Charles is the man! I had never used a mobile repair service before I reached Charles to provide a…read morefix for my headlamp. The brick & mortar shops were all giving me the run around and never could provide me with a quote to address the problem with my headlight. I figured my ballast was bad in the headlight however, it wasn't until Charles pulled the headlight did I see that rain and condensation had ruined the ballast and water literally poured out. The headlight configuration on my car didn't allow Charles to remove and replace the ballast without taking the plastic headlight cover off the car. Factory alterations are something he told me upfront he doesn't do, so we decide the best approach was to get a headlamp unit assembly replacement. Charles had quoted me a flat rate of $300 to replace the ballast which included removing part of the front bumper to access the headlamp unit in my car. Since he couldn't replace the ballast with the new one I provided, he put everything back together, charged me only $200 and told me he would come back out after I got the new headlamp and would only charge me the remainder of $100 on the original quote which I felt was more than fair since he essentially would be doing the same job again. I finally got the new headlamp assembly abut 1.5 weeks later, and texted Charles who immediately acknowledged my message and gave me a day he could come back and finish the job. He actually completed the job within 30-40 minutes and everything worked great, headlight is perfect. I can't say enough about how fair Charles is. He quotes you a flat rate for the services you need. He's a great guy, easy going and doesn't waste time, he gets right to work and gets the job done. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs mobile work at their home or place of business, I know I will be using him again. If you're tired of getting jacked up estimates from one of these shops and feel the inconvenience of having to drive to their place of business, Charles will bring his mobile services to you for a fraction of the cost!

I towed my car to their shop and they quickly diagnosed my vehicle needing a clutch replacement. Quote was sent electronically and upon acceptance my car was ready for pickup two days later. He was able to diagnose the problem, and fixed my car faster than I expected. His rates are very competive, and reasonable. If I went to a brick and motar shop, I would have to pay overhead for their rent, etc...In the end, I am glad, I used Branden, and will use him again for future car repairs. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. The staff genuinely treats customers like family, they are honest, and never try to sell us unnecessary services. Since my spouse travels frequently for work, this is the only shop they trust to handle our car while they're away. She tried to give me a discount, but I don't think it was enough, considering I know for a fact they are charging me 3-4x the actual cost for the parts and then will eventually get more money back because of the cores. I text the number they text me with explaining my situation and there were no response. 2 phone numbers they text me from I left a text message, no response. That right there shows me that that they have poor communication skills. Communication was done with text. To be honest, I prefer real conversation with a person/company. I need it working as soon as possible and Capitol Auto told me they didn't do transmission repair. They referred me to another business but they wouldn't be able to take me for over a week. I found a place that said they would take it that day and areanged a tow. The tow truck driver told me it wasn't a transmission problem which was good news. Still, I sent it to the shop I had made arrangements with. They took my truck in and called to tell me that it would cost, "at least $3,000" because they were going to have to rebuild the whole back end. It was Friday and they told me they would give me a better estimate on Monday. On Saturday, I received a quote via text for $1,600 which included a $300 diagnostic fee. Anyway, I paid the $300 and had my truck towed to Capitol Auto. They checked it out and found a cable that had come loose. They connected and secured it and road tested the truck. They found no other problems. I asked how much my bill was going to be and they did not charge me! Who could ask for more! Capitol Auto is simply amazing! I plan to continue using their services for many years to come and highly recommend them.
