While looking at restaurants in the Pleasanton area, we came across iniBurger, which is an up and coming burger joint. The menu photos of the massive burgers looked compelling, so we had to give it a try. The menu was quite extensive with a variety of burger variations and wings. The restaurant also featured a selection of sauces as dips. I went with the mushroom swiss with onion rings, and wow, the food came out made to order and the large burger really lived up to expectations, with a hearty portion of crisp ground beef sandwiched between a pile of mushrooms, some Swiss cheese, and two pillowy buns. The onion rings were average, being slightly overcooked and dry, but I'd probably return for a burger the next time I'm in the area. Pros: Large portions, decent prices, fast service. Unique variety of wings and burgers. Cons: Onion rings are a hard pass. read more

Went to INI Burger and omg it was actually so good. The burger was juicy, fries were crispy, and everything tasted super fresh. Like post-school, drive-through-with-friends kind of perfect. As someone who is short short, the counter felt tall but the food made up for it. Also need to shout out José because his service was literally the best. He was so nice, patient, and just had really good energy. Didn't rush me, explained stuff, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Visited Pleasanton Ini Burger on Friday afternoon, zero customer service, long wait, quite loud and overall unorganized place. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were so so, needs improvement. Fries tasted poorly (not fried in a fresh batch of oil). Very sad. Will not be returning. Fremont Ca location was good in the beginning; however, they have also taken a turn for the worse. Disappointed and dissatisfied. My personal recommendation is to please realign your establishment values and focus on making good food, and cater towards your customers for pleasant future experiences (hopefully soon!). read more

I just keep coming back, and this is one of the main places I think of when I'm in the area for takeout. I've now tried several burgers, wings, and sides, and brought my family for a nice meal outside on the patio and had an excellent time every time. Just like before, there's a nice industrial modern interior with plenty of space. An upscale soda fountain has excellent options above Coke or Pepsi, and there's ordering kiosks if you're in a hurry. The burgers are excellent, as are the fries and all the homemade sauces. It's always hot, fresh, and made to order, and has never given me that awful I just had a fast food burger feel afterwards. I love the Mexicali style burger and chicken sandwich (you can get almost any style with beef or chicken), and my husband loves the Mushroom Swiss and Nashville Hot Chicken (though it really is REALLY hot!). I usually eat the fries on the way home because I love them hot and crispy, and I love them with any of their sauces. The service has always been very friendly, helpful, and prompt, and of course you wait a few minutes for a cooked fresh burger, but it's worth it. I had high hopes for IniBurgers in Pleasanton, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered chicken strips for my kids, and loaded fries--none of which lived up to the hype. The chicken strips were all batter with barely any actual chicken inside, just a lot of breading, which was very unfortunate since they were for my kids. As for the loaded fries, there was no cheese at all--just a pile of onions. It was completely misleading. And to top it off, I had to add salt myself because the fries were so bland and tasteless. For a place that's received so much praise, the food quality was shockingly poor. This was a complete letdown. I would not come back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

High quality food with great flavor and best of all its all Halal! I ordered the Mexicali burger and it was the perfect amount of heat and spice. The lemon pepper wingers were well seasoned and crunchy. But the Buffalo was great flavor but the skin got a bit soggy. The service was great. Although we ordered on the kiosk the staff was exceptionally kind even when my daughter spilled the ranch all over the floor. The inside is your standard fast food spot. Located on a shopping complex it had plenty of parking all around. Overall, a really enjoyable meal for anyone who's in a rush and looking for high quality fast food. read more

Dropped by after a quick trip to the outlets. The place is on the smaller side but the service was relatively fast and the staff was polite. My kids enjoyed their meals, particularly the fries. The fries were extra crispy and had a nice crunch. I tried the mushroom burger and the classic American. Both were very tasty. The American burger tasted very similar to BurgerIM. I had a disappointing and concerning experience here recently with both the food quality and customer service. We ordered a chicken burger to go. When we got home and opened it, the chicken patty was raw/undercooked in the center--clearly unsafe to eat. We had to discard it entirely. Since we only discovered this after leaving, we couldn't address it on-site, but this is a serious food safety issue that needs attention. Separately, my kids used the self-ordering kiosk for what they thought were mini chicken burgers (the menu description was vague and didn't clearly specify the meat). When we opened the box, they were beef patties instead. We returned to the counter right away to politely request a swap to chicken versions. The employee at the front was counting cash and completely ignored us for over 10 minutes while we waited patiently. Once she finished, another staff member approached and rudely dismissed our request, saying they couldn't replace the items--no apology, no attempt to help. The combination of serving potentially unsafe food and such dismissive, unhelpful service ruined what should have been a simple meal. I won't be going back, and I'd advise others to consider this before visiting--especially families with kids relying on clear menu info and reliable food handling. If this was a one-off, I hope the management addresses it, but based on our experience, it's not worth the risk. read more

We got a mushroom burger, Western burger, onion rings, and spicy garlic fries. At first bite I was pleased with the mushroom burger, but the more I ate it the more bland it became. It really needed some salt, but the burger was cooked well. I only took a bite out of the western burger but my partner said there was too much bbq sauce and didn't even finish it. Onion rings are passable, but the spicy garlic fries were inedible. When they say spicy, they really do mean spicy, but I couldn't taste any garlic and I just felt like I was getting hit in the face with cayenne pepper. So yeah...it's just a no for me. read more
