3/04/2022 It's almost 1 year to the date since I've been using this new HVAC Heat Pump upgrade that Mike Di Nallo, of Integrity Comfort, sold and installed for me. At first i was a little confused as SCE rates were beginning to skyrocket and i wasn't certain i made the right choice in moving from Gas to Electric. Once i spoke to SCE they moved me into a TOU-D Prime plan. I also elected to subsidize some of my power through the Clean Alliance Program. Both of these plans are offered to homeowners with electric cars, heat pumps, variable pool pumps, etc...and the savings has proven to be massive when compared to either Southern Calif Sempras Gas or any other SCE price options available to standard users today. And today, as we all feel the impacts of inflation together, we're experiencing record level billing from our energy suppliers. So switching over to a heat pump couldn't be more timely in my opinion. So after Mike lead a smooth 3 day install of my new Heat Pump with a 5 ton Condenser, installed a new Nest thermometer, processed 1 manufacturer rebate with me, deducted 1 SCE rebate from my invoice, an had me call SCE to change my pricing Tier to reflect "TOU D-Prime" for optimum daily/pricing ..all I can say is Mike Di Nallo is something special! Mike is a once in a lifetime Sales Rep & hands on Installer who can assess, estimate your needs, recommend an economical solution to your budget and execute upon it. His skillset in the industry is bar none, making me wonder how much longer Integrity will be lucky to have him before he opens his own competitive business. I would hire Integrity Comfort for any HVAC needs you might have, but you MUST ask for Mike Di Nallo if you want the job priced right and executed in a timely fashion. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Original review (3/19/2021) Integrity Comfort just changed my life for the better! I was in need of a major HVAC upgrade for about a year and kept holding out. After multiple visits to assess and repair my old unit, Mike provided a solid quote that was affordable and timely. Within one week of quote acceptance I was on my way to changing the lives of my family. We upgraded our old gas unit to an electric variable pump and boy what a pay off! This unit is so quiet I barely know when it's working. They removed old ducts, installed new, cut out two lovely returns and provided a top notch flow of heat and air that warms/cools my house fairly quickly. I'm excited to see how efficient this unit is expense-wise as I can already feel the savings on the daily operation. My old unit killed me financially and comfort-wise. The thermostat they installed was the Google Nest which has proven to be super user friendly and efficient for even my fiancé to use. The level of service and attention that Integrity provided was way above par. They would show up to work preparing the house for protection every day, work hard all day and then clean up as if they weren't even there. This was a huge job and they finished in exactly the number of days that Mike quoted me. I can't say enough good things about Mike who quoted me and oversaw the job AND Julie who booked, invoiced and scheduled my maintenance appts to come. We had an excellent experience with Christian, our HVAC technician. He arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment, was very friendly and professional, and took the time to listen as I explained the issues we were having with our AC. Christian thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the system, and unfortunately, the conclusion was that our AC unit will need to be replaced. What I really appreciated was how he took the time to explain everything to me, including the technical details, in a way that I could understand. He even used his equipment to test the system and showed me the actual readings and data he collected so I could see for myself what was going on. I really respect that kind of transparency. He recommended that we meet with a representative to go over replacement options, pricing, and estimates, and we already have that appointment scheduled for next Friday. What impressed me even more was that after all the time he spent evaluating, testing, and explaining everything, there was no charge for the visit. Christian was honest, accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of rather than simply trying to sell us something. I was getting pretty tired of "local" HVAC installers that appear to be 5 star yet have a slew of 1-star reviews. Each one I called had completely random agents answering, and somehow it's the same one HVAC vendor calling me back. Fortunately, Integrity Comfort Systems is a family owned establishment that does not rely on fake reviews on fake google storefronts to stay in business. Only one of three people will be answering the phones, night and day, and one of them is the owner. In West LA? Not a problem, they will show up on time, and communicate with rapid turnaround should anything be amiss. Pricier than the 'competition'? They will patiently explain for multiple hours to talk you through any big purchase decision. Steven spent an hour in the sun on my rooftop explaining to me the condition of my condenser unit, how it was salvageable, if I replaced my air handler, but not ideal for the new refrigerants being used. Then another hour on the phone, when I had a different offer for a seemingly cheaper, more efficient unit from the competitor, explaining to me at just the right technical level why the other unit would very likely not perform as expected. We've been dealing with issues for over a year and a home warranty that did the bare minimum (if you could call it even that). We scheduled an appointment with Integrity Comfort System with quick response. Alejandro came out and did full diagnostics, checked out system, ducting, out attic space. He gave us plenty of options to choose from. We tried replacing a few components to see if that changed anything and he offered to come out the next day with his supervisor Mike to run further diagnostics. Fast forward to today, Mike & Alejandro came out, ran diagnostics and we ultimately opted to replace our system. The whole process has been really straightforward and easy going. No weird sales tactics and they understand/respect that this is your home. Will update after our system has been replaced, I'm sure we will have no complaints. Integrity comfort system, we just bought a house in Simi valley that had no air conditioning. I called several places over a couple of days. All of said we can come the next day or a week from then. When I called integrity comfort I talked to Barbie she had appointment for them to come out in a few hours to give us a quote. That morning Kenny came out and within 10 minute had me a quote that seemed to fit budget and did. There was asbestos removal, needed all new equipment, including air duct. Other companies that gave me quotes wanted to know what the quotes were from their competitors, which I thought was strange wouldn't they give me their best price. I never write reviews, but this was such a great experience I felt I needed to. From the initial quote to the conclusion of my profect, I was completely satisfied with Integrity Comfort Systems. From the get go they worked to meet my budget and provided a package that well supassed all the other quotes I received. The installation was done thoughtfully , keeping me in the loop at all times. The first night I wasn't home from work yet and my instraller, Chris, who couldn't get a hold of me, waited for over an hour to speak with me directly before leaving my house unattended. He also noticed some small drops of paint on my kitchen floor that I hadn't even noticed and made sure they were completely cleaned up. It was like my brother was installing my HVAC! From the moment I spoke to Nima B. I knew I had the right guy. The man is a problem solver with an unbelievable (can do) attitude. My wife has bad allergies so we decided to get new ducts in the attic. We started the work but before it got done I had to take my wife to the hospital. Nima personally went to my home and supervised everything while I took care of my wife. He then DROVE TO THE HOSPITAL just to introduce himself to me and pic up a payment. Honestly, who does that? Integrity Comfort Systems is awesome. Period. I've worked with Mike through 2 homes and over many years. He's the best! Integrity services both my home and also installed and service my mother's HVAC. I'm convinced there's nobody better out there! They've redone both my inside and outside ducting and installed air purification systems in both homes, in addition to regular servicing of our HVAC systems. "THE BEST OF THE BEST" After having two companies give us quotes for complete change out of our 40 year A/C heating system, I called Integrity Comfort Systems which I found on Yelp. Chris came out and did an evaluation of our existing systems. I requested he return a second time so I could verify the real age and maker of our original equipment. They even went so far to design my ducting system to make sure it was correct. As a contractor myself I was more than impressed with the entire company. I have to add that even the general manager Julie came out to introduce herself and make sure that everything was going as planned. What started as a basic appointment for routine air conditioning maintenance ended up as a complete overhaul of my entire air, heating, coil-overs, duct work and vents due to a leak in the water pan. From the owner Kenny, to the managers and technicians I encountered all were very professional was well as courteous. As the project was nearing completion an unforeseen blockage in the drainage pipe was encountered. I was so bumded out, I thought I was going to have to buy a new AC. I had someone in the previous day and unbeknowest to me they "unplugged" my AC while giving me an estimate on "fixing" or "upgrading" it and left. I had this company come out for an AC tune-up before summer. They were running a special, had great reviews, and I liked that they're a local business. Their communication was excellent -- they confirmed the appointment and sent text updates with the technician's arrival time. Troy, the tech who came out, was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He inspected the system, cleaned the compressor coils, and ran a full test to make sure everything was working properly.
