    Lunch Buffet

The food was great! My wife and I had the lunch buffet and were very pleased with the selection. It came with naan and all the main fixings were included. Arguably one of the the best if not the best Tikka Masala in Fresno. Beats the Indian restaurants in north Fresno and Clovis as well. Truly a hidden gem!

Service here was good. We were greeted soon entrance and immediately shown the menu. The food here is so good. They make everything fresh in the kitchen. We had an outdoor seating which was great because the weather was nice.

This place is one of my favorite Indian food places in town. The staff is just okay, but the food is tasty and the atmosphere is very related. A friend and I went here on a Saturday afternoon and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. I notice a lot of people ordering to-go, but we weren't in any rush. We ordered the butter chicken, saag paneer, and garlic naan. Everything was wonderful. We had a medium heat and it was perfect. The saag is super flavorful with a lovely thick curry sauce. The butter chicken was spicy, tasty, and just the right about of heat to make us want to eat it all. The naan has wonderful notes of garlic and herb on warm bread. Just yummy. All in all, this is one of my favorite go-to relaxed casual places to great some good Indian food.

Been coming to this specific location at least every 2-3 months for the last 3 years. Beyond impressive how consistent their food is I've never had to take a plate back because it was the wrong order or not good. Go to is the butter chicken, shae paneer, peas pealof, and or course the garlic naan

The food is excellent! I used to come back in the day for their lunch buffet however, they have done away with that post Covid. I love the pakora, samosas, korma dishes and butter chicken. Their sizzling chicken tikka is like the Mexican fajitas of India but so much more flavor, I just love the taste of chicken cooked in the tandoor. The naan is also fluffy and warm, just delicious. There's so much to try on the menu so little time! Looking forward to my next visit.

It was lunch time and my colleague suggested Indian food and wholeheartedly agreed, and being close by was an added benefit. Service is always good and today was on exception, being somewhat familiar with the menu shorten our selection and conversations ensued. It didn't take long before our orders arrived and she remembered who ordered what! (not a fan of server not knowing) after a few pictures we started on our journey to India by way of this delicious ensemble of lamb, Naan and refreshing beer. We both like our lamb on the spicy/hot side and we were not disappointed at all, with a little bit of nose-run we devoured our orders and savored the flavors of the day. If you're in the area do yourselves a favor and stop by, I'm sure you'll enjoy the restaurant as much as I...enjoy

chicken filled naan on the left and straight garlic on the right. Yummy!

Still one of my all time favorite places to eat. Sure, only one person understands English and the rest of them look like a herd of deers caught in the headlights, but they do a darn good job of putting out QUALITY food that is cooked fresh. The naan is some of the better in the area. Today I tried the chicken filled and the garlic. Delish. The chicken Karachi was both a bit spicy and delicious... The meal was enhanced only by looking out the window at my new Lexus! lol The Indian Bollywood videos are kind of sad with their culture mimicking the worst part of America's hip hop music culture. Same moves, same hallow backgrounds, similar hip hop and overly proud gestures and imagery. A choreographed box of debasement looping over and over and over. Very similar to others around the world caught up in the same shallow nonsense. Anyway, despite the LOUD music, the service was good even if the server didn't even know what "NO straw" means. I enjoyed the food and as is frequently the case, wanted to thank everybody and appreciate them. Let them all know that somebody did. As I was exiting the restroom the kitchen door was open so I stuck my head back there to verbalize those sentiments. It was a shocking 'immigrant galley salve scene' back there with about 20 'deers in the headlights' staring at me as they worked not understanding a word I was saying! lol The restaurant was not busy so one wonders why so many were slaving away and under what conditions they are put to work there.... Oh well! The temp of the restaurant was perfect. It's roomy and the big windows provided the perfect backdrop to see my....uh, never mind! :) All in all, a nice late lunch without feeling claustrophobic or worrying about a side of Covid being comped! That's always good! -G

We came right when then opened and the server sat us right away. She gave us excellent service throughout our dining and came to check up on us and give us refills without us asking. We were there for two hours and they did not rush us. 5/5 for service. For the food, we ordered butter chicken, tikka masala, saag paneer, garlic naan, onion naan. The best items IMO were the butter chicken and onion naan. The onion naan was addictive tasty! So much caramelized onion stuffed in the naan. If you really love onions, you'll love this naan. Butter chicken was creamy and super flavorful as with most curry Indian dishes I've tried. The only disappointing dish was the saag paneer. I tried it at the other location in the tower district and it was delicious but this location, for whatever reason, was not hurting the spot. I found it bland and not as creamy as the other location. I'd probably give that dish a 3/5. Chicken tikka was average. I've tried better. I don't know if I personally would come back to this location but I would recommend trying it if you want to try a different Indian restaurant. It's pretty good. If I did come back, I would be reordering the onion naan and butter chicken forsure. Their mango lassi was also delicious!! Would definitely recommend that drink as well. Lastly their samosas were the only ones I've tried and loved thus far. I usually don't like samosas but the way they made it so big, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, was sooo good. The flavor of spices also was not so "in your face" like other samosas I've tried. I appreciated the toned down flavor. Would recommend. Overall, excellent service and delicious food.

We came here on a week night and the food was delicious. We ordered the chicken tikka instead of the chicken tikka masala and the the tikka was very tender, well seasoned, and had some great veggies (onions, garlic, and bell peppers mainly). We also ordered the chicken curry medium spicy, and it was still kind of spicy but well flavored. We also ordered the garlic naan, a side of rice, and samosas. All were good and the price reasonable, about $50 total including tip. Not bad for the food we got, which was pretty generous portions and everything was great. There are only like 4-5 booths and for some reason I didn't see any middle tables like normal. The service was great and friendly too. However...The bathroom was also a bit dingy and should be cleaned more but overall I was satisfied with the food and would definitely return.

I used to eat at the buffet here regularly before the pandemic. There's no longer a buffet here, but I came back recently for lunch. The chicken korma and plain naan were just about perfect. For the price, though, the serving size was quite small, especially compared to the relative sizes of my friends' dishes. I also asked for it medium spicy, and it was not the least bit spicy. I have some dining adjustments to make should I return.

So glad there is a parking lot right next to the restaurant since parking is Tower can be a challenge. Was seated in a comfy booth and our server was immediately attentive, getting drinks and seeing if we had any questions. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and garlic naan. They were beautifully presented and I was given ample naan so I could share which was really nice. The sauce was spiced so perfectly. I can't put my finger on what all was in it, but whatever the blend was gave it a unique but delicious flavor. The chicken was tender and cooked just right. I wish it were a little closer to me distance wise, but definitely worth the trek!

First time I've ever ran to Yelp to review!…read more First point and most important... WHY is everyone talking about the prices? Not only is this on par for Indian food. It's a lot more affordable than other restaurants. $5 for three Samosas? That's a killer appetizer for cheap! And they're good--some places put way too much seasoning on the outside. The menu: A lot more variety, and compared to other Indian restaurants the menu is easy to navigate and very Anglicized for newcomers to Indian food. The food: I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich(I had seen the tikka roll on Yelps ig) and I got the tandoori sandwich but I am not complaining that was amazing and I didn't even know it came with fries. Butter chicken was medium and it was perfectly creamy, slightly spicy, soooo much sauce which is perfect because I dipped my sandwich AND samosas in there. I am so stuffed and I have food left for days(which is great bc if I love anything more than Indians food it's cold Indian leftover straight from the fridge) The service was great, young girl at the front was so sweet and helpful when I said it was my first time. Worth spending my money here at a family owned restaurant that serves up awesome food in a clean and open space--a must try!
