But they drilled all that shit on anyway without letting me see first. Whenever I asked for pics of the parts before I got it installed, they said they didn't have any. Anyway, the front lip doesn't match the angles on my bumper so it's probably for a different year Impreza and the mud flaps are obviously wrong too, there are floating screws that went through the mud flap but have nowhere to go on the car so they're just... There screwed into "thin air" LMAO literal joke. I can't even fathom it. What if the screws fall off & get stuck in my tire??? Literally never doing business here again & I suggest you don't either. Such a shame that they used to be a such good "name" in Hawaii but obviously they've gone downhill. I wanted to do so much with my car & would've given them so much business. I even wanted to full-body wrap my car & a lot of my friends said "I heard Tokyo Auto-" but the way I cut them off & told them my story & their reactions... Here's why I gave these guys 5 stars: - checked to see if damaged tire could be repaired instead of just selling me a new tire (potentially saving me $$$) - being able to see me so quickly - They're upfront & HONEST! I tried to buy all 4 new tires but was told I have at least another good year on the other 3 (saving me $$$) - top notch customer service from all - ADA compliant (MAJOR points for this one) - massive waiting (stroller and wheelchair friendly) area with water, multiple couches, outlets for to charge my dying phone, and toys for the little ones - I was charged LESS than my original quote (saving $$$ again ya'll) Their name says it all people! When we first met Marie, she was very thorough in explaining all the different product lines available for my vehicle, along with each pro and con of each line. She did not come across biased or attempting to up-sell me but what was honest and clear. She was able to showcase each product and their features and abilities. She told us we were able to complete the installation whenever we were ready. She said all we needed to do was have a clean-ish truck bed for a smoother installation. All the way leading up to the install, Marie kept a clear line of communication. On the day off, we dropped off the truck, finalized our decision on which product line to go with, as well as signed the last of the paperwork. She said it would take about 4 hours, however, she also advised we could leave the truck all the way up until 5pm for pickup. By the time we came back, the truck was ready and looking good. Marie shared all the details of the installation, as well as a thorough walk-through on the changes. She also went into detail about how to properly use the new cover and how to prevent misuse or abuse. I'll definitely be coming back here for future work.
