I wish I could Give no stars... this place is the worst... I should have listened to all the reviews... I took a 2016 T680 in with 75k on it (not even broke in) I brought it in For a check engine light on and the left trailer turn signals didn't work and the turn signal indicator light flashed really fast... also to have some minor body work done after an accident They said the check engine light was low coolant warning (total bull as when there is low coolant it will ding ding ding you into insanity)... the cause was a loose clamp and that was considered and adjustment so no warranty (with only 75k miles) $298 After charging me $500 to diagnose my turn signal issue they said there was no issue and even made me bring a trailer there and take them on a road test to duplicate the issues of fuses blowing and signals not working... funny how I bring it to them with nothing working... $500 later they work now but nothing was wrong ... so warranty won't cover it... My battery panel cover is coming off... it's a known issues do warranty fix... never got fixed ( guess they didn't have a shady excuse to get out of this warranty fix so they just ignored it) After a week of this headache it finally got off to the body shop where is was held up for almost another three weeks where I was lied to week after week and flat out ignored my emails for updates... when it was finally done they said come get it 7 am tomorrow.. show up and they say it's in the wash bay ....around 8:30 I'm getting irritated waiting and am looking and the wash bay guy is just texting away ... finally at 9:30 I had it and told them just bring my truck done or not It's not like they are just incompetent... they down right are shady and deceptive... they don't care about you or the fact that your truck doesn't make its money sitting in their lot... they had my rig for almost a month and I feel it would have been much long had I not turned into that guy... take your truck elsewhere trust me read more

Went over at 5 pm to get a small part on will call. 1 handicapped parking spot down next to sales with the door locked. I was a will call customer and after 28 minutes I found out that will call just meant your part MAY be prepulled. Being handicapped I had trouble standing for that long. When I left with my part there were 19 others in line for the 1 full time countermand and the 1 part time counterman. Don't think I would recommend buying a KW. Customer service failure. read more

Work was performed and Truck sat a few days in KW yard and wouldn't Start when my Driver got there to pick up the Truck. They removed batteries and charged overnight and load test and said all 3 batteries were bad. Well I just instAlled them a month ago so I got them and took the batteries to Carquest where I bought them and the Manager tested them in front of me and they were all good. I returned to Inland KW and reinstalled the batteries and the truck started right up. Well i found they left lights on and batteries went dead. But they couldn't figure that out. Ok so this is wild, I just seen that KW replied and funny partt is that I i did call Jonathan aka Service Manager and left a message for him to call me and I e never heard Baal from him. I also called and text the service sale guy Mike Nash and he never called back or text back. Just plain ole NOT Giving a Crap People Honestly. they gave me a $1600.00 estimate to repair, to which I agreed. Then they tell me they need to troubleshoot even more and the new estimate is $2500.00 ?? Isn't an estimate a repair fee ??? either they have really bad mechanics or they just want "more" of your money. I was not the only customer complaining that day. reminded me of those "mafia" movies where you pay or you pay. I ended up losing $1600.00 bucks Plus my time and part of my liver. I took it to a "real" mechanic and only cost me $200.00 bucks To get it fixed. I think this place has to be visited by the BBB. Watch out for those estimates. All these bad reviews above are true. Don't go this dealership unless you wanna have a week off or something. Take them at least 2 days to just diagnose your truck. Plus they charge for their own faults. I brought in my under warranty truck to them for a wheel seal leak and a shock leak related problem. I also told the service advisor that whenever I turned on my Microwave with engine not running , the inverter displayed low battery alarm right away. I asked the service advisor if it was normal or should I get it checked since the truck is still under warranty. They took the truck in saying they will check it. After 4 days I got the call that my truck was ready. When I got there, they told me that was no charge for the leaks but I'll have to pay like $180 for the labor for diagnosis of the inverter problem. It took them about 2 hours to check all the wiring. When I asked them what did they find out the problem was. Their answer was that the microwave draw too much power so I need to use it only when the engine is running. I asked them aren't you guys supposed to know that without having to check all the wiring. Their answer was that their technician has time to diagnose the problem so I had to pay that amount for them to release the truck. So I had to basically pay because their technician had insufficient knowledge about his work. Good thing is that at least now they know that this is normal hopefully won't charge other truckers for this issue read more

Took my 2022 t680 in for an engine knock still has a metal to metal sound. Jake's weren't working in certain gears. They told me the road test didn't show any knocks and my Jake's work perfectly. Jake's seem to have a better catch persay. My truck was set governed just over 70 mph picked the truck up and the dash is showing it's governed down at 64 now. I'm never ever gonna be running slower than swift. But I get told they didn't even look at the parameters then get told they messed with the parameters for the Jake's but not my governor. I consider myself a loyal customer, I have spent over $40,000 at this dealership dealership for 2013. This place is a shitshow! Avoid at all costs. Our truck was sent in for an engine light and they just cleared the signal without fixing it. We picked it up and drove 100 miles and engine light again! Took it back and asked for the codes that come up so we can keep track of the issues. Girl at the desk gave us a bunch of attitude. This place ripped me off for over a thousand dollars!!! We brought our truck here to get a diagnostic done for a def issue and kept our truck for two weeks. The lied to me saying they had a tech spend 11 hours on it going through the wiring harness and checking pins. All of the original zip ties are still on the harness. They didn't do anything buy clear the code and put a relay in. They didn't fix or diagnose anything!!! I could go on and on about this. Fuck this place. I hope it goes out of business! The rating stays at 1. They had my truck for a week. A week! At most they should have had it three days. My honest opinion is that they take on more than they can handle at one time, so your truck will just sit there and sit there. I lost a weeks pay because of this place. Thank god my company paid for the hotel, which, by the way, was loaded with people who had trucks being held hostage by Inland Kenworth. Never, ever again. Update: After posting my original review yesterday, expressing on yelp, my utter dissatisfaction with the Inland Kenworth service dept, which was after I had already expressed my dissatisfaction expressly to the staff members of the service dept. After I posted my initial review to Yelp, the general manager RETALIATED, by contacting the company I work for, and whose truck I had brought in, and requested that I not be sent back to the dealership for future repairs, and letting my company know that I would not be allowed back on the Inland Kenworth premises, again. Which resulted in a call from my boss, and me being reprimanded. Yes folks, horrible, terrible, inexcusable service is one thing. But THIS is what I'm dealing with here. Unprofessional just isn't even in the realm of expressing what I have experienced with Inland Kenworth of Fontana. Downright childish is a bit more accurate, but still doesn't fully do justice to expressing my experience. If you have to go several hundreds of miles, out of your way, to avoid this KW dealership, particularly their service department, then do so. That is the best advice I can give you, as a customer who has dealt first hand with Inland Kenworth of Fontana. I have a 2013 and I get my PM done here all the time. I always get great customer service with quick turn around. I have had some bigger issues and they did take a couple days to get fixed but I would expect that with the problems I had. Tony (who I mostly deal with) and the rest of the guys there are awesome. I ask for a call when its diagnosed and the when its finished and I ALWAYS get those calls. read more

This dealership is a joke as far as repair work goes. I took my truck in three weeks ago which was supposed to be a warranty A/c job they only needed to change the hvac filters. Instead they hooked up a hvac machine and ran all these extra tests for the AC first and racked up a $651 dollar bill in all reality when I called and spoke with I think his name was Bryan, he told me that they charge about 160 per hour for labor and the job should only take 1 to 1 and a half hours which would be $240 for labor at most and probably $20 each for filters I am an automotive mechanic I know the racket when it's being played. Your supposed to start from the simplest most likely problem and then go further if necessary my truck only had about 45k miles on it you should know filters are the most likely problem not hook up your hvac machine to look for leaks that you know probably won't be there. Just because truck drivers make descent money doesn't mean we deserve to be taken advantage of. Now I'm out a. Extra $360 dollars because they don't know how to run a legitimate business read more

The service dept here is terrible, I made a huge mistake of purchased the new T660 from here. Since the day one, nothing but trouble here and there constantly with the truck. My most recent engine light came on, took it in and all they did was cleared the light then release the truck. I've known an certified commercial truck mechanic confirmed the problem with my truck wasn't even fixed, why? because there is a huge part shortage on this model nation wide right now, so how in the world did they "Fixed" that without the replacement parts? I took the truck to other KW dealership and was treated the same, cleared the light and said they fixed it!! the truck is my 2nd home and I've invested over $150K but these guys here don't even care. We brought our truck in for some minor repairs. Called ahead and they said it wasn't busy and they had the parts for all the suspected problems. When we got there, the truck sat for two hours before they would even look at it. Hour and a half later, They charged $176.00 for some zip ties to tighten a sensor. Our cab air ride bags were flat. They said we needed a lever, (at 3 and a half hours in)and we needed authorization. 2 more hours go by, they say now it's not the lever it's a leveler valve. We need authorization again. So now 3 hours later, a total of 8 hours, we walk out with $655.00 bill. Rude people, don't like giving out any information as to what's going on. We will never step foot in this place again!!!!!! read more

I took my truck to inland kenworth for my check engine light being on I was call and told it needed a egr cooler and it would be warranty but they did not have the part and they would have to order it and I would have to pay freight, I said ok they called me three days later and told me my truck was done, went to pick up my and waited for somebody to help me, the first guy tried to help me and went looking for paper work, then he told me he could not close my paper work, then the next guy who look like he belongs in zz top came out from behind a wall said I got close my paper work sent me to the cashier, came back got key to my truck and drove over the freeway and my check engine light came back on, stop at Rush what a difference, I was greated and a service person came out to my truck and got all the info he needed, instead of trailer parking is out back and bring me the last six of your vin and miles, told them I just had my egr cooler replace at kenworth, they got my truck into the shop right away and told me thatbthe unit needs a egr cooler again I told them the coolrr wss just replace, they took me out to my truck and showed me that the original from the factory was still on my truck, I called inland and tryed to get a hold of the service manager but found that evrry time I call that clown was alway out of the Office, spoke to another guy by the name of Ryan who dose not know shit about engine and he told me he would refund me my freight, went and got my money and the guy smelled like beer, what kind of place are you guy running I would not let theys clown work on my skateboard read more
