes were crisp, savory perfection. Creative food, thoughtful service, and a warm Santa Fe atmosphere. Originally, we had a reservation for 6:30 p.m., but after spending the afternoon exploring the galleries nearby, we happened to pass the restaurant around 5:00 and thought we would simply ask if there was any chance of being seated a bit earlier. We fully understood that the answer might be no. A simple, gracious "We're unable to accommodate you before your reservation time" would have been perfectly reasonable. Instead, our interaction with the owner left us feeling genuinely unwelcome. When I asked whether she would simply prefer that we return at our reserved time, her response was something to the effect of, "Your reservation is at 6:30, but I'm trying to find you a table, so you'll have to wait, okay?" The tone was unnecessarily dismissive and condescending. It was surprising, especially considering we had approached with nothing more than a polite question. What made the experience more difficult was watching the owner interact warmly and graciously with every other party that walked through the door. As a young lesbian couple, we couldn't help but wonder whether we had been judged before we were even given the opportunity to sit down. Perhaps that wasn't the case, but perception matters, and unfortunately that was how the interaction made us feel. Once we were seated, however, the rest of the staff was wonderful. Our server and the team throughout the evening were attentive, professional, and genuinely hospitable. They provided the level of service one hopes for in a restaurant of this caliber, and they deserve recognition for making the dining experience enjoyable despite our initial interaction. The food itself was exceptional. Every dish beautifully honored traditional Vietnamese flavors while presenting them with remarkable elegance and refinement. The balance, depth of flavor, and meticulous presentation were all outstanding. From a culinary perspective alone, this is unquestionably a five-star restaurant. It is precisely because the food is so extraordinary that our initial experience with the owner was such a disappointment. Hospitality is every bit as important as cuisine. Fine dining is about creating an experience where guests feel welcomed, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Food has an incredible ability to nourish not only the body but also the spirit, and the energy with which it is served inevitably becomes part of the meal itself. I sincerely hope the owner reflects on the way guests are welcomed. Kindness costs nothing, and we never truly know what someone else may be carrying with them that day. This restaurant has all the makings of a truly exceptional dining destination. With warmth that matches the caliber of its cuisine, it would be unforgettable.

We were warmly greeted and we're happy. It was on the quiet side since they weren't busy yet. By the time we left, it was busy! We really enjoyed our server, Paris. He was warm and seemed to take a general interest in us. I shared my concerns with him that my pallet doesn't tolerate much spicy. He at all. He assured me there would be no problem in accommodating that. He started us off with a complementary prickly pear & lemonade drink which we loved! He also provided a complementary appetizer which was very unique and made out of avocado and mascarpone and some other items I don't remember. Why I didn't love it, I did enjoy hasting something so unique and different. We started with the best cornbread I've ever had that shaped like a cob of corn with three different kinds of butters. The cornbread is $12 and worth it! Next came the Caesar salad wrapped in some kind of egg roll wrapper and topped with an anchovy mixture. We split it so we each got two rolls which was plenty. We very much enjoyed the flavors in the salad. Don ordered the Wagyu short rib with polenta. While we don't love polenta, this was tasty and complemented the beef nicely. Don said this was the best short rib he ever had. I wish I had a picture of how they presented it. When they took the lid off, there was a lovely steam cloud and it smelled wonderful. I had scallops with each one placed beautifully on top of of really interesting wild rice and finished with toasted coconut. The pineapple salsa and the Hoja Santa Fe Oil were placed in small rounds in the middle of the dish because they had some kick to them. What was especially impressive, is the gentleman who brought out my meal leaned over and said that the Chef wanted to let me know that the two items in the small dishes had heat to them, but I was encouraged to give them a try for the full flavor. Impressive! I was able to enjoy the pineapple salsa, but the oil was a little too spicy for me, but I'm glad I tried it.
