Hands down the most friendliest and best customer service! I needed to get my car serviced for maintenance since it's over due and found their shop. Found out they specialized in European cars but they also work on all types of cars. I have an old school Miata and they were able to work on it with no problems. Spoke with Twix and she was extremely helpful and nice. Was notified they would be done in a days work and just as they said, it was done by the end of the day. Called them up for an estimate on a cat back install. Spoke with Ricardo who gave an extremely reasonable estimate with a same day appointment. Thuc performed the install perfect and fast. A few days later I noticed a rattle and took it back in which they noticed the exhaust brace was extremely close to the exhaust that could cause the rattle sound. Found out recently that Thuc and some of the OG techs no longer work there which explains the degrading level of service at that other shop. This is by far the best automotive repair place I've been to. I used to go to the dealership to get a simple oil change but costed me part of an arm. The previous place I went to was horrid. I came to get an oil change but instead got an oil change with a scratched bumper. Intune motors is pretty new and was packed with cars but in between jobs they snuck my car in for a quick oil change and even topped off fluids and replaced the cap that I lost for my tire. My car had a sunroof problem where it wouldn't seal in. When I contacted other Euro car repair shops, they would charge hundreds of dollars to evaluate the issue. My left headlight was out. Went to the Fiat dealer and was told the technician would not be in for 2 hours, I would then have to wait in line because there were others ahead of me, and it would be $199 to run diagnostics. I left and went to another dealer where I was told they do not work on Fiats. Duh! I went home and looked up "mechanics who work on foreign cars". I called InTune and they said they could change a headlight. They ordered it, two hours later I went in and after 10 minutes I drove out with both headlights working. I have found my forever mechanic!! I walked into Intune Motors after receiving subpar customer service at a nearby shop. I am so glad I ended up at Intune instead! I was immediately greeted by the very kind owner, Thuc, he was eager to help me and even took a look at my car right away. He quickly identified what turned out to be a simple problem, a missing bolt on my brake caliper. Thuc went out of his way to try to find a replacement, we couldn't find one but ordered one and used a temporary bolt until it comes in. Just moved into town from NorCal and my first oil change was due. My friends recommended me not to go to a dealership since they're so pricey and find a local shop instead. I was searching around google and found Intune Motors located 7 minutes from my place! Gave them a call since it says they're a European speciality shop. They let me know that they specialize in European vehicles however they do work on some Japanese cars and Subaru was one of them. Took my Subaru in for an oil change and tire rotation which cost me half the price of what the dealership would cost me. Talked to the staff and everyone was super friendly! Chatted with them about some future performance upgrades I'm looking to do on my WRX and they knew their stuff and recommended me a couple things. I was in and out within an hour. They topped off all my fluids as well! They're a new business that opened during this pandemic and I'm really impressed with their knowledge, experience, and customer service. I guess it helps that the owner had previous successful shops already. Kudos to them for working through this crisis at this time. Hidden gem of Irvine! Came to a shop next door to get my smog done. While I was waiting, checked out the neighbors and started to talk to these guys at intune. I have a Land Rover, Porsche and Mercedes. All had services done at dealerships. Gave these guys a shot after hearing the techs extensive knowledge and experiences with German vehicles. And sound a lot smarter then anyone I have ever dealt with at the dealership. Did my B service on my wife's Mercedes GLE. Was super impressed! I took my Mercedes GLK350 into Costco to get my wheels rotated and balanced and while putting the wheels back on the Costco technician couldn't get one of the lug nuts back in and told me the threading inside my hub had a problem and I needed to take it to a mechanic. With only 4 lug nuts in my rear wheel and it being 3pm already I started calling local shops to see if they would take a look at it for me but none would see me so I googled the nearest mercedes mechanic near me and saw Intune Motors was only 0.3 miles away and decided to just drive there and see if they would help. When I got there they were busy and had all of their lifts in use but the manager pulled a mechanic aside and had him take a look at my car. After a minute of inspecting he grabbed a floor jack, took off my wheel, fixed the threading and had all 5 of my lug nuts securely screwed in. I felt 100% confident in the mechanic and their service was amazing. This is how you get a customer for life. I will be bringing my and my wife's car here from now on for any future needs. read more

Needed to write a review for this shop because how clutch they came when I needed help with my car so late in the day. I was down visiting Southern California with my boyfriend and my car ran into issues. I was at a shopping center, "the district" and parked my car for a bit to walk around and got lunch at in and out. I came back to my car around 4:30pm and the car just wouldn't start. I searched quickly on yelp and called around. Intune Motors picked up right away when others didn't and I explained to them my issue. They were able to tell me that it was a battery issue right away! They were kind enough to send an employee out to where I was (they are located right down the street) and tested my battery and jump start my car. The battery tested back so we rode back together to the shop and they were able to replace my battery right away. These guys are awesome and I appreciated that they helped us out last minute, even when they close at 5pm. They let me know the interstate battery I had installed can be warrantied anywhere that supplies interstate batteries so if I needed to replace it, I can do so in Northern California. Not only did he do a fantastic job on my car, he even fixed a couple minor issues (including one I didn't even mention) free of charge! Most importantly, as a single mom who's on a budget and clueless about auto repairs, he didn't take advantage of me. Most auto service shops will over charge you, tell you what you need even when you don't need it, or worse - do a repair that needed to be corrected three times cause it was never fixed the first two times! These guys are awesome!! I needed an oil change last minute on my Lexus because I was going out of town and I was overdue for an oil change by 100 miles already. Called around and a lot of the businesses are closed or working at limited capacity. Called Intune Motors and Ricardo helped me out and was able to squeeze me in after I explained my urgency. They did my oil change and a complimentary inspection of the car in 45 minutes! They said I had a couple other services due by mileage - brake fluid, air filters, and cabin air filter at my next oil change. They also provided me with an estimate for the service. Intune Motors & Team is the only shop I ever want touching my car. I have a 2004 Jetta TDI which has been an excellent dependable car with all of my cross country driving. I initially was looking for someone who could keep my car in great working condition without having to pay the exorbitant VW dealership repair fees. The VW dealership told me, "You must use a VW certified shop for maintenance and repairs or your warranty will be voided." When a friend referred me to Thuc I was nervous but needed a better option. I have since been going to Thuc for my auto repairs for over a decade when he owned a previous shop. Best decision ever! I now have my family members who live 2 hours away bringing their cars to him after several unfortunate circumstances with their mechanics. Trust factor is high on my list when it comes to car repairs, which you will receive and so much more when you go to Intune Motors. I will continue to refer everyone I can to this wonderful shop.
