They don't have a ton of ice cream options but they have enough. I should have taken a picture but by the time I made it home, the ice cream was melted. I wish they had better packaging to prevent that from happening. Like maybe package them separately and you can add the ice cream on top when it's ready to eat. I called customer service twice - once to confirm the address on my order due to a typo (my fault) and once because the Cookie Tracker said my order had been delivered. Not mad at the workers but based on the Google reviews and a number of other people who have said they have had to wait 2+ hours for their cookie delivery, this seems to be due to poor management.
