Carefull, as when they say u pay premium first time for original parts they do not- we had a very bad experience where they changed the fan motor to "oem" in sep to then changing the same fan 9 months later wtih non "oem", now it broke again 3rd time then saying its a problem with the street or the machine itself and coming back again (3rd breakdown) and mechanic admitted they should had used original "oem" not aftermarket parts and wanted to re charge us the same amount from the first time. Not good and asked for them to put original part last week and the owners / manager dissapeared and never called back as they were not willing to take any blame and wanted to charge us the full amount again!!- Make sure they use original manafacturers parts and even if they say they are - good luck read more

Owner Bob came out to give me an estimate to add an additional mini split unit. He seemed nice / knowledgeable enough and I wanted to do business with him. However, after following up with them over five times on the phone they never sent me the estimate and just seemed to have no idea where they were with preparing it and getting it over to me. On the 4th call they promised that they would type it up and get it over to me by end of day. I followed up again 5 days later to make sure I hadn't missed it but they just seemed to have no information. What a disappointing experience. read more

This is a 5 Star company with a 5 Star staff. When my 30+ year old central A/C failed in the middle of the recent heat wave, they responded immediately. Within 1 week, they had replaced the dead unit with a new Rheem system. Tyler and Izzy spent just 3 hours to complete the swap. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I hired the company to install a new condenser and handler for our central AC. We have a two story home with a basement. They gave me an estimate and I hired them. The issue came during the installation. The worker told me there would be no AC going to the downstairs and basement, bc the original installers put a handler in the attic and one in the basement above the furnace. I told him we had always had AC going to the entire house and he directly told me that was IMPOSSIBLE. He showed me how the two units (upstairs and downstairs) made that impossible. I told him we have lived here for 15 years and I am certain we had AC to the entire home, so if he just kept eveything else the same way, we must be able to get the AC to whole house. They installed the condenser and handler and, as he said, we had no AC downstairs. I asked if if there was any way the systems might have been connected, as a previous repairman had mentioned the inefficiency of needing to cool both levels of the house when we were only on one floor. This companies repairman told me NO, that wasn't the way it was set up. We quickly realized something didn't add up for the way the house had been prior to this company's work, and the way it was. I found the number of the other repairman and he remembered my setup. He came over to look and he had old pictures of my system from the previous work he had done. He showed me how the unit in the basement HAD tied into the upstairs line, and THIS COMPANY HAD CUT AND REMOVED THAT LINE THAT TIED IN. I understand that possible my setup was an odd way of setting up the system, however, they should have noticed something was amiss when they saw the line they ended upo removing. When I told him we had AC downstairs, something should have clicked and an experienced repairman should have investigated this further. I got what I paid for from this work, but they didn't have the knowledge to diagnosis my needs correctly. Since I needed new equipment bc of the new gas, I can only guess they weren't sure how to deal with the job actually also needed a new condenser downstairs, as it had the old gas as well. I can only speculate this part, as I really don't know why they couldn't diagnosis the issue when I told them I had full house AC prior to this. Either way, the lack of being able to understand what I needed for the job, or their repairman purposely not admitting there was an oversite and the job was bigger than contracted for, this company didn't deliver on the totality of the job I needed. I didn't have the knowledge of my own system to ensure they had a full scope of the job, but that is why I hired professionals. The details of this experience leave me with a lot of questions ablout the knowledge of the crew. read more

Horrendous service. Their techs have no idea what they're talking about. Then they try to get you to go with equipment sales through them. No thanks. $144 wasted for someone to tell you you're wrong, when they're actually wrong. Then try to sell you equipment. Save your time and money - don't bother with these guys. read more

What a great company! Saturday service. Paul McGrath showed up after our first opinion stated we needed an entire new A/C system. Paul came and looked at the unit, figured out it was a simple fix. 20 minutes later we had our A/C back up and running. Now we aren't melting any more. If the owner of the company is BOB run the other way!!! The way this company runs business is disgusting and the office manager is a disrespectful nasty person.when they did the job that is not working right, they were nice enough to take my money,all cash.Now that my heating is not working properly called them back to come to fix it, and they told me to get someone else that there job was done.how could it be done when it's not working properly....I would never use them or recommend them to my worst enemy!! woke up no heat on super bowl Sunday. Called isalnd air and spoke directly to the owner who sent a technition in less than 30 minutes. Heat was fixed, didnt have to cancel my party, Broncos won, its a win win!! Thank you island air! read more
