My name is Anna, and this place is horrible. Only good…read morething about this place are the actual dentists. To start, my dental insurance scheduled an appointment at 12pm. What they DON'T TELL the insurance companies is that the whole place closes for lunch at that time for an hour. I work so I had scheduled it according to my lunch break. With it being a routine check up I figured it wouldn't take long. This was the first time I was at this office location. I just left, the staff was extremely rude because I didn't know they were closing even though it was my first time there. They knew it was my first time because that's what I led with when they first addressed me walking in. I was told "You need to leave, we are closing for lunch" I responded "I apologize, it's my first time here, my appointment was scheduled at 12." They proceeded to be extremely rude, talked over me, and told me to "Get Out" when I was trying to ask quick questions about rescheduling. Apart from my first appointment, the front counter staff lost my personal information (copies of my insurance card, drivers license etc.) 3 SEPARATE TIMES. Later on it was determined that I needed a tooth removed and decided to get an implant with a fake tooth. Was quoted a little over 4k for the WHOLE procedure. Used their finance option and signed the contract. They put the post in, make the mold for the tooth etc. The DAY OF the procedure to put in the tooth, they pull me into the office and say that the old employee quoted me wrong and I needed to pay ANOTHER 4k to finish the procedure. Absolutely wild. I had no choice, they had prepped everything to install the tooth and then blindsided me. I haven't been back since because the front counter staff is absolutely horrible, rude, unprofessional and down right scammers. They took financial advantage of me, a young woman, on purpose and it's absolutely disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE.

It's not the first time they don't answer my calls, and even when I leave voicemails, they never return the calls. What I don't understand is when I'm there, the receptionists take the calls so I don't understand why they don't take mine, and I call during business hours or leave a voicemail if I know they're out of office. I'm only finishing my regiment and then I'm not coming back. I'd rather not struggle so much when trying to make an appointment, especially since the drive is so far from where I live. The staff here is amazing and RESPECTFUL of my request to avoid fluoride. And my grandson decided he wanted to pass his own teeth at the end and she taught him and helped him. At his other than us, it is always confrontational as they do not like my daughter-in-law's decision not to use fluoride. On two separate occasions, after checking in 15 minutes prior to our 2PM appointment, we were left WAITING in their waiting room in excess of 2.5 HOURS! This happened on our initial appointment and again on our re-scheduled appointment! It appears to be this offices standard operating procedure to schedule two appointment times for everyone, some at 8AM and some at 2PM. In this way, they always have a full waiting room ALL THE TIME. They create a corral of patients, and make them wait for extended periods of time, without concern. Wait, Leave or Reschedule, the choice is yours. They are not keeping a standard schedule, with appointments throughout the day, every 15 minutes. If they are, they are very BAD at keeping appointment times, within a reasonable wait time. This will be our THIRD ATTEMPT to obtain services, as there are NO OTHER Dental Surgeons in our area, that remove wisdom teeth. Town & Country Dental need to be corrected and taught how to respect the patient's time. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER, if you can.

They wired my tooth I place with hopes it would heal with a follow up and again No co-pay. They did imaging and it turnt out I had significant trauma to my 4 front teeth(prolly from sports over time) and significant bone loss. It turnt out I need multiple abstractions which was horrible to even fathom and Was my worst fear honestly. Dr Shaw (sorry if I spelled ur name wrong) has been amazing. He fixed my teeth which I will show in the picture below( before and after). Never once did I feel in pain. During every procedure i didn't feel pain. He is truly amazing. When do you lose teeth whether it's injury, medical or lack of hygiene, my situation was injury. EITHER WAY it's a process. I never never left this office toothless. YES I had a partial but it was perfectly matched n no one NOT EVEN MY FAMILY knew I was having dental issues cause it looked so real which was mind blowing for me. Their staff is amazing. I recommend Desert Dream Dentistry to everyone. They gave my smile back that I almost lost. Not to mention their main perk is that they accepted me as an emergency case on a SATURDAY with ZERO NOTICE. I called them freaking out CRYING and they just told me to come in and they took care of me ever since. Keep in mind that I am medi-cal patient and after everything they did for me I will continue to come to them every year (the price isn't outrageous I promise. If I can afford as a someone on Ssi then u can) and pay out of pocket for my annual teeth cleaning every year cause this is the practice I trust when it comes to my teeth. Not to mention their staff is amazing and even remembers me by name I 100% recommend this practice to everyone. They are amazing and thank u for everything you all have done for me.
