I'm from Los Angeles so I was accustomed to going to the iPic location in Pasadena. While this place nice, it certainly does not compare to iPic Pasadena. Waiting to see the movie, I sat in the lounge area. The chairs had a bit of an old smell so that was a little unpleasant. Definitely a step above a regular theater so I won't complain much. I love that the seats were sectioned in their own little area and the blanket was a nice touch. The staff was super nice. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, pretzels and a ginger ale. The food was decent, but where in the hell did they get those mutant wings? They were huge. They were seasoned well, but I couldn't help but think about all the hormones and antibiotics that poor chicken had to endure. Overall, it was a decent experience. iPic is a great date night movie where you want to feel as if only you and your spouse are in the theatre ! Great movie place to arrive early and enjoy so drinks at the bar , pub pool or even get a meal. We took pictures instead of the great walls and decor. The menu is pretty bomb even having a Keto menu!!!!! We had the mozzarella sticks! They were delicious plenty of cheese and seasoned crust ! I would have gotten a second order if I wasn't full Turkey burgers- very filling !!! I do wish it had a bit more seasoning but it was still good. I was also able to substitute the fries for sweet potatoes fries ! Scoreeeeee The buffalo chicken spring role was our least favorite . Way too much blue cheese for us . I would get it again without blue cheese inside of the spring roll. I can't remember the drink name but it was garnished with a pineapple and I know it had coconut . Lost of people have taken pictures of it BUT OMG CAN YOU SAY DELCIOIous !!! I should have gotten another one !!!! The service is also impecable . Beware - once you watch a movie here, you'll never settle for anything less. This is the perfect date night and just the most unforgettable way to watch any movie. Came here most recently to see the Batman, but every time I've come here I've been blown away. I love how Private if an experience is created by the individual booth seating, and how much thought was put into the service here. There's a slot for your date to store her purse, built in cup hooded in the side of each booth by the reclining controls for the most plush and comfortable seats you'll get to enjoy, and the food choices are immaculate and always pleasing. The staff is always incredibly attentive and also discreet when serving customers so they don't cause any disturbance. Highly recommend 100/10 read more

First experience and this place did not disappoint! Upon arrival your temp will be checked with a pretty cool high tech thermometer from a distance. Well it's my first time I've seen that gadget without an employee approaching each individual close up. Bar area with seating and a lounge area as well as pool tables and seating in that area too. I don't go to a lot of movies but when I do, I go only to IPIC. Why? Because it's like sitting in your own living room with reclining loungers and a blanket. But better, someone brings you food and drinks. This is the place to go for good movies you want to see right when they come out. It is not cheap but if you don't go to movies a lot, it's worth it. Now, the real reason I am writing this review, because all of that has been said. I don't want anyone who cares to have to endure their margarita pizza. It's bad. Thick crust and under cooked. Yes they put fresh basil on top and sprinkle it with salt to try and help elevate it, but it is really bad. Maybe I am dreaming, but I thought they had thin crust pizza but no, it's thick doughy pizza. Upside, I ate some of my hubby's fries and they were good. Definitely the best movie theater in DFW. I wish they'd open up on the FW side as this is a 90 minute drive for us. For that reason, we probably won't be back. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our food, service, seats, and overall experience. Loved the loveseat set up - perfect date night. The -1 is for the price ($100 for food plus $40 for tickets) and for the non-heated seats. I know, I know - this is a little over critical, but I think the heated seats are so common now that it's a glaring miss on IPIC's part. I will say, the food is absolutely excellent, easily the best movie food I've ever had. On par with restaurant quality. I would justify the price and give it five stars if only I had heated seats. Employees obstructed views during the movie repeatedly, and probably 20+ times during the movie, catering to people in rows in front of us. This is a luxury dine in theater. My seat was for two and was encased with sidewalls for privacy. The theater provided a free bag of popcorn. There is a pillow and blanket for the viewers use. Amazing movie theater. Very friendly staff, great food, and a very calming environment. One thing that bothered me was the $75 open tab. I went to the movies Last Saturday on June 10th, here it is June 17th and I still haven't received my money back. I only used $18 of the tab. It's just best to order your food at the bar to avoid going through this. I called to talk to management and one guy stated that it would take 3-5 days to get my money back but nothing yet. Lucky Im not lacking other funds, if I had to wait I would be in big trouble. Other than that, 10/10. read more

This place is great. When you walk in there are blankets at your seat and a server comes to get your order. The reclining chairs are so comfy and I loved the hidden cup holder in the wall. It was truly a luxurious experience and the food and drinks were great! All this for the same price as the other chain movie theaters. I can never go back to the regular movie experience. The only downside was I couldn't see completely over the chairs in front of me because there is so much space for leg room between the rows. I guess that's the downside of a large sitting space! read more

The movie theatre part is nice, and the declining seats are very comfy, but it was way more expensive than a regular theatre for what you get. My favorite part of iPic, is the bar/billiards area. It is such a cool spot for a night out, and not crazy loud or over stimulating. The bartenders are great, and there is a ton of seating at the bar. You can order drinks and food from the bar depending on what you want for the night. Plus you can play pool! They have 4 pool tables, and depending on the day you go, it can be really easy to get a table! My husband and I come here a lot as a low key hangout spot. If you like going out, but don't enjoy the noise and crowds of regular bars and clubs, I highly recommend checking out the bar at iPic! We enjoy it a lot and feel like we have a neat little hang out spot here in Allen/Fairview. read more

We were excited to go to a movies theatre for the first time after covid-19, but oh boy, I don't know what happened to the food here. Everything we had just was not fresh nor tasty. We ordered the spicy tuna with crispy rice, blt pizza, and fish tacos. Two out of the three spicy tuna I had was NOT chewable. I had to spit it out twice and it tasted disgusting. I'm not expecting Japanese-restaurant quality, but Kroger sushi is beyond better. The blt pizza was overloaded with sweet sauce that tasted like bbq and spicy mayo mixed (yuck). The fish tacos were the better dish but the cole slaw that came with it was super watery and VERY vinegary. We were super dissatisfied with our dining experience that we just hope maybe this is due to covid-19. Service was still good and seats were cozy. Hope they improve on their food soon. read more

I use to love this place and didn't mind spending the big bucks here...BUT, it has gone down hill over time. Recently, I went to the 9p showing of Christmas Vacation, my seat was broken so I scooted over to the next seat which was directly in line with the bright 'Exit' light which shined in my eye throughout the entire movie. I equate it to being interrogated by the police in one of those old cop & robber movies. Next, I ordered the almost $30 charcuterie boards which appeared similar to scraps that one might put out for their dog - ie 2-3 extra thin slices of pepperoni, ham, salami, dried cheese, cheap sweet pickles, and chewy old bread that was not edible. I informed my server but he was new and didn't do anything about the problems. Afterwards, I went to the customer service desk but no one was there. So, since then I've spoken with Evette and a couple of other folks...all of whom promised that Ken Perry/general manager would be in touch whenever he was back in the office, but I guess that he doesn't actually care about customer service, is rarely if at all in the office/on site, or perhaps all of the above, etc. It would have been better to have ordered one of those 'fancy-dancy' charcuterie boards from 'Harry & David' since it was almost equally priced and much, much, MUCH nicer...stuck in in my purse & snuck it into the theater...and then, just ordered a glass of wine. However, the way this place is going down hill...it likely would have been cr*p, too! read more

Fun place to watch a movie and enjoy some yummy food. Their truffle popcorn is a must have every time. The seating booths are cozy and private. The chairs and blankets are comfy and clean. I think all their screens are standard definition so you aren't coming here for a 3D, XD, IMAX movie but it is still fun. We love this theater and will definitely be back. read more

This was a pretty cool place. I will admit, I hate going to the movies because people are so obnoxious and rude....... talking on their phones and being loud while you are trying to watch the movie. This is one of those places where they try to make it a very upscale and comfortable environment, with super comfy chairs and table service. First of all, it's really like a fancy bar with a movie theater. There is a bar in one area and another area where you get popcorn and movie food (and more booze). We got there early, so we sat at the bar area and had some drinks (very, very expensive drinks). It was $40 for 2 doubles. But, at least you can bring the drinks in the theater with you. We went into the theater and got in our big comfy reclining chairs that come with a pillow and blanket (I really hope they wash the blankets). We had a waiter and he was very nice. We didn't order anything to eat at first because we already ate dinner, and we didn't see our waiter again for quite a while. When he did come by again, it was last call and we ordered the nachos. $20 for a plate of nachos and they were pretty bad. Everything about this place said "we have really good food here", especially the pre-movie stuff on the screen, so that was disappointing. Even though the food we had was bad, it was a very nice time. Super comfy chairs and they frown on people being obnoxious and loud. It's expensive, but I wouldn't mind coming back. But, I don't think we will be ordering anymore food. read more
