Paella? It's an spanish dish, not peruvian maybe that's why. The rice was uncooked but burned... from re-heating it? The same with the green beans. They were only green in one side. Restaurant has TVs and music playing, which can be a distraction of you're looking for quiet intimacy. I wasn't. The only negative that I can detect is the parking lot, with so many restaurants now in this shopping center, be prepared to walk to/from your car. I brought my in-laws here to try Peruvian food for the first time and I was actually disappointed that this restaurant misrepresented the great culinary gift my country has to offer. We started our meal with Papa a la Huancaina. The sauce did not taste right, it was horrible. I ordered a Pisco Sour and it did not taste right. It seemed watered down. My stomach started to ache a few minutes after drinking this Pisco Sour. The only decent dish was the Lomo Saltado but everything else (Aji de Gallina, Arroz con Pollo, Picante de Pollo, etc...) was horrible. It was embarrassing and I regret taking my family here. They have to improve so many things that I can't even give it a hopeful rating...I will keep trying other restaurants. I will certainly not try this one ever again... read more

I've been frequenting this location for 10+ years. I only buy one dish, Lomo Saltado beef. I love it. I crave it. The green sauce served at the table with bread is a flavor I can't find anywhere else. These two things keep me coming back, typically 1x each month. The issues I've found have been inconsistent portions, and inconsistent flavors. The green sauce is on point, every time, no matter what. But the heat level can fluctuate. The Lomo Saltado can be generously heaped, or stingily spread over the same white plate. White rice is always there, and seems about the same every time. I've also tried other dishes, such as ceviche, and roasted chicken, but wasn't impressed enough to finish either meal. Prices are slightly high for what you get, especially on the days they skimp on the portions. The service is usually smiley, and efficient. You won't be wowed by Inka Grill, but you'll find a few gems worth returning for. read more

This place was amazingly good! The green sauce that you have with the bread was similar to other places, nothing special, but good. The service was great. I came here during lunch and we were seated and served bread within a few minutes. I ordered the Picante with fish (cod) and it was spectacular. Had a really good kick to it and the portions are huge. The sauce they use is really tasty and the fish was perfectly cooked. There are no Peruvian restaurants around where I live, so the first opportunity I have to try Peruvian food, I'm there ( blew my juice diet). The food is pretty decent, I mostly eat fish. Fish pretty fresh. I tried the Ceviche (I ordered with no spice) and it was good. I tried the Papa a la Huancaina and it was okay. Neither blew my mind. You might try it and love it, but I am from Peru and I cook Peruvian food, and these two dishes could get better. The Chicha was really good, too sweet for me, but that's how people like it. BTW, I shared both dishes. I wanted the fish fried rice with quinoa (it's the new trend in Peru to replace rice for quinoa), no can't do said the waitress. I guess it wasn't available, so I had a salmon salad ( very non-peruvian) since I had liquids the day before and that morning, it was better for me to go with the salad. Shame on me, I came back next day. I wanted to try something else. And since my tummy could stomach better solids I could try stronger dishes. I looked up and down the menu, and I chose the Chupe de Camarones. I know you are thinking, a soup! but it has a lot of ingredients. Anyway, it was meh. I also tried the Jalea de Pescado and it was okay, nothing especial again. I don't think this restaurant is really trying. The service is fast and the girls are pretty nice. read more

One of my favorite places to eat in the area! The complimentary bread and green sauce alone make the trip worth it. My personal favorite dishes are the Beef Picante and the Mama Ocollo. I have never eaten Peruvian food and we went to Inka Grill because a friend of mine sent me a groupon coupon, so I decided, what the heck!?! Okay, a little off the beaten path, my wife and I found this place. We weren't too impressed by the greeting, but still went ahead with eating there. Since we didn't know enough about Peruvian food, it was a little difficult to make a wise choice when it came to their food. We decided to share a salad and the beef soltado. Like I said before, I've never had Peruvian food,and knowing that it wasn't something that we were accustomed to, we agreed that some things may taste different than we normally eat. The waitress gave us some menus and some bread, and then about a minute later, asked us if we were ready to order ... huh? I hadn't even gone through the complete menu. I asked for a few more minutes and I don't think she liked my response, but said okay as she walked away. We ordered. The side salad came in a few minutes and was drenched in lemon. I guess Peruvians like it that way, huh? Not bad, but it could have used less lemon to make it more paletable. About ten minutes passed and we were served the main dish. It resembled what my mother used to make us as we were kids and had little money to make a good meal. Again, not bad, but I wouldn't go out and choose this as my last dying meal. The jury is still out on whether I like Peruvian food or not. If you're willing to try something different and like Peruvian food, then I guess this is the place for you. All in all, the place was clean and there were, as it seemed, regulars that go there. I suppose my stomach will never know the difference, but my taste buds definitely do!
