We like this place! Received delivery orders and they've been correct so far. We tried a lot of different dishes and they were all delicious. Naan is pretty good, kinda small so you might want more than one order. We also didn't have enough rice to go around with only what came with our entrees. Pakora is very tasty. I have my favorite, but I know so many are struggling right now, and I always love trying a new place out- which lead me here! It was a rough day, and all I wanted was comfort food & chill this evening. I wanted to turn my negative into someone else's positive, so I chose this entity for the cuisine I was craving, in lieu of my usual, trusted favorite. I am NOT disappointed! In fact, this may have become my new favorite! For some very specific reasons. First- the cost is totally on par with competitors. I found the same delectable dishes at market price- and this was a delivery order, so I was very impressed it showed up PIPING HOT! (Very well packaged, as well!) I was about to be slightly annoyed that the sheesh-kabob platter seemed slightly "less"... the reason being: there was actually much less filler! And that is a GOOD thing! I could see they actually gave me the full serving of meat, and didn't try to cram 3 entire sliced & sautéed onions in to fill the remainder! Epic!!! I get it- lamb is expensive, so I only get to splurge on this favorite so often, and getting the full serving for the price point is seriously all one asks for! My absolutely favorite is the palak paneer paired with fresh naan. This did not disappoint! Adequate portion, especially for the naan! (It almost seems to be a double order because it is so fresh & fluffy!) So, I was even more thrilled to see this entity offered their dessert menu as an option! (My go-to does not, and that was a severe disappointment because I love trying NEW, especially different & cultural dishes!) There were several to choose from, here. And I went with the kheer. It is fantastic! Granted, I don't eat it the traditional way- I let it cool so it has more of a "thick" or "chunky" consistency. But, I love it, and it is quite the unique refresher after indulging in all the spices. It would be tough to choose between... but I gotta give this one the credit for the fantastic experience via delivery, competitive cost & offering the after-palate delicacies. Oh, and everything I ordered & ate was just flat out GOOD! It also doesn't hurt that they offer a very minimal delivery fee- less than you actually would pay for a pizza delivery. Another Indian restaurant that offers lunch AND dinner buffet!? I'm in curry heaven! They offer some flamin' hot deals here for both lunch and dinner which includes mango lassi and chai tea. The buffet had a good variety of items. Some dishes I remember at the dinner buffet were goat curry, chicken curry, chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, aloo gobi, tandoori chicken, and dal. There's also an area with salad, soup, and what appeared to be some chaat. For dessert there was kheer, mango pudding, and carrot halwa. You will also get freshly baked naan brought to your table, your choice of garlic or plain. We got the garlic naan and it was tasty! It went well with the other buffet items. The mango lassi was a nice balance of creamy and tangy flavors. As for the spice level, you won't need to channel Johnny Storm to Flame On, for the dishes at the buffet here ranged from mild to maybe medium. The decor is quite an improvement over the last business here which was Pitalicious. It looks like they've done quite a bit of remodeling to turn this space into a beautifully designed spot. Since moving to Chandler I've bounced around a few different Indian places in my delivery area looking for that one spot that can supply top notch renditions of my favorite Indian dishes. A year later, I think I've found that spot in India's Flame! In the past month-and-a-half, I've ordered delivery from India's Flame 2 or 3 times now. The stand out dishes I've gotten from here are the Lamb Vindaloo and the Mushroom Matar. The lamb in the vindaloo is some of the most tender meat that my mouth has ever had the joy of experiencing. And the mushroom matar? I can barely describe it. I love mushrooms and the folks at India's Flame have paired sliced mushrooms with a deeply rich, complex, and flavorful gravy. There's a hint of some flavor imparting booze, and a deep buttery finish. It's heaven. Being the basic white person I am, the other favorites from this place are the chicken tikka masala (so buttery... **drool noises**), garlic naan, basamati rice (which they supply in ample portions with your order, thanks for that!) and the samosas. I've never had anything missing form my order, never felt like I was skimped on the meat in any of the gravy-based dishes, and never felt like something was soggy, overcooked, or under-loved when it was being made. Everything always arrives carefully packaged to prevent spillage, hot, and delicious. Oh, and when you ask for spicy... they give you spicy. I have nothing but respect for a place that doesn't coddle its customers with spice levels. I ask for spice, and my mouth BURNS they way it should. I've had nothing but satisfying meals from India's Flame, and I would be proud to call them my neighborhood go-to for my favorite Indian Dishes. This is a great place to eat Indian food. I typically go to the Sunday buffet. Food is consistently great and the people there are very friendly and helpful. I have become friends with a waiter there name Deve. He always stops and chats with me as do others that work there. I have been going to this restaurant for several years. It was recently remodeled and it looks great. It is always well kept and the food is delicious . It is usually pretty busy at around 1:00. The staff is very attentive and the food is replenished quickly. It is family owned and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. I have on occasions had dinner there too. The menu offers a great selection on vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. It is definitely worth checking out! They do take out as well. read more

I met a friend here for dinner and I forgot that I had already ordered from here a couple of years ago. While it isn't the best I've had, it wasn't bad. I didn't get enough meat in my dish for the price which was the first disappointing item. We also felt forgotten many times as the employees continued to walk past us several times. Two of the employees didn't seem to know what was going on, maybe they're new? Either way, our server was nice and I do like supporting local. I wish there was a dinner buffet, I'd love that a lot. Their lunch buffet was set up which looked fresh and appetizing as well. My order was ready on time with no issues in the food, however I do wish the entrees were labeled and it was missing utensils for everyone. The food itself was all well flavored and huge portions! I get the meal and everything is good. However if I order two for me and and a friend, they will only send the same amount of rice as if I orders just for me. The food is delicious either way.
