I've been wearing glasses since I was a child. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I discovered them a year ago, and so far, I've had two vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They work in an unhurried manner but they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. Usually, I feel nervous during vision exams, but not with them. The first time I was examined by Jennifer Bui, DO, and then by a new optometrist whose name I don't know. In both cases Linda assisted them. I admired their perfect teamwork. They examined me very carefully; the instructions and the questions were clear. They explained what was better for me, and they listened They were patient, attentive, and supportive. It was such a pleasure to be helped by competent and dedicated people. Linda also helped me choose the frames. She is such a sweet person. My glasses were ready in a day or two after the vision exams. My son broke his glasses last night at volleyball practice and has no more backup pairs. In a panic I called EVERYWHERE to see where I can get same day prescriptions. THIS PLACE is the GOLDEN CHILD that saved us! I was apprehensive at first because I'd never been here, but their over the phone customer service was very friendly. I came RIGHT AWAY! From the moment I walked in, we were greeted with warmth, wonderful service. The staff are all very pleasant. The office is very clean and well organized. They have a wonderful selection of frames and you don't feel like you're spending a fortune for services. Turns out, my son needed an exam anyway, as our old optometrist didn't release his prescription for us to use! The exam was very thorough, very comprehensive and I just sat in complete awe, I could feel the stress I had when I got here, completely ease. I absolutely, wholeheartedly rate IQ Optical 10/10. IQ Optical's staff is helpful, resourceful, kind, and caring. And their prices are very competitive. I live in Ohio but traveled to Cali because of a family emergency. My 9 year old niece was in an accident that destroyed her glasses. I started searching for a place in LA that could replace kid glasses same day, and found IQ. I called to confirm that same day glasses were possible. When I got to the shop, I had her Rx, but the PD measurement was missing. They worked with me to get the measurement from the doctor who originally did the eye exam (who was being kind of difficult about releasing it). Instead of waiting around for the PD measurement, I picked the glasses and lenses, paid for them and left - hoping the PD info would come in time for same day pick up. They kept me updated via text. They let me know once they had the necessary information. They originally said the glasses would be ready by 4:30pm., but I received an updated time of 1:30! I received a final update around 1:10pm - glasses were ready! My niece was hospitalized and unable to come for the fitting, but I delivered the glasses that afternoon and she loved them! read more

Best experience I ever had regarding my glasses and believe or not, I'm a headache and very picky person. God knows how many times in two weeks I went back there to change my prescription glasses with a new prescription from the doctor, but both Linda and Margie were so helpful, super nice and friendly. You have the right not to believe me. After all it's a free country. But take it from someone who's been wearing glasses for a long time. Don't waste your time to find another place. This place is the place for you in case you need to order glasses with reasonable prices. Thay make them ready on time and with a good quality. They don't make any silly excuses if you take your old frame for prescription upgrade, like so many other places in order to sell their own frames. They get the job done! I found IQ optical through yelp after I had a bad experience with Lense crafters honestly. Lense crafters kept changing my arrival date of my frames and being cold with their customers and very defensive when I asked about the date changes (which changed 3 times.) Not to mention, lense crafters was extremely pricey compared to IQ Optical. I'm so thankful I found IQ Optical, and they were able to get my frames ready in the very same day! Margie helped me out, and she was extremely kindhearted and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for more frames in the future! Super great place with reasonable prices. I somehow lost my glasses and was truly upset because in the past when I needed to get my prescription filled I always had to wait 2 to 3 weeks even if the opticians advertised "same day" or "next day". Well, IQOptiical lived up to their promise and had my glasses ready the very next day! Furthermore they did so from a clean, easily accessible facility with genuinely helpful friendly technicians-plus there was a great selection of frames to choose from. Very satisfied with the customer service and how accomodating they were. Margie is amazing. I got my reading glasses today in less than 2 hours and they are perfect. This place has a wide array of frames to choose from. This is a no nonsense place. Quality is not compromised even when done in less than 2 hours. Awesome is all I can say, called them to see about putting lenses on my Ombraz Teton sunglasses. Great price on transition and also they gave me a eye exam since it was over a specific amount. I have eye care but the only appointment available was weeks away. The staff where empathetic and kind in taking care of me. The doctor was remote and was great. I needed sunglasses. I lost my previous pair, and honestly, I wasn't heartbroken. They were quite heavy and uncomfortable.
