I typically never leave reviews, but it's hard to see all these negative reviews about Rusty and his shop. There is a reason he's been around for so long.  I hope more of his customers leave positive feedback for Rusty and the shop.  I know for a fact they've had more than 40 customers. I've been a long-time Integrity customer, for well over 10 years. Rusty has saved me thousands when it comes to major services and has always met the expectations he's provided (time and cost). He's never surprised me with an unknown repair bill and always contacts me for approval before doing the work.  Provides me an explanation as to why things should be repaired and the consequences if I don't, but I am never forced to commit to the repair like dealerships. I may not be like others who are in a rush or just have 1 car, but I'll continue to hike to the city for Integrity to work on my cars.  The ease of mind of knowing it will get done right is enough. Keep going Rusty, don't let these corporate places with new grads who don't know what they're doing take over. read more

I am a 40 year old female just moved here from Ohio and was looking for a repair shop for my Mercedes Benz. Came across a flyer and decided to give these guys a chance. Mercedes in Ohio wasn't able to fix my problem before I left Ohio so I gave these guys a shot at it. Made an appointment and waited for my vehicle. The diagnostic guy is incredible found my problem in 30 min and fixed it all in under an hour. But I spent almost two hours just talking with this incredible group of friends now I would call them made me feel so incredibly comfortable. Integrity you have a customer for life. I had my brakes and suspension done a few weeks ago. Integrity was recommended to me by a family member. So going to Chicago was some way but it was well worth it. They were able to get everything done fast and affordable compared to other places I got quotes from. They were able to point out other issues that may arise in the near future but gave me the option of fixing it now or later. They weren't pushy at all and provided me with alternative measures to take to keep my car lasting a little longer until I was ready to get that part fixed. Highly recommend these guys. read more

Look, I took my geriatric 2006 Land Rover to Integrity for help on an electrical issue with my driver seat. The damn thing couldn't move up or down. Rusty, the man, the legend, said no problem and fixed it up within a day. The thing is I had taken this car to another shop to get fixed up and they took three weeks without even fixing the issue. Do not go here!!!! They will steal stuff out of your vehicle! 10k gold stolen from my Sunglasses compartment. Power steering issues have nothing to do with your Sunglasses compartment inside your vehicle. He disappeared with no contact tirelessly for a year and wont give me my car back because he is illegally charging storage fees. I now have to take him to court. My car had the plastic cover that protects the engine get loose. It was dragging on the street and so I called Integrity Chicago Auto Repair and they fixed it for me!
