I write this with my eyes, because I never thought I would feel this way about a company. Our A/C went out in the dead heat of summer 2019. We were faced with the high cost of replacing not only the a/c, but the heating system and coil as well. It was hot! Our home had become uncomfortable to be inside. We couldn't sleep at night because of the dead, still heat circulating with ceiling fans and floor fans. It was brutal. We decided to gather bids to have the work done. Although, the heat was unbearable, we knew we needed to be sensible in our steps. We received the bids ranging from $5,000 t0 $15,000! OMG! Thank God we had an avenue to get some money, so that we could have the work done. One day my husband was driving the streets of Houston and happen to see the service truck for Ingle Air Condition and Refrigeration. He commented on how much liked the truck! He said it looked professional. He jotted down the number and we gave them a call. Their response was immediate. A very nice, professional, knowledgeable representative came to our home to assess our situation. He gave us many options from which to choose. He explained what needed to be done and how long it would take to accomplish. His presentation, caring nature and passion for the work, convinced us to go with their company! I am so pleased and thankful that we did! The servicemen arrived at the precise time they said they would, they disassembled our old system and hauled it away and assembled and installed our new system, all in the same day! Our home has been ice cold from the day of installation! We have had ZERO problems and we were told to call for service when it was time to start using our heating system. We learned that the representative who came initially to assess our system was the OWNER, John Ingle! Just a compassionate, caring, nice, understanding, knowledgeable and dependable kind of guy! I cannot tell you enough how pleased we are, how satisfied we are and how thankful to God that the truck was driving on the same street as my husband on that day! I flip properties for a living and I've used single Air for at least 3-4 years now and I've had to call them for at least 9-10 jobs for either an investment property or my personal residence. Whether it's a big HVAC installation job or a smaller service/repair job they are always timely, friendly, and very fair on price. I used to get several quotes to compare but Ingle Air always ends up the less expensive option. I'm not sure how they do this because their work is awesome and probably should charge more. Most times I get the owner John who is the nicest guy ever. And he's very good about being honest saying "you don't need" if it really isn't necessary. Other times I may get one of his techs who always provide very similar service. Overall a very good company to use!!! read more

I would recommend John Ingle air to everyone. I called angle air because we had several other quotes from fast talking salesman that really didn't care about us just told us a bunch of Bologna. John was the first HVAC repairman that gave it to a straight and even took the time to educate us on the why. Even after the job was done he checked on us make sure we were happy. He took the time to make sure it was done right and made sure his crew was effectively using their time. This is my second time using Ingle Air & Refrigeration. A neighbor recommended them to me, and I definitely recommend them!! John, the owner, is a very honest repairman. The first time he came out, he replaced a part, and the charge was very fair. This summer I thought I had a problem again, so I called Mr. Ingle. When he came out, he said my AC had frozen up, but since I had it turned off, it was no longer frozen and working fine. He did not even charge me for the service call!!!!! John and crew installed an entire system in our condo back in 2015. Living in Galveston, ocean air takes a toll on units. Luckily, John made some great suggestions and , to date, we have had zero major issues with our system. On top of installation, John and crew have been responsive to calls about simple maintenance. John does very good work, and very knowledgeable. He designed my A/C system for my non-conventional house in Houston. For the technical type people like myself, he explains what he's doing, and lets you see. If your looking for a quality job, this is the guy you should use. I really should post some pictures of the installation. I wanted rigid duct, and he was about the only person who would even touch a job like that. John is THE MAN! I called for a semi-emergency and he got over to the house within a couple of hours. Did a quick service call and inspected my system for proper operation.
