I had the screen of my phone replaced because it was totally cracked after I dropped it on the street. It took 2 hours for replacement, which was longer than I expected. The screen is clean and everything looks good now, but I give three stars because I had a couple of issues afterwards. My new(?) phone got really HOT, not warm, HOT!! when I charged, googled, or watched something on Youtube. It happened like this a couple of times a day for a couple of days. So I was worried that it might explode. And also I was not able to log into my bank account. There was a fraud issue, so I had to report it to my bank, and now I am checking my bank account everyday just in case. I guess this was a coincidence, but worried me so much. read more

So I have used IQ Smartphone probably 3-4 times now majority of the times because my son has broke his screen & to fix my speaker on my work phone. Every time Ken the owner or whoever is working but mainly Ken has always done a great job fixing the issues for a great price & it usually only takes about 1hr at the most. Ken is very friendly & hooked it up with screen protectors & other accessories that I also needed after he fixed the issues. Ken is very knowledgeable & I would recommend them for any phone related issues you may have. I was told by 3 other places on another issue that they won't touch it because it is just to hard & is too small or too tight of an area to fix & Ken said the same but thought he was able to fix the phone which he did in about 3hrs. Got it done for super cheap, and gave us a FREE tempered glass screen protector. That being said, there are small small complaints that are completely diminished by the price. The tempered glass screen has small air pockets on the sides which will probably go away after a while and the time it took was 30 minutes. I have gotten these done in 10 but it probably took longer just so that it would be done properly. Edit: they went away, and the guy even offered to replace the tempered glass later.. This guy really wants to make sure u are 110% satisfied haha so awesome read more

I really wanted to like this place, I really did. I was pleased with the quick quote response and repair time but immediately after picking my phone up to use it I noticed my screen was overly sensitive to touch compared to before. I will attempt to tap an app or type to text and my screen acts as if I'm pressing and holding the screen? Then, a little over a week later, my screen froze to a warped/glitchy greenish color for about 10 minutes before I was able to restart it. I'm not sure what is wrong with my phone now? I've tried to adapt to the new sensitivity but it becomes quite annoying at times. Maybe I was just a one-off, but it is still disappointing. read more

Took my sons I phone to have the screen fixed. The guy said come back in an hour. We did. When we got home we noticed something rattled inside. Which didn't happen before.
