I give IPK 5 stars because it really is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I've been ordering here for the past 8 years and never do I get disappointed. I order here so much that the girls see me walking in and already have my order ready for me! Now that's what I call service! The only problem I have is that I never know what to order because it's all so good! Luckily, their phone staff always has great suggestions. Maria always has patience with my indecisive food junkie self. She got me hooked on the chipolte cheddar fries! I've worked in customer service for 20 years now and it's always great to be greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. It's a very clean and homey environment, great for a casual night out. Did I mention its BYOB? How can you beat that? Enough about the service, the food is out of this world! I used to go there when they were on Central Rd. I called to order a Pizza after they moved to new location.......someone answered the phone and told me to hold ..... after 5 min was disconnected. I called again and again someone answered the phone and told me to hold on. After 5 min. I hung up and called again. Again someone answered and said 'please hold'...... before I could get a word out, they put me on hold. I decided to drive the extra mile and get a pizza from another Restaurant. I have been eating lunch at this place for years. They have a special 2 Slices and a Drink for around 6 bucks. The pizza is always HOT and Fresh and there sandwiches are awesome. This place gets packed for lunch so get there before 12:30 The service is great, I think is a brother and sister operation and there always working. We have been customers since their opening. We have ordered pizzas, dinners, sandwiches, and have had family events catered. We have never had a bad meal or a bad experience. One time we ordered delivery (on super bowl Sunday) and received the wrong pizza. It was something we would eat, but a lesser cost so we called ipk to see if we could get a credit for our next order. They bought us a new pizza and told us to keep the original. We ate pizza for days! read more

I would give them a higher review, the pizza is good, but the length of time it takes for delivery is ridiculous. I was told an hour and 15 mins and after an hour and 25 mins, I called. It was on its way, but delivery is an hour and 45 mins. Well, that was NOT what I was told and that is a crazy amount of time anyway. So make sure you plan ahead because if you are starving, its is going to be a looong wait read more

Ok - we were told to wait 20 minutes so went to the car to watch YouTubes (Tesla's are great for this) - but when we got this pie? Holy crud it was uber-hot! And when we got home ten minutes later? We normally just order cheese but opted for pepperoni this time. The pepperoni is baked under the cheese so there is less grease. It's about a bit of a drive home for us so we always get there slightly before the estimated time to get the pizza hot out of the oven! Tip: Cousin's does daily specials including Wednesday's half off pizza (dine in or carry out)!

For an appetizer, I ordered the oven roasted octopus, and I highly recommend it. The marinade really brought out the flavor of the octopus, and I was impressed by how tender it was. Octopus can easily become rubbery if not prepared properly, but the texture here was soft and perfectly cooked. For my main course, I had the lobster ravioli. While the sauce was rich, creamy, and delicious, I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any noticeable chunks of lobster in the filling. We also ordered the Schaumburg pizza. I loved that all of their pizzas are cooked in a stone oven. I'm usually not a big fan of crust, but this was an exception. The flavors were well balanced, not overly sweet from the barbecue sauce, with just the right amount of savory flavor from the bacon. Everything worked together beautifully. Overall, the entire dining experience was excellent. From the food to the atmosphere, it was a very enjoyable meal. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu.

There was 0 crisp or crunch in the outter rims. Now again I could be wrong and if this is how it is.... It still gets 4 stars. Ingredients are really good. I will be back. Tip is I would not suggest a lot of toppings as you will just make a big mess picking up a slice.. or eat it with a fork I guess.
