i usually love insomnia cookies and have a lot of grace for service workers and all the crap they put up with, but this location had a particularly rude staff member. I would recommend you guys change the sign on the bathroom door from saying "no public restroom" which implies people buying products can use it to "employees only" or just don't gave a sign at all! or at the very least if someone tries to use it don't have your employees yell at them as if its not a common mistake. read more

Shortly after, I found myself in Ypsi and my cousin suggested we get ice cream. We stopped in here and got a warm salted Carmel cookie with a scoop of ice cream. It was delicious. They don't have a ton of ice cream options but they have enough. I should have taken a picture but by the time I made it home, the ice cream was melted. I wish they had better packaging to prevent that from happening. Like maybe package them separately and you can add the ice cream on top when it's ready to eat. Delivered my order late by an HOUR on 4/8. I called and asked for a refund. All the representative could muster was a $6 off if you spend another $6. We tried calling in to use the coupon but we were told by the call center (which all calls go into) that coupons "werent working" so we've been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get a return for the original order because 1. Sometimes the cookies don't come hot only semiwarm (and if you're like me and you love the ooey-gooey-right-out-of-the-oven type of cookie, then that sucks.) I called customer service twice - once to confirm the address on my order due to a typo (my fault) and once because the Cookie Tracker said my order had been delivered. The customer service rep said, "Oh, well there's only one delivery driver in your area. So he's checking off your order as delivered because it looks bad in our system if we take too long." I love their cookies but was horribly disappointed with my delivery experience. I was quoted a generic 30-45 minutes. I live 1.5 miles away and it took 75 minutes before we got our order. Both brownies looked like a train wreck and tasted awfully disappointing. They don't let you enter a top, you have to choose from a pre selected number based on percentage. Not mad at the workers but based on the Google reviews and a number of other people who have said they have had to wait 2+ hours for their cookie delivery, this seems to be due to poor management. I don't know if they are understaffed, overwhelmed, or inefficient or all of the above! Not worth the money and wait for next time.
