Before COVID-19, Infini-Tea was my favorite tea spot so today we decide to come back to get some milk tea. I had the Green Thai Milk Tea and my bf had the Tiger Milk Tea, both drinks were extremely sweet, like you drink straight up the sugar syrup. I don't like my drink that sweet so we went back to the store to get another Green Thai Milk Tea and hope that better with 50% sugar. But even the drink with 50% sugar is still super sweet. Couldn't finish half of the drink and throw 3 drinks away. I just hope the male manager that made our drink can adjust the amount of sugar appropriately for those drink :( read more

Came into Infini-Tea around midnight and was very happy to see that they were still open! The staff is extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for drinks, and I ended up ordering a Matcha Milk Tea (one friend got a Flan Milk Tea and one friend got a Brown Sugar Mik Tea). Definitely great service and great boba, but I feel like you can definitely get some better quality drinks in the area for a cheaper price. I would want to come back to try the flan, though - had a taste of my friend's and it was surprisingly good. read more

This place is known for their drinks but they surprisingly also have an extensive food menu. On this particular visit, we got regular fries (which are always BOMB and so are the garlic fries) but we also decided to get their chicken wings (which was a "new item" as it was advertised). The wings did not disappoint!!! It was crunchy and SO juicy! From just eating the wings themselves, they were very flavorful. It also came with this, what I believe to be, a cheese sauce. I have a guilty sweet spot for traditional Viet street food fare, and I'm glad somewhere like Infini-Tea has my faves. The bot chien as actually some of the best - made to order, who wouldn't want some of that late at night? The snack game is on point, from the waffles to the fries to the breads. There are other favorites like Banh bot loc as well. However, the name implies the boba game is why you come here, and to be honest it's just okay. The sweetener game here is syrup - which is fine. However, in general that just means their drinks can be cloyingly sweet compared to other shops in the area. Infini-Tea kind of has its own niche in Falls Church, locked away behind an IHOP and CVS with no real competitors near it. If it weren't for my biases I'd probably give the drinks themselves closer to 3.5. Gonna keep trying until I find the combo I like. read more

I live down the street so I felt like I had to try Infini-Tea! The location is kind of random as far as shopping centers go but easy to get to. I went with the Sunset fruit tea (their special) and a Thai milk tea, both with Boba for my friend and I to share. We really enjoyed both of them and the boba tasted soft and chewy. Infini-Tea is a small, family-owned shop that packs a big flavor in each of their drinks. I finally had a couple of their snacks. I had the clear dumplings stuffed with shrimp pork. They looked cute and interesting wrapped in banana leave but tasted only meh, bc the they were kinda gummy tapioca flour wrapped with pork and really dried shrimp with shells on. Not a very good texture at all in my opinion. So I ordered the flour pancakes bc I was still hungry. I liked that one a lot with fried dough pieces with eggs and served with a side of pickled carrots and radish. It was a great snack to go with my flan special milk tea. My loyalties lie deep and true with TeaDM, but Infinitea is a worthy contender! I chose the matcha milk tea with crystal boba and cheese foam, 10% sweetness and it was absolutely perfect. My husband definitely turned his nose up when I told him I had a cheese foam float, but one sip was all it took for him to become a true believer. The salty cheese paired with the creamy sweet matcha was a true marriage of flavors in my mouth. They have many other teas that they brew fresh and are very nice about letting you sample everything. If I had to pick a bubble tea place that had the strongest and least sugary (30% sugar level) milk tea, this place would be it. I came here upon having some Black Friday boba cravings and needed a caffeine hit, and I'm glad I stopped by, because I've been wanting to try their boba in a VOSS inspired container for a while now since I first heard about them opening. However I'll preface and say that although I liked the strong flavors of oolong and black infused in the milk tea, the bubbles were hard and somewhat chewier than I would prefer. I'm actually not too familiar with this part of Falls Church which was nice because it was another area of NOVA I found myself exploring today. (But I am quite familiar with the neighboring hood of Seven Corners right next door!) The staff here is friendly, and service was fairly quick although today was probably not one of their busier days. Also...the *decor* here is very instagram-worthy, with a shrubby and flowery backdrop, and a sign that says "Everyday is a good day for tea." The place itself is reminiscent of a fairly spacious bubble tea cafe with (not too loud) pop music playing and people chilling. Plus props for the outlets under the tables! This place just opened and it's already my favorite bubble tea place in Northern Virginia! Came here because I saw from a friend that this place had bot chien (fried dough pancake basically) which my mom is super into. Of course, we ordered that and a flan special and a mango sorbet green tea in a bottle. From what I gathered while ordering, you can make your own drink with the different teas but they also have recommend set drinks which is what we ordered. I was told that the bot chien would take about 15 minutes which was understandable. Our drinks came out in a timely manner. I have never had any flan drinks or even heard of the concept until I came here but hopefully it becomes a thing soon because the flan special was sooooooo good. If you never had flan, it's a creamy and caramely dessert. I ordered it with 50% sweetness and it was milky with bits of flan and boba (which already came with the drink) and hints of caramel. Would highly recommend. The mango sorbet green tea was also good! It came with a scoop of sorbet and chunks of mango and was really refreshing. The bot chien came out when we were already done with our drinks. They give you a dipping sauce similar to a lighter soy sauce and sriracha. My Vietnamese mom liked it so that says something! TLDR: Very fresh drinks due to teas being made via espresso machine, genmaicha is my absolute favorite, boba can use some improvement, and still more items to be pushed out! A brand new challenger has arrived at the DMV area for bubble tea! I am always a sucker for pun-ny store names and this one's no exception. My friend has told me there's a grand opening deal for this place for 50% off the first week after it opened so I decided to check it out (I mean, I still would have without it but this is just adds the boba to the tea!). After I arrived I can see that this place is one of the rarer breed of bubble tea shop that opt for making the tea using the low pressure espresso machine style vs. the much more widely-used hot brewed, chilled, then dispensed method. This gives the store the advantage of: 1.) Ability to mix the different tea leaves to create a combo flavor 2.) The tea is much fresher throughout the whole day operation of the store as it is brewed to order The disadvantage however, would be the speed at which the tea can be made, as each drink needs to have the tea dripped from the espresso machine, add the ingredient in, stir to mix while its still hot, put the drink into the blender machine to pulse for a quick quarter of second to chill it enough so it doesn't warp the plastic cup, then put it in the cup with the topping and ice. However, with proper training, the speed of which they can push out the tea should still be between 2-4 minutes on average! Now enough of the technical mumbo jumbo, so how about the actual tea themselves? They have a wide variety of tea flavors to try, and as of this review, I have tried the following: Genmaicha, Early Grey, Roasted Oolong, and Assam. And here's how I would rank them from best to good: 1. Genmaicha 2. Roasted Oolong 3. Early Grey 4. Assam Genmaicha is by far my favorite, and I can't exactly describe its flavor, but one of my friend said it tasted kind of akin to soy milk, so maybe that's why I liked it so much as I drank soy milk growing up in Taiwan. In terms of the customer service, there is definitely more training needed to make the cashier more comfortable answering question without the help of whom seem to be the shift leader or manager there; when I asked about what the flan milk tea is, the cashier that day was drawing a blank and had to have someone else answer the question. But since they're new there's nothing wrong with that! It takes time to get acquainted with the product itself as a staff. The only two toppings I have gotten so far were the regular honey boba and the crystal boba. I strongly believe that all stores should have crystal boba now as it is my new favorite topping even above the regular boba, and their regular boba could still use some work as it sometimes was hard and not as chewy as I would prefer. Overall I really enjoyed the experience, and will definitely be back here to try more tea, as well as some of the snacks they have to offer (I have tried the lemon grass fries and it was really good, and I saw just now they are having taro waffle for samples so it's nice to see they're continuing to innovate instead of settle with what they have!) Oh and they also have cute bottles to put the drinks in instead of the regular plastic bottles, I use it as my water bottle now :D Keep up the good work! read more

I was so excited when I saw a new boba option in the area, and Infini-Tea did not let me down! They offered me samples of different drinks when I walked in, and I ended up going with the black sugar milk with boba, 50% sweet. The drink was deliciously creamy, somewhat caramel-tasting, and dessert-sweet - just what I was in the mood for! The boba itself was also good, chewy but not too soft and slightly sweet. I would definitely recommend any of their special milk drinks if you're looking for a treat, but I think the 50% sweetness level was plenty even for me. Came in for Bubble Tea on a sweltering afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find they had snacky type food as well. They had a host of new flavors of tea and smoothies but I went with my favorite wc is Taro with bubbles. You can customize your ice, sweetness as well as milk content. I also had the sautéed noodles wc was like a stir fry ramen with an egg over easy on top. Had a bit of heat so the fresh cucumber cilantro salad on the side was so refreshing. Big enough for s quick lunch and very reasonable at 5.50 for the noodles. Family run they had young girls manning the from who were very kind and eager to let you sample the new tea flavors and explain some of the dishes. My review is based on the few flavors I keep returning back for, because I haven't found comparable flavors anywhere else that taste just as good. I love that infinitea keeps trying to offer new flavors and be creative with their menu. I keep coming back for their White Grape & Artichoke flavored teas, they are incredibly delicious, fragrant, and unique, I haven't found these flavors in other boba shops in the area! (Teas N You recently added an Artichoke flavor but it wasn't as flavorful as Infini-tea) The boba is always cooked to perfectly, lightly sweet & chewy. This is probably the highest quality of bubble tea/ smoothie I had. I am a big fan! They have a very wide selections of teas-black, green, white- that is infused or mixed with fresh fruit. Everything is house-made and you can definitely tell the difference! They also have couple bottles of their most popular drinks available for sample. My favorite is their special taro smoothie bubble tea. They blend up real taro with milk and add in taro pudding and tapioca pearls. It's actually super-filling that I could probably have it as a meal. I've heard mixed reviews about this one, but it definitely is my favorite. They also have a wide selection of snacks as well. This is my go-to for boba - I wish there was a more expansive topping selection but for the teas I've gotten they're always great quality. I appreciate the variety of green teas and the genmaicha has such a beautiful toasted rice aroma, I suggest getting minimal sugar so the tea can speak for itself! Supporting this place because it's so close to my house and I ABSOLUTELY love having a boba place so close. It's nothing fancy, but convenient and more on the tea side than the sugary sweet side. They'll let you try the different teas ready for sample. They serve some Vietnamese snacks at reasonable prices.
