I contacted my provider and because of the damage, they said an upgrade would cost me $850+ all the fees/taxes. The agent actually suggested trying to get it fixed, which I was unaware was possible. I called CIR and they said since the camera lenses were intact, it would be $110. Jose worked on it for me. When I went to pick it up, he explained to me how he fixed it. I showed up with a new case and he put it on for me. Jose is professional, thorough, and is a nice young man. Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. Thank you for saving me not only hundreds of dollars, but also my data that sometimes doesn't get backed up and under gets lost when upgrading to a new phone. CIR is my go to electronics repair business - highly recommended!

After a week passed, I called for an update and was told my phone had been sent to a different location without anyone ever informing me beforehand. I was then told my phone would be done on Monday and that I would receive a call. No one called. When I followed up, I kept getting told it would be done "soon" even though I had already been told it would be finished. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, my phone was still not repaired. When I asked for my phone back, I was told someone had to go pick it up from the other location. I waited for hours at the shop and still did not get my phone. I stayed until closing time and was told the person with my phone was not answering. The biggest problem was the lack of communication. If the repair was beyond what they could handle, I wish they would have told me from the beginning so I could have taken it somewhere else instead of wasting weeks waiting. To make things even stranger, after I left my review, I received a message offering to pay for a new phone if I removed the review. I will be posting the screenshot so people can make their own decision. My experience was almost 2 weeks of delays, missed callbacks, changing timelines, poor communication, and a phone that was never repaired.

A battery is one thing, but a cracked screen with no haptic on my daily driver phone is a hard stop, so I figured I would give this place and try and see what the price and turnaround time would be... they had my phone ready in an hours time, and at a price that was more than fair for their time, expertise, and simply having the part ready and on-hand for installation. He ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and found that one of my front camera lenses was broken (not found) AND that my battery's capacity is only at 65%. Did he tell me about this? No. I didn't find out until yesterday when I had to pay for a new battery. If Mohammad would've told me about the diagnosis my insurance would've replaced my iPhone with a newer one! But instead, he decided not to say anything. He just replaced my broken screen and sent me on my way; KNOWING that I was about to cancel my insurance. I'm so mad. Do you think they will fix it if I call?

I mentioned that I had messaged them via Yelp for pricing & they kinda gas lighted me & said they didn't respond to me. End of this story, just walk in & ask for the price in person. I don't mind paying, but I didn't like the lies. It took me a while to find the message, but I finally did after we left. Just wanted to show them I wasn't lying like them. We will take our business elsewhere.

I put it up to my air conditioning in my car to cool it down, but my screen won't sense my touch nor open, even after restarting at the Apple store twice today. Within a week of getting my screen replaced here, I still had the issues where any characters that I pressed on the keyboard would get stuck, have a delayed response, or be off track. What a waste of money. I ended up having to buy a new iphone today. Had I known your services wouldn't work, I would have skipped the extra expense and bought a new iphone the day I visited you.
