Gas Station Pizza!!!! That's what you will think driving up as it's connected to a local gas station. The pizza I had will make you want to add this to your normal commute route. I chose to order from the special/ limited time menu . I ordered the Pancetta which was a pizza with crispy pancetta, roasted corn, herbed ricotta, mozzarella, basil and honey drizzle. I topped it with parmesan and red pepper flakes. I didn't realize I should have shared it because it's good value for the amount of food you get. While I didn't finish it , I did use the pizza crust to sop up the leftover honey . Don't judge me lol . Staff were nice and welcome and the seating area was clean. Oh and they have a full bar in the place as well. That's a win!! read more

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. I spent an obscene amount of money for this cardboard pizza. All the pizzas I ordered had almost no toppings on them, and the additional toppings I payed extra for were not added, very dry, we didn't get the different crusts we ordered. The gal who took our order did a great job of customizing our pizza for us. It went into the oven quickly and was baking for about 10 minutes. We ordered the pizza well done. The crust was very similar to Pauly's, a thinner but dense bready style. It was crispy on the bottom but very doughy/rawish under the toppings. The center turned mushy after a few minutes on the table and was difficult to pick up. The tables were clean, it was a nice atmosphere and the service was excellent. They all worked well together and I noticed a lot of respectful communication between the crew and manager. Very professional all around. I stopped in July 28 while my Cessna was getting some avionics work done. I had been here last Feb.and it was ok. I ordered a chicken ciabatta sandwich. What I got was like a pice of pita bread, sort of warmed up in a toaster oven, the inner white core of an iceberg lettuce and little chunks of , I suppose chicken , in a bland tomato sauce. It was like something thrown together by a 5 year old. It was the worst $10 sandwiches I ever had, and I've had a few in 30 years of traveling. The staff looked like work release from a meth clinic. Ordered from door dash just before 9:30 pm when everything in Rapid City for Door Dash cuts off - after an hour of waiting and watching for the order to be prepped the order was cancelled leaving us completely stranded for food delivery options for the family. Upon calling was transferred to the "manager" who told me he was too busy to help after coming back from vacation and they had "stopped door dash two days ago". Okay so there's a lot to say good about this place. Pros: -Pizza is gourmet style artisan type pizza and the ingredients are high quality -You can put whatever toppings you want for no additional cost. You just order your pizza (they are all 10in pizzas) and either order a pizza creation they have or your own and they fire it in a stone fire pizza oven. - did I say they have a fired stone pizza oven! - the salads looked great but I cannot vouch for the because I haven't had one yet in my 3-4 visits here - they have a full bar to drink if you'd like - they have to go boxes at the drink station so you don't even have to ASK for the box. Just kinda a no "duh" thing but a smart move on their part Cons: - really the only con is the location is in a gas station. But you wouldn't know it when you walk in. But is a very nice polished looking entrance and seating area. Don't let the one con stop you from trying this place out. I stopped in because I hadn't eaten all day and had an emergency vet appointment for my dog. on my way,thought I'd try this place. ordered a cauliflower crust and clearly got a wheat crust but I didn't know till I was across town and it was too late. I couldn't eat it because of allergies so starved till I got hone. Simple enough mistake but the reasonni'm upset is I left feedback on their system and also left a message and got no response. Ate here shortly after they opened. They have oven roasted sandwiches, pizzas, and salads. I had the Italian Club hot sandwich. Pretty good for a limited menu restaurant attached to a gas station. They also have a bar that is open from 4 to 10pm. Well worth checking out. read more
