    Sad to say this place is not what it used to be. I've been going there for 22 years to get…read morecomputers repaired, have computers built. But this last time in November I took my laptop in because it died on me. A week went by and I hadn't heard anything. I call them and they tell me the motherboard is bad. They tell me they've located another motherboard and they just need my OK and they'll get things rolling. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing from them. I call and now they tell me they cant find a motherboard and then they tell me I shouldnt waste my money on an old laptop like mine and that I should let them build me a new laptop. I was not happy. I went and got my laptop from them. I then get on the internet and search for a motherboard. I found 20 of them on Ebay. Among those 20 was a brand new one. I bought the brand new motherboard, installed it myself and poof, my laptop works again. I dont think they want to do repairs anymore. I think they just want to sell new stuff. Not good.

I take…read moreit to CS&S and after a *MONTH* of having it, I call to check status and they say, "We've put in two new motherboards and neither work. We think its your operating system". They call me later that day to tell me to come pick it up. I go down and they say "We tried it with a different hard drive with Windows XP and it works. We see you have Windows 7...we don't support that. You'll have to fix it yourself. sigh. So. I take it home, see that it won't update--I do some Bing and Google and find the problem. Apply the fix from the blogs, and guess what? Problem fixed! Took me all of 30 minutes. What a bunch of no-good incompetent HACKS! Never take something in there! EVER!

Once the work was completed, he thoroughly explained all of his work and gave advice on how to properly maintain my gaming machine. He was always polite, respectful and demonstrated high levels of expertise. I would highly recommend him.

He agreed to repair it under warranty, but after multiple weeks, and additional expense, they weren't able to fix it. When I lightly pushed back about the delays the owner threw a tantrum and told me to come get my machine but he was only giving me back half the money. I'll spare you all back-and-forth details but scroll through the reviews here and see how he responds to negative feedback. He's dismissive and lacks maturity. That's him. That's what you get. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options. Edit: Look no further than the owner's rambling response to this review for evidence of my points above. Zero accountability, its always someone else's fault he wasn't successful.

    Scratched my iPhone screen so i decided to get it replaced under applecare+. SuperCru was in my…read morearea, and had an appointment for the next morning @ 940Am. When I arrived, i was greeted by a woman. She then walked me through how it works, and ran several diagnostics on my phone. I asked what time it would be done, she said it would not take long at all. I mentioned that i needed it by 2PM, she said it would be by noon. It was about 945 when i left them to replace the screen. Day goes on...... Its 205p and I arrive at SuperCru. There is a large gentleman helping another customer. He greeted me and told me he would be right with me. The woman that helped me in the morning was coming from the backroom, saw-me, and immediately walked up to the other employee and whispered to him. Then went right back into an office and closed the door. The male employee then said my phone was not complete, and i needed to wait another 30-45 minutes. At this point i asked why the original quoted time was not met. I was told its because they have other customers. (Understood). I have a schedule to adhere to, so i said it was unacceptable. By this time, im annoyed. He states that they are "Almost" finished with it......... 10 minutes later, still working on it. At this point my schedule is screwed. I then asked for my phone back. He didn't want to give it to me. Then i said again that i wanted my phone back, in any condition and that id go to a real apple store. He went into the back and got my phone. I walked out and will never return to that business. Note, my screen was not replaced. IT was not warmed (in order to remove the screen) - THEY FORGOT TO WORK ON MY PHONE! Horrible customer service. Back in 2022 I sent my Mac Desktop there to see what I could recover…read more They were very quick to tell me it wouldn't be that long to get stuff put on the thumb drive but then after several attempts to get my computer or even my recovered data they would not return my phone calls. I left several voicemails and called multiple times. So I was left with no desktop and no recovered data!!!
