I been going here for my pedicures for the last year or so and had been very happy with service until today. I wanted a mani/pedi today and was extremely disappointed with my manicure set. First, she cut my cuticle and my finger started bleeding and then I get this messy result at the end. She seemed very rushed. Also they were very hesitant to accept a coupon for $5 off, WHICH THEY GAVE ME LAST TIME FOR WAITING 45 MINUTES, just because the ink had worn off. I don't plan on returning with money anytime soon. Up until today, the service was exceptional and very friendly.

I love my new nails from Lee and pedicure from Summer!! Both of them are amazing artists they both take their time to make sure they make a masterpiece! The best part about this nail salon is that they give you points, free items on holidays like lotion for Christmas, and they serve you drinks and snacks. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you're at home.

Toenail couldn't even paint within the nail

First time going here and worst experience ever. Never going back First of all, upon checking in the girl at the front desk was rude af. Rolled her eyes when I said I needed a nail fixed. Got a pedicure and it was so uncomfortable. As I was sitting there the ladies were making fun a a pregnant lady next to me in Vietnamese-saying she looked old etc. (they didn't know that I understood them). They were then about to place judgement on my toes as well but I spoke up in Viet so they knew. And I asked for a basic pedicure to just paint my bruised pinky toe white and she couldn't even paint in the lines Next, I got my old gel builder set taken off and just as I sat down the nail person CUT OFF MY NAILS WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT ASKING WHAT LENGTH OR SHAPE I WANTED. She FILED DOWN MY NAIL SO THIN TOO. Broke within an hour of going home. Now my nails are shorter and thinner than I ever intended. Left with tears

I had Lee do my set & Trish did my toes. Both were so sweet, kind & did an incredible job. I got exactly what I wanted and felt like a princess! The shop is clean, well maintained & I definitely felt like I got more than a bang for my buck. For the first time ever I'll actually be back to a nail salon.

My First time here and Holly was Amazing! I asked for Gel X with Cat Eye Hot Pink nail design. I got exactly what I wanted! She even added a heart design that was so cute! It's my birthday coming up so I asked for something special and that's what I got! My toes I asked for the Royal pedicure I loved paraffin and massage. My feet so soft, moisturized, and relaxed! This salon is clean, relaxing environment and upbeat. Everyone was welcoming and nice. I will definitely be bringing in my girls next! Thank you Holly!

If you're in the Murrieta area, you have to check out this Nail Salon! They accommodated me pretty fast for a walk-in and provided a menu for COMPLIMENTARY Drinks which included either soda, water & Alcoholic drinks! As a treat for myself I chose to get the Mimosa and it was delicious. Today I asked for a Cat eye design for both manicure and pedicure. Although we couldn't find the exact pearly white color that I wanted, both Gavin & Lee were able to test out different shades of colors for me and I appreciated that. I then decided a silver like color which was pretty. I appreciated how Lee was able to play around with the magnet to get the perfect cat design that I loved! Definitely recommend him :) Will be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

Our first time coming to this establishment was great. My husband both got pedicure and I got regular nail polish. The tech was great! She did such a good job with my nails and I was impressed! My husband and I came back yesterday and although both techs were great at the massage and feet mask etc. The nail polish went horribly bad! I wasn't going to say anything until a few friends and family (even my 12yr old daughter) noticed how bad my nail polish looked. They said it looked like a 6yr old did my feet. I couldn't agree more. The reason why I didnt say anything or had them fixed was because we were already in a rush to get to an appointment that morning. Im going on a trip in a couple of days and im about to just remove the nail polish because its honestly embarrassing!!!

Review for Infinity Nail Lounge I stopped by the post office and noticed Infinity Nail Lounge right next door. The place looked so bright, clean, and welcoming that I decided to walk in on the spot! I originally just wanted my acrylics removed--my nails grow way too fast, and I've gotten tired of getting fills that barely last a few days. I was paired with Chloe, and I'm so glad I was! I told her how over acrylics I've been feeling, and she suggested trying GelX. It's similar to acrylic but with less buffing, no tips, and a better option as I try to grow out and strengthen my natural nails. She was super sweet, gentle, and attentive--and even offered me a drink (which I regretfully declined since I had to head back to work). I'm usually a bit of a wimp when it comes to removing nails, but Chloe made it so easy I barely suffered at all--phewww! To top it off, they had a special promo: get a full set and a free pedicure! Now I'm picky when it comes to pedicures, especially when it comes to the massage--that's the part that helps me truly relax. Let's just say the pedicure was clean and well done, but I was sitting there wondering... where did the massage go?? I definitely left wanting a little more pampering time in that part. Still, overall a great first experience--clean place, great vibe, and Chloe was wonderful. I'll be back soon!

New nail salon and already so impressive! I visited on Day 5 of their opening, and you'd never guess it was their first week -- they've really got their act together. The salon is clean, professional, and peaceful, with a relaxing vibe that makes you want to stay longer. They even offer drinks (I didn't grab one this time, but definitely will next time!). I had a mani and pedi, and both were flawless. Chloe was super sweet and did an amazing job on my pedicure -- gentle, detailed, and kind. My acrylic tech absolutely blew me away. I get my nails done often, but the level of detail and care he put into my French tips was unlike anything I've experienced. He used a toothpick-sized brush to make sure every line was perfect, and explained each step along the way. So patient, so skilled. For a brand-new salon, they're already running like a well-oiled machine. I'll definitely be back!

Wow! The service here was amazing! I was instantly greeted by multiple people and felt welcome. The vibe was friendly & relaxing. I made a same day appointment for 2 pedicures & they accommodated us in the afternoon. Upon being seated for our pedis, we were offered a libation. Every visit continues to exceed my expectations. Most recently, I had the Infinity Gel Pedicure done by Eddie, and it was nothing short of amazing. So when i came to this place there is a giant sign that says if you get a full set, you get a free pedicure. Great I normally don't indulge in a pedicure so they got me. I made an appointment. I showed up just to just to be told oh it's an old sign. (after i was in the chair for the pedicure) It doesn't apply anymore. actually by California law if you have a sign up with pricing, you have to honor it. (i told them this ) they said no it's just to high to take down. my daughter and I specifically requested to get pedicures and manicures and to be together so no we agreed to pay for the pedicures that was supposed to be free. They did those. both of us had bad experiences my lady got so mad because I did not want to pay extra for gel on my toes and kept telling me it was a bad idea that I had to take the polish off after seven days cause it was gonna yellow, I couldn't put any shoes or anything on for 4 to 5 hours refused to dry the nails. my daughter on the other hand had a guy who was constantly on his phone texting, looking at it , getting up leaving doing who knows what then we said we were gonna skip the manicures she wanted a gel fill I wanted acrylics we said we were gonna skip those because they refused to go at the same time as the pedicures and we did not have four hours to spend there suddenly a few minutes after that they had time so they started my acrylic her gel set then after five minutes, they moved us to totally separate stations when we said we wanted to be together mine was OK like I really wanted cats eye they didn't show that that was available so I didn't ask for it. She got excellent nails from the nail tech, but what she was not expecting was that they were going to change what they charged her. she was charged her for a new set instead of fill they charged her to shape the Nails. Normal shape not something normally charged more for. They charged her for everything under the sun so her manicure granted with a design was $90 way more than what they had posted. I would not recommend this place simply because they don't care about you they want money and the service is not good. read more

I paid a pretty penny for the worst customer service and poor craftsmanship from a male technician, who is clearly in the wrong line of work. I think he HATES his job. He argued with me regarding nail shapes and colors, offered no help, filed my nails unevenly, polished them wavy and missed the tips, then shook his head at me the entire treatment, all while talking about me with his fellow employees in Vietnamese. I used the restroom prior to departure and the entire staff (at least 10) turned to stare. Steer clear bc this place really doesn't add up to quality service. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. To complete this disastrous experience, my nail broke 3 days later and my feet still look like I never received a pedicure. How disappointing. Never again. read more

I don't know if this was just a bad day but I went in with my husband for a pedicure (classic) with just regular nail polish and a full set. I am very displeased with the turn out. For such a nice ambiance the nail techs need a lot of work. It's not worth what they charged me which was $139. He used a polish that looked like it should be thrown away. It was dry and awful and he put it back to be used again. read more

Honestly, this was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had in the 6 years I have lived in California. I have never had a problem with my toes being done in places around this area and I didn't think any different of this place. They are wayyy too busy trying to upsell you and giving attitude then trying to make sure you are comfy and being gentle with your feet. The entire hour I was in there, my toes were being DUG into like no one has ever done before. ( I understand cuticle care, I get ingrown from my work boots so I get taking a little bit of pain for the result) but wow, this was next level. She had no problem digging her dremel into my skin mutiple times because she was way too busy trying to ask my friends next to me if they wanted to upgrade their packages. Then she went to town on my big toes to the point where they are irritated and so sore 24 hours after it all happened. I just cannot believe someone is doing that at a place that is supposed to be fun and relaxing. I walked out half way through my service because I was so frustrated with the lack of understanding that you are literally working on a human being and it fucking hurts when you DIG into skin. I left literally bleeding from two of my cuticles and I don't understand why, I GET MY FEET DONE ONCE A MONTH; they weren't even in bad condition or anything like that either. read more

I was looking for a nail salon that was open on Sundays and found this gem! Located near Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Target. Newly opened with beautiful clean and white decor that looks elegant and high end. Really made me and my friend feel pampered as we also started off our pedicures with a complimentary mimosa. I got a French tip classic pedicure and gel-x manicure just in time for my bday coming up. Bim did my manicure and Richard did my french tip pedicure. Both were great! Highly recommend! read more

I made an appointment and they had me waiting 25 minutes before someone took me in. They offered mimosas and mineral water to all clients except me and my daughter. They charge 35 dollars for gel polish( no manicure) and the lady that saw me was in a really bad mood( her name was Chloe. She got upset because I asked her to use a clean nipper to cut my cuticle. The nails were nice , but they need to improve their customer service skills and use sterile equipment, they can't do short cuts on sanitary procedures, hep c and b are on the rise. read more

I've been to this salon about 5 times. This place is fraudulent. It Appears that they use used tools to do services with, they are ineffective at pedicures as well as manicures. I've had to return twice to fix either my pedicure or manicure from here. Each time was their fault and they agreed but I my after being interrogated over the stupid set. Everytime I leave here my feet are in pain and they have made my ingrown nails worse as they don't know what they're doing. I haveva cosmetology license and can tell the practices being done here are bmbit up to BBS code. I am making a formal complaint over the sanitary issues occuring in this shop. read more
