    Shady representative…read more Damien who seemed to be professional and caring was in fact untruthful and treated my concern with a backwards attitude. I entered the store to add a few devices onto my plan and later on found that I was going to be charged for a device I had never received. After reviewing my bill and noticing the unrecognized device, I called the store and spoke with Damien to explain my concern. He proceeded to tell me that the device is not on my bill even when I could clearly see that the device was on my bill via the Verizon app. He then assured me that I will no longer be charged for the device and that it will not be present, and he also promised a $150 credit towards my next bill to compensate for the unexpected charges. It's been about 2 weeks now and I still have that same device showing up on my next estimated bill. Not only that but he never documented that the $150 credit was to be applied towards my next bill. I found out all this after calling Verizon directly. Not only that, at the time I had the authorized devices added onto my plan, he had applied a promotional credit of $220 and did a reversal of the credit the same day! What a scummy move. Again, all of this was brought to my attention after calling Verizon directly myself to figure what went wrong. Avoid this store and any kind of interaction with Damien. He will smile in your face but is quick to stab you in the back. Damien you have waste so much of my time, money and energy. Go flip some burgers or something because clearly being a representative is not a suitable job for you with that attitude you gave me when I had confronted you with your mistakes. I know my review might not change anything about the store or Damien himself, but I do hope that this will help anyone from being unfortunate enough to endure the same inconveniences I had to go through.
