I have so much many reasons to say "thank you" to you Lisa. My initial project was to find fabric for two of my chairs. After months of searching and shopping and being unable to find choice, quality fabric that I desired, I decided to stop into your store, Interiors by Bruce. I tried to keep under that radar as I looked around, but your husband, Bruce (aka Chip) started talking to me about your interior design expertise; along with a tour of your upholstery and drapery area. I never intended to work with a decorator, as I was hesitant because of past experiences with decorators. However, based on Chip's rave recommendation of you, I decided to give you a call. I am so very happy I did. It was truly the beginning of the best experience I have ever had working with an interior decorator. Lisa, you are amazing. You took my two 30 year old Ethan Allen chairs and, not only gave them new life, but a new look as well. Your attention to detail, your creativity and eye for fabric and design is superior. I was so impressed with how easy and fun you made the process, I asked you to help me finish the living room. A year later, you helped me achieve my vision for our family room and sun room. This was not an easy task. At first, husband was not on board with the sun room redo as he did not think it necessary (of course he didn't!). Upon completion of the sun room, I'll never forget when my husband came home and saw the room completed (accessories and all). He immediately called you to tell you how glad he was that he decided to redo the sun room because it was more beautiful than he could have imaged (ha, ha, like it was his idea in the first place!!). Lisa, even though you and I worked together on the majority of selecting the furniture, fabric and upholstery decisions, my husband said he also enjoyed his level of involvement because of you. The reason for this is because what is especially important and what we really appreciated is that you listened to us - to our likes, our dislikes and "guided" us through the process when we were unsure. You never imposed your design ideas upon us. If we really did not like a fabric, you took it out of the mix without making us feel as if we did not have any taste in style and design. But on the other hand, when you thought a fabric was really going to work and worth taking home with us to look at it again in our environment, you would slip it into our bag and say "just give it a chance". We would take the fabric home, look at it, and come back with smiles and say "okay, you were right". You worked hard to find and give us what we wanted. Another area of your expertise is your ability to accessorize a room and pull it all together. Lisa, your creativity and design is intrinsic. You have completely redone three major room in our home; living room, family room and sun room. Again, you made the process easy, fun and stayed within our budget. Thank you for helping me transform our house into a beautiful, welcoming home. That woman is crazy. I have heard and experienced nothing but good things from Interiors by Bruce. They have extremely talented designers. The store is absolutely beautiful. All of the houses I've seen pictures of that they have done are tasteful and gorgeous. If you listen to that review and let it stop you from going into that store, you're crazy too!! read more

well here goes....the truth needs to get out! ok so I rented storage from Bruce's, and I run my business out of it (people do that) and I must mention my clientele is children so what I am about to tell you is devastating...... I also employ high school kids well back in November a employee was late for picking up something at this place, well upon his return he mentioned to me that he witnessed the older man at the reception desk WATCHING PORN! I didnt believe him I mean this is Interiors by Bruce, I mean that man that he was referring to was like 60 years old, so I brushed it off. Well my son another teen came in one day and said the same thing "umm do you know the dude downstairs is WATCHING PORN? Again, I am a idiot and I didnt believe, well several months later, (February 2013) I went to get the mascot costumes out to do a new website so I pull out all of them but notice one (1) mascot head missing, I mean I am going crazy looking for it to the point where I am actually doubting that I had the head in the first place, so I proceed to go downstairs and ask the person (older man) working at the front well my eyes stopped me as soon as I got off the elevator... there it was PORN staring at me in the face, I mean it was like a train wreck and you cannot look away, really so i made a lot of noise opened my car truck (beeping noise) still the man was staring at the screen ( oh and it was SAME SEX PORN) after 15 minutes yes 15 minutes I decided to take pictures since Bruce (Chip) would think I was crazy cause really it sounds made up and than I was able to video also since so much time had lapsed . So after all this time he finally turned it off since he heard me well saw me open the door to come in and inquire about my missing my mascot head. He told me well you and us are the only ones with keys so. Well again I am starting to doubt myself so I called my friend who was recently at the storage with me to verify that she saw the missing mascot head. . Well the next day I went back with my husband since really this has made me EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, I mean come on the man?employee knew I was there, he opened the overhead door for me I actually was the only customer there. So the next day I went to the front desk and asked how to get a hold of the owner Bruce/Chip the man at the front was like well I can help you and I said well I am missing something from my storage locker and so I would like him to call me. I left my name and number for him to call me. At that time my husband went up and opened my locker and right in the front was the missing mascot head like nothing, impossible for me to miss since again it was right in the front. So we left and I told the different man at the front to have the owner call me. Next day I receive a call from Bruce/Chip I told him that I am really uncomfortable to discuss what I am about to tell you. He assured me that it would be ok..... So I explained what I witnessed from the previous day, his response was well " we did have a UNCONFIRMED REPORT before, and we did talk to the three men that work here and they all denied it ." With that I told him well "I have Pictures" and his response was "OH" " could you send me the photo?" and I did. He also mentioned to me that that was a good excuse to tell the man that you were missing something from your storage locker and I said well it was true. With that he had no answer for me. I forwarded the picture to him and he told me well I really cannot make it out and I said " Oh well that is ok I also have a video that shows three men having sex:" he was speechless. After that he called me and text-ed me that he had talked to his brother and that that employee would be terminated. At the time I told him that I was very uncomfortable with doing business there since I deal with children plus I just don't condone that type of behavior, his response was well you would think that he would have done it on a Sunday when we are not busy, I told him he shouldn't be doing that at all in a public facility if he has these urges than this behavior should be in his own home. Again I told him I am very upset since I have been told by two other people (young adults, also my employees) and I just didn't believe them since that type of behavior is just unacceptable. I explained to him I have to leave I cannot do business in a place like this he assured me that it wouldn't happen again and that he has talked to his brother and they are not going to charge me while I am there since I had to encounter such behavior in this / his wonderful facility. I accepted his offer but insisted that I am leaving. Since this happened Feb 2013, I have been back to the facility Bruce's Out of Site Storage March 30, April 1 and April 13 every time I have had a escort with me since I was also told by Bruce/ Chip that next time I am there to bring my device and he would remove the video from phone.
