I wanted to try something new. Instead of In-N-Out or the habit burger. I took a chance here because some of the pictures from the reviews look good. And oh boy! I am glad I did. They have a self service kiosk and I am very picky with my burgers so I waited until somebody came up to take my order. A young lady walked up and answered my questions, helped me get my burger with an extra patty, and then I ordered some chicken wings. The chicken wings were amazing, but I should've gotten the normal buffalo wings because that's my normal preference at other restaurants. Occasionally, I like to try something new, and these were good if you'd like a sweet taste with mild spiciness to it. The burger was simply amazing and I will be back here in 30 days. I will only eat my junk food on the first weekend of the month. So I can't wait until the first weekend in January when I can come back to this place and get another triple cheeseburger. And next time I will try the buffalo wings and see how those are. The location was pretty normal. It was clean and they had a good fountain drink machine with several good options. One of a few halal options in the Pleasanton area. Conveniently located in a strip mall with ample parking. Clean interior with extra seating outside. Ordering is quick and efficient via the kiosk and the store associates are happy to help if you get stuck. I like my food on the Indian Mama spice level so I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which had a crispy chicken filet topped with tangy pickles and a creamy slaw. Be warned though, the spice level was through the roof and overpowered the other flavors. Fries were hot and fresh. I have to say the quality was great and the service was friendly. While looking at restaurants in the Pleasanton area, we came across iniBurger, which is an up and coming burger joint. The menu photos of the massive burgers looked compelling, so we had to give it a try. The menu was quite extensive with a variety of burger variations and wings. The restaurant also featured a selection of sauces as dips. I went with the mushroom swiss with onion rings, and wow, the food came out made to order and the large burger really lived up to expectations, with a hearty portion of crisp ground beef sandwiched between a pile of mushrooms, some Swiss cheese, and two pillowy buns. The onion rings were average, being slightly overcooked and dry, but I'd probably return for a burger the next time I'm in the area. Pros: Large portions, decent prices, fast service. I had a craving for a chicken sandwich. Luckily there's an abundance of restaurants that serve chicken sandwiches. What pulled us to Iniburger is their antibiotic free halal chicken. Since the chicken is halal, it was ethically sourced. Trying to be antibiotic free and eat out is hard. Many places including places that serve halal meat are not antibiotic free. Luckily this is. (Antibiotic resistance is on the rise and keeps me up at night lol) The restaurant itself is nice and clean. There are two self ordering screens. The girl working also asked if we need any help or had any questions. Great service! I ordered a chicken sandwich. I added turkey bacon to my sandwich. My husband ordered a three mini burger combo. And he upgrade his side of fries for onion rings. This was a dollar extra. The portion for the onion rings was a little small. His favorite was the mexi- Cali. I wanted a side of fries with my chicken sandwich and I opted for the spicy garlic fries. Now my disappoint for these fries partially my fault for not properly reading the description. The fries are "spicy garlic" because it has a drizzle of their spicy garlic sauce. The spicy garlic fries are $5.99 and the regular are $3.99. So essentially it cost $2 extra for a small drizzle of their spicy garlic sauce which only cover the surface of the fries and is not properly distributed. I personally prefer garlic fries to include fresh grated garlic. But again if I had properly read the description I would not have ordered these. So if you want fries and you want "spicy garlic" I recommend you get the .50 cent spicy garlic sauce on the side with regular fries. You will save $1.50 and have more sauce. Now for the chicken sandwich. It was good. I give it a 3 1/2 out of 5. It could've used a little more flavor but my main complaint is the chicken being dry. It wasn't as thick as I like my chicken to be in a sandwich and it was dry. It's definitely something they can fix. Perhaps more time brining? I added the spicy garlic fries to my sandwich and it was good especially dipped in ranch. Over all I would definitely come back. The place was clean. The food was clean and ANTIBIOTIC FREE. I just keep coming back, and this is one of the main places I think of when I'm in the area for takeout. I've now tried several burgers, wings, and sides, and brought my family for a nice meal outside on the patio and had an excellent time every time. Just like before, there's a nice industrial modern interior with plenty of space. An upscale soda fountain has excellent options above Coke or Pepsi, and there's ordering kiosks if you're in a hurry. The burgers are excellent, as are the fries and all the homemade sauces. It's always hot, fresh, and made to order, and has never given me that awful I just had a fast food burger feel afterwards. I love the Mexicali style burger and chicken sandwich (you can get almost any style with beef or chicken), and my husband loves the Mushroom Swiss and Nashville Hot Chicken (though it really is REALLY hot!). I usually eat the fries on the way home because I love them hot and crispy, and I love them with any of their sauces. The service has always been very friendly, helpful, and prompt, and of course you wait a few minutes for a cooked fresh burger, but it's worth it. The lemon pepper wingers were well seasoned and crunchy. But the Buffalo was great flavor but the skin got a bit soggy. The service was great. Although we ordered on the kiosk the staff was exceptionally kind even when my daughter spilled the ranch all over the floor. The inside is your standard fast food spot. Visited Pleasanton Ini Burger on Friday afternoon, zero customer service, long wait, quite loud and overall unorganized place. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were so so, needs improvement. Fries tasted poorly (not fried in a fresh batch of oil). Very sad. Will not be returning. Fremont Ca location was good in the beginning; however, they have also taken a turn for the worse. Disappointed and dissatisfied. My personal recommendation is to please realign your establishment values and focus on making good food, and cater towards your customers for pleasant future experiences (hopefully soon!). read more

Went to INI Burger and omg it was actually so good. The burger was juicy, fries were crispy, and everything tasted super fresh. Like post-school, drive-through-with-friends kind of perfect. As someone who is short short, the counter felt tall but the food made up for it. Also need to shout out José because his service was literally the best. He was so nice, patient, and just had really good energy. Didn't rush me, explained stuff, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. I had high hopes for IniBurgers in Pleasanton, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered chicken strips for my kids, and loaded fries--none of which lived up to the hype. The chicken strips were all batter with barely any actual chicken inside, just a lot of breading, which was very unfortunate since they were for my kids. As for the loaded fries, there was no cheese at all--just a pile of onions. It was completely misleading. And to top it off, I had to add salt myself because the fries were so bland and tasteless. It really needed some salt, but the burger was cooked well. I only took a bite out of the western burger but my partner said there was too much bbq sauce and didn't even finish it. Onion rings are passable, but the spicy garlic fries were inedible.
