Many people have recommended ItaliAmo to us, so we gave it a shot. The food is absolutely amazing. We ordered 2 slices of pizza, penne vodka to split, and chicken vesuvio to split. The vodka sauce was very flavorful and the chicken Vesuvio sauce was out of this world. We had a chat with the owner while we waited for our food, and she was a delight. Wow! This is a hidden gem! I found ItaliAmo randomly while visiting my family and it was amazing! Quick service with hot food. We got the caprice sandwich, a calzone, and the pesto pasta. The pesto was delicious and way too much to finish. The sandwich was one of the best we've tried and the calzone was hot and fresh. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

Italian fast food?! I mean, my life is complete now! Is there really anything greater than being able to call ahead, place your order and just swing by to pick it up? I'll answer that question: no, no there is not. I went here today for my first time, super excited to try this place. The pizza was just ok.. not the best.. and minestrone soup was literally oversized vegetables, no noddles... every time i've had minestrone soup it has noddles... i was basically eating veggies and broth. Then i got the salad 3.75 for CHICKEN.? Crazy. the chicken wasn't even good it legit looked frozen chicken, and the dressing was disgusting i didn't realize the salad came with blue cheese and i asked if i could have it without cheese and they made a big ass deal about remaking my shitty ass salad. Anyway not being a karen, just never going back to that place that is forsure. oh and then the owner came to the window and was like "i put the cheese inside, how you except me to take it out?" I am Italian, therefore I am very picky about italian food. I will just say that they make the best Arancine I ever had in US territory, and I tried quite a few (been here for 10+ yrs). The best! My husband & I tried this place a few days ago, and it was amazing! Hot, fresh, and delicious. We split the arancini balls(2 to an order, but massive.) I ordered the eggplant parm dish(called something else on the menu) with spaghetti. I'm super picky with red sauce, but this sauce was delicious. Had tons of flavor. Not too chunky. The eggplant was tender & cheesy. My husband had the penne with vodka sauce. I tried a little and was sorry I didn't get that too! It'll be a hard choice next time, for sure. Each dinner came with a yummy homemade roll. The owners seemed from Italy. And very nice! We will definitely order carry out again. Amazing. Love this place. Seems some people are not aware that during COVID only their drive thru should be used. The food is by far some of the best Italian around. The price is high because they use real parmigiana and most their items are made by hand in the store or are imported from Italy. The people here are pure Italians, and know what they are doing. The only flaw is how long the food can take. A buttered pasta with pesto chicken and fresh mozzarella (or parmigiana) and an order of garlic bread varies from $19-21. Awesome food, wish they would set some prices sometimes, but overall amazing food. Never had an issue. They have maybe three people not in family working there but the family owners are amazing. This place does restaurant quality Italian food within reasonably fast food service style. They make things fresh so it might take a little longer than Burger King next door, but well worth the wait! I've not had a bad thing from there so far. I've not had Arancine before here so I have nothing to compare them too. But I find them addictingly delicious. They come 2 in an order and are big so it is a meal in itself. They have a great meatball sandwich, simple good focaccia for around $5, italiamo salad was fresh and good, but I preferred a different dressing than theirs. I've also had theirs eggplant parm and italiamo panini. All good. It's nice to have their options for a fast food alternative.
