Very disappointed, after reading reviews we were stoked to try this place. Our table ordered the cheeseburger, which was not a big juicy burger. The first thing I thought was where's the beef? piled high with fresh vegies that made it impossible to eat. The fries were sad, cheap crinkle cut frozen. The philly had lots of meat, but standard deli meat. I had the orange chicken and was dismayed at the portion for price. it did have tender white meat, but 10X's the carrots and a few micro broccoli florettes that were mushy. to top it off we were over charged and had to get our bill fixed. food wasn't worth going back for. read more

In my opinion this is one of the best restaurants in the county. Eduardo cooks Asian, Mexican, and Italian with excellence. Every dish, as you can see in the pictures, is perfectly plated and unbelievably delicious. The waitstaff are courteous and attentive. I have eaten there perhaps 20 times now and every single dish is perfectly prepared and perfectly presented. The best Panang curry I've ever had was here. That includes San Francisco and other large cities. I own a bed and breakfast in Bellingham and am always recommending Infusion Cuisine to my guests...if they don't mind the 20-25 minute drive. I myself have eaten there often, and have never failed to moan with delight at my meal! Jessie and Eduardo are the best! Disappointed. Read all the great reviews so decided to bring my family and come check it out at 4:10pm on Tuesday (right after opening hour). Saw the sandwich board sign by the side of road saying open only only to find a bunch of refrigeration trucks parked in front and repair work going on! We thought maybe they were just finishing up and saw the door open so we stepped in only to be told from the repairmen they won't open till 5pm. Not a good first impression! If you are going to open later don't put out your open sign and at the very least have your staff greeting customers to an open door or put up some signs! This is a great find in the greater Bellingham area. Definitely worth the drive. Their fish tacos are the best I've had leaving a tangy taste in your mouth without having to beat the table. I have went there twice in the last 2 weekend. Everything was so delicious. We have had chicken Marsala, Kung Pow Chicken and Chili Relleno. I LOVED all of them. The food is perfectly prepared and presented. The best shrimp Kung pao I've had anywhere! Had it the first visit and went back the very next night for take out and ordered the Kung pao again for myself and my friend. First visit she had the chicken picatta ,wonderful and good sized portions on both. Small but clean place that is worth the 12 minute drive from Bellingham! I definitely will be back again to try some of their other dishes. Chef Really knows and loves what he is doing! It shows in every single dish!! Last time I just went, I had the soup of day...clam chowder. It was superb! I've been wanting to try Infusion Cuisine. I finally made it there with my boyfriend and a friend. We were extremely impressed. Everything looked so great on the menu. I wanted to try one of everything. I had the carne asada which was delicious. My friend had the chicken Alfredo and she said it was super yummy. She will be bringing the elderly residents for lunch from the facility she works at soon. She said they will love it. The hit of the night was my boyfriend's kung pao chicken. I was lucky he let me have my leftovers and his the next day for lunch. Will most definitely be back. I need to work my way through the whole menu. Very friendly people and great service. read more

This place serves food that you can get in other ethnic restaurants - but they do it oh so much better! They class it up, first of all. Then the flavor is incredible. And the service is excellent. The second time I went, the waitress (also the proprietess) remembered my name. Every time since, she has remembered how I like my iced tea (half tea, half water, lemon on the side). The Mexican dishes are not served with a ladleful of refried beans spreading across the plate, but in its own bowl with a delicious garnish. I had the chile relleno tonight and it was, first of all, beautiful to look at. The taste lived up to the appearance - delicious. Finally had to try this place and wasn't disappointed. My wife got the beef fajitas and I got the carne asada, both dishes were excellent. The service was prompt and polite, there was not a huge amount of food but the quality was outstanding, better than any so called Mexican restaurant up here. The food here is always good. The pistachio pesto with shrimp is amazing. The only bummers are that they have a very limited bar menu and the service is always awkward and not very warm. Portions are fairly large and most menu entree items seem to be around $15.00. read more

This restaurant deserves a lot of community support. It has a chef that presents some of the best food in the Bellingham/Lynden area. Food is presented as a work of art showing the care and love of cuisine coming from the kitchen. We've been here for several lunch and dinners working our way through the menu. We've been with family and friends and the quality has always been consistent. Nightly specials are a treat and serving size and price can't be beat. Baja tacos are grilled fish with three corn tortillas and a beautiful topping of shredded cabbage and sauce. Spring rolls have a clean taste that are one on my mom's favorites. The creamy pistachio pesto sauce is a flavorful combination that I hadn't tried before but would order again. Kung pao chicken is clean tasting with nice flavor. Some friends have been put off by the idea of three different types of cuisine but I feel that it defines infusion, a mix of the best Chinese , Mexican , and Italian dishes. read more

Yesterday 1/27/2017 I made reservations for a party of 12 to celebrate my mothers 90th birthday..When we arrived at 5:PM our table was waiting and looked great. We were met at the door with a friendly greeting. As our group showed up a few at a time, beverages of their choice were ordered and served. When we were ready, the meals were ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. The first thing everybody noticed was the excellent presentation of the food on the plate. With a group of 12 we tried many items on the menu..I myself had the chicken curry and it looked great and tasted delicious. Asian, Italian and Mexican meals were ordered and enjoyed with delight. After the meal, the waitress brought the birthday girl a slice of chocolate cake with many forks. Six of our party had never been there before, but I can insure you, they will be back. My girl friend and I have been there for lunch and dinner before and have never been disappointed by either taste or presentation. The service has always been very good... First time visiting and found this to be an absolute treat to dine here! The food is fresh, tasty and affordable. The presentation of each dish has the appearance of an expensive restaurant since the food is so beautifully arranged. We had the kung pao chicken and Baja fish tacos. I cannot make up my mind which was better. So fresh and delicious! If you know and like Rubios Fish Tacos you will find these to be even better! WOW! Service is friendly, fast, and efficient. I have been visiting WA for 2 weeks from San Jose, CA. Tonight I had the best meal since coming to Blaine WA. My daughter took me to Infusion and it was more than worth the drive there. They have a very interesting menu. We started off with spring rolls. Excellent. Then I had Penne Pasta with creamy pistachio pesto (one of the signature dishes) and shrimp. It came in a bowl with 2 toasted wedges of bread. Soooooo good. My daughter had linguine with shrimp and a garlic/lemon dressing and bread as well. I was disappointed to find out they were closed tomorrow or I would have gone back for the vegetarian sandwich with eggplant pesto. Another signature dish is the Mole. Dishes are made when you order, nothing is standing by waiting so you know its made fresh. I had to take the German Chocolate slice home for tomorrow. Jessie comes by to make sure everything is okay several times during the meal. Please, do yourself and the owners a favor and stop there for a meal the next time you dine out.
