I've ordered from Insomnia cookies a few times and had pretty good experiences besides then replacing a cookie I ordered with something I didn't but I chalked it up to maybe they ran out. Overall, that didn't bother me because the cookies were fresh and delish. Every time I've gone into the store, it's a mess. My most recent time I waited almost 20 min until someone showed up. I have no clue where the staff was but since I pre placed mt order for pick up, I had to wait. They did not seem apologetic for being missing during that time and told me half of what I ordered was not ready and it would be 10 more minutes so I just opted for something else. The Cookies tasted ok! Nothing to rant about. I purchased 9 cookies with 3 free ones and the price was $32 including a $6 tip. If your order is over $15 then you'll get free delivery. I love this flavor of cookie, and it is my favorite at Midnight Cookies in Gainesville, FL. Accordingly, I had to give it a try before it was discontinued. I was not disappointed. While it still lacks the freshness of a Midnight Cookie--one of my major complaints with Insomnia Cookies overall-it was very tasty, warm, and gooey. The size was generous and not too small. I definitely recommend this cookie before it is no longer offered. You will not be disappointed! Service: I called ahead they were supposed to open at 11. I was there and about 10 after 11 a worker came out and said they wouldn't be opening for another 30 minutes.
