First time here! The food was very fresh, savory, juicy, flavorful, and delicious. Also, the lemonade was super sweet, refreshing, and extremely tasty, good service, nice atmosphere, and I had an excellent experience today.

Finally a mongolian bbq at the MV mall! There was a mongolian bbq here many years ago but it had closed down. Iron King is convenient, easy, and they let you build the bowl yourself. They have a good assortment of meats and veggies and a sauce bar after for flavor! The servers are efficient and polite. They have a large mongolian grill they cook on but be aware that if you have a peanut allergy cross contamination can definitely happen. They have peanuts as an option and the chefs do not always keep the food separated. Since it is in the middle of a food court the area gets quite noisy. Overall I am pleased to see a mongolian bbq here in mission viejo.

Noodles with pork, and a small Mountain Dew drink. I got a small drink because I have to be extra careful not drop my food

Yummy food. My friend I went there yesterday for lunch. We were originally going to go to Panda Express, but the line was super long; and the line for Iron King wasn't. I got noodles, pineapple, green bell peppers, pork, and Bean Sprouts on it. Along with two different sauces. The nice lady recommended the sweet sauce that was in front of the chili sauce and it turn out yummy. I will definitely come back again! It's fresh and delicious Also the cashier lady who hands out the order was very nice. She was surprised how small my bowl was but I honestly don't eat that much, but I actually ate the whole thing. That's how good it was!!

I've been here a few times since they opened with my boyfriend and so far they've always been busy. The price on the menu says 16.99 but I actually believe it is 18 something. The food is always fresh and delicious, it comes out piping hot. The portion size is really large, it is enough for my boyfriend and to share as one meal. The service is also great, everyone has been so kind. Happy to have a Mongolian BBQ place in south OC so I don't have to drive up to Irvine when I'm craving it.

The best Mongolian BBQ I have tasted in a long long time. This restaurant is located at shops in Mission Viejo.

Food was plentiful, felt appropriate for the price. I appreciated being able to set my own juices, and the service was friendly.

I don't like to eat overly salted food but you have to overly sauce your bowl more than you normally would. If you don't, the dish is going to be bland. It's fun to switch up a noodle dish then a meat dish. They provide rice and these little toasted sesame bread to go with your dish. I sometimes just eat those plain or stuff meat into it like a sandwich.

When we went to pay for both of our plates which were less than 1.5lbs each, they tried to charge us for FOUR SEPARATE $17, 1.5 lbs plates, so $68 for 6 lbs of food total, even though we only had less than 3 lbs of food total ($34). When we asked why they said it was because we used two bowls to make each plate, but when we walked in we asked them if they still do things by weight and they said yes. We used two bowls to make the plates because we were holding our infant baby and we couldn't sit there trying to balance these super tall plates and we didn't want to hold up the line. It seems idea behind the one bowl policy is to stop people from making really really large plates that are 3 pounds and splitting it with multiple people. However to combat that they instead made a person who made an only 1.5 pound plate pay more than they would've charged someone who made a 3 pound plate. It literally makes no sense. Also, the policy the incentivizes people to sit there and play Tetris with a bowl and hold up the entire line while trying to cram as much food as they can into it while dropping food everywhere. It's a very stupid policy and even dumber were the workers for not being able to read between the lines and see that we both just wanted to make normal meals while holding our baby instead of gaming the system. We left and got food elsewhere, these guys are whackos.

We've tried hole in the wall restaurants and fancy restaurants. This is what we were looking for and our search is over. This place is amazing. I placed an online order and picked it up 30 minutes later. The order: orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, garlic shrimp, chow mein, fried rice, and egg rolls. And everything was fantastic. Very kind staff and reasonably priced. The inside is cool and clean. I'm so thankful that my dad got what he wanted for his birthday and we'll definitely be back. Thank so much!

PROS: - Price was very reasonable for the volume offered during this economy. - I ordered the House Special Egg Foo Young since someone else on Yelp recommended it, and it was what surprised me. It was both visually and culinarily pleasing. This is a definite must try. - I also ordered the House Special & House Special Beef. Although the dishes weren't as visually appealing as the House Special Egg Foo Young, the taste was actually quite delicious. CONS: - Nothing really stood out on the negative side to report. - Wished that there were more eggs in the Egg Foo Young, but in this economy, it's understood that fresh eggs aren't cheap. CONCLUSION: If you've got a craving for Chinese food on a tight budget, this venue is a definite must try!

I had the most amazing time at this restaurant! The restaurant was pretty packed but got seated immediately. I was craving dumplings and their dumplings were amazing and juicy but the stand out for me was the beef noodle soup! It had the best textured noodles that I've had for some time and really tender beef slices. It was perfect with the chili oil that they had on the table. I loved that they have frozen dumplings that you can take home and I will definitely plan for that next time.

They all start to taste the same. Quite disappointed at the dumpling wrapper / skin... which is as important as the filling. They over steamed / cooked the shumai, XLB, and wonton so the dumpling skins were too soft, almost mushy. Maybe some people prefer this texture? Smashed cucumber has large portion, flavor is quite light compared to Din Tai Fung and Paradise Dynasty versions. Din Tai Fung and Paradise Dynasty are more expensive, but their quality and flavor are better so I would still go there for my dimpling cravings. Staff is friendly. Maybe try other dishes besides dumplings...

Interior: With a handful of tables/chairs and bar seating, it's considered small and casual. Based on the food and atmosphere, this place seems geared towards having people order to-go and delivery as you can eat their dishes family style. Food: My total take-out order came out to approximately $58 (without tip). I ordered enough for 3-4 people. It came with an extra side of rice. I would recommend getting a fried rice dish over a noodle (specifically the chow mein) dish due to taste or repetitive oily fats and heavy meat. Order variety of dishes for a better experience based on texture and savory. Ordered: Pork Chow Mein, Vegetable Fried Rice (could be better with smaller chunks of zucchini), Wonton Soup (small, tasted water down, wonton chips come separately but there's no big change in taste, the vegetable chunks doesn't blend together), and Orange Chicken (similar to other chicken with sweet and sour sauce). Overall, an average restaurant that gives you a good fix of Chinese food in the local area. The service is fast and the workers themselves are cordial and respectful. I wouldn't feel compelled to eat inside or take friends on a daily basis. Service: I was overall impressed with the fast service (my order took less than 15min to prepare for 4 dishes)
