Don't waste your time. I ordered chicken Marsala over RICE and they gave me linguine. Before I left the drive-thru I told an employee who then brought the guy who took my order over the phone to the window to argue over what he didn't hear me say. Instead of fixing the order he advised I can purchase a side of rice. I told him I needed to speak with a manager and she told him to make the customer happy. A total of 4 employees approached the drive-thru window during the time they were supposed to be fixing the order to advise that next time I need to tell them specify rice. I've ordered here before and I know the option is either rice or linguine. I went home to find my food exactly the same way they gave it to me the first time and 1/4 cup of rice in a container. Italianos used to be my go-to spot for lunch because of the close proximity to my job. I would always get the shrimp and crab Alfredo but I have to say ove the past few years the quality has declined and it's no longer worth it because it's pretty pricey. I was getting my hair done late 1 evening in the Cherry Hill area and wanted a specialty sub I used to get at a sub shop in Baltimore, but really didn't want to make the drive because of the distance from my home. The stylist recommended Italiano's. There was a long line for the drive thru on a Friday nite which had me thinking, "The food must be good". I hopped in the line and pulled up the menu online. They have EVERYTHING. The menu ranges from high end items like shrimp pastas and crab cakes to burgers and fries. They even have a whole breakfast menu! I also read on their website that the drive thru is open from 9am-4am... WOW. I called and placed my ordered. I told the phone rep I was in the drive thru line and she said my food might not be ready by the time I reach the front. I opted to stay in line. Order was placed at 925pm, I approached the window at 940pm and they took my payment, (less than $20), and handed me my food. 15 mins, not bad! While at the window I checked out the place and everyone was wearing masks properly and had on gloves. Patrons were also picking up food inside. The window attendant was friendly and even provided additional ketchup and utensils at my request. The food smelled so delicious I decided to check it out before heading home, so I drove over to 1 of the parking spots on the back. Half & half, yummy. Sandwich and fries, huge portion, hot and delicious! I ate half before leaving the parking lot LOL. The only flaw in my meal was that I asked for both provolone and American cheese and they forgot the American cheese (The order was correct on the receipt & I paid extra for both cheeses. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.). Overall, I was VERY satisfied w/ my food and plan to return to try other menu items in the future. read more

I am giving 5 stars because the SERVICE was amazing. My hostess is Binita B. she and her 2am shift staff on 2/17 were amazing. My friends and I came in expecting to dine in but they were not offering that option at the moment, which wasn't a problem. The restaurant seemed as tho it offered seating but because we were there at 2am it probably wasn't feasible. The team was so amazing and precise that I wanted to commend them to the manager on duty (george p).unfortunately he was very rude and brushed me off. The food however was amazing. This is the first time I've ever tried the food I've heard Raven reviews from a few my foodie friend. I had cream of crab soup mixed with regular tomato crab soup it was okay I've had better however this was pretty tasty would I get it again ,maybe. I also had the Caesar salad with blackened chicken and crab meat let me explain something to you; let me explain this to you. This salad was so good the chicken breast was so flavorful it was well done however it wasn't dry. The crab meat was good but of course it wasn't Maryland crab. I would definitely get the salad again and it lasted for 2 days that's how much of a portion it was. My son had shrimp alfredo he said he really enjoyed it but unfortunately I believe the sauce was too rich for him ;it kind of didn't sit well with him by the end of the night. My mom had meatloaf with green beans mashed potatoes and gravy. She said she enjoyed it but didn't like the breadsticks they were hard. Overall for me they get four stars because I enjoyed my food. My Door-Dashed -delivered meal is delicious: Homemade lasagna, side Caesar salad. The food is well-packaged, fresh (salad greens crisp, croutons crunchy), the lasagna is perfect to my liking. So much pasta that I could only finish a third. I had the nerve to order creme of crab soup, but I just had a spoonful for tasting. Okay so last night after coming from Sangria I was hungry so my friend took me to get a salad. I've eaten from here multiple times..hence the reviews. Usually when I get salads from here they are loaded but unfortunately not this time. I ordered a Greek salad no feta cheese. It had lots of lettuce, about five olives, four or five cucumbers, one or two slices of green pepper, couple of onions and maybe eight pepperoncinis. I love lots of raw onions in my salad and a nice ratio of topping to lettuce. Next time I will have to ask for more. I must admit I always select this as a late night option and it never disappoints. The seafood lasagna with its silky sauce is rich and filling. The seafood Alfredo is garlicky and choc full of shrimp, crab & scallops. I also enjoyed a most delicious and robust Italian cheesesteak. I have yet to try their deserts which are extremely appealing to the eye. The only drawback is it's location and parking sitch, it's ridic. Lol. The only reason I'm giving one star is because the food was still hot. The noodles tasted of dishwater and the chicken looked like tofu. The bread smelled nice and seasoned but it tasted like wet cardboard. I had to add to add soo much salt to get any kind of flavor. I paid for takeout food and wasted my salt adding an ounce of flavor to this disgusting flavorless food. I don't know why you guys are open until 4 a.m. you shouldn't be open at all. I was very skeptical about Italiano's when I saw the place. Drive-thru? Yikes. Well, I think it's more of a pick-up window for call-in orders. The menu is extensive, the portions are beyond generous, and the food was all delicious. I loved the breadsticks. The food isn't as cheap as I thought it would be, but the portion size makes that acceptable. I feel disrespected by this meal. The order took 2 hours to be delivered. Then... For $35 I ordered lamb with a side if cole slaw and side salad. My salad was not there, and the cole slaw was in a dipping sauce container! You're telling me that's worth $35!? Then I ordered a soup which also didn't make it. My boyfriend ordered $35 steak medium with 2 crab stuffed shrimp, mac and cheese and mixed veg. The steak was well done and the mac was literally easy-mac powder on cavatappi pasta. Oh and let me not forget that they took one SMALL shrimp, cut it in half, and laid a crabball on top each half! How dare this restaurant charge these prices and serve this! I've been meaning to write a review for this place since our last three visits and after another delicious breakfast this morning, I'm finally getting around to it. Let's just state the obvious. No one is stopping to eat here for the ambiance or aesthetics. In fact, had someone not brought me take-out from here prior to personally viewing the location, I would have NEVER stopped here or given their food any consideration. With that out of the way.... They have what I believe is the most underrated breakfast in the area! I hands down prefer their breakfast over Crackerbarrel and Bob Evans! Easily! I cannot speak for their lunch or dinner but we LOVE their breakfasts. And they serve breakfast ALL DAY and have extended early and late hours! This is the most homemade and home style cooked breakfast I've had since moving here. Their breakfasts are prepared traditionally with that down home authentic style and flavor. Grits with cheddar cheese, anyone? Each time we indulged here, I felt like I'd just polished off a Sunday breakfast at my Granny's house. We've tried the Italiano's Big Breakfast Combo which comes with a plentiful serving of two pancakes, two eggs, home fries, toast, and bacon, sausage, or scrapple for $9.99. I can only eat half of this platter and always have enough left over for the next day's breakfast. I always order a side of grits with cheddar cheese added and they don't just toss a sprinkle of cheese on the top, but also in between and at the bottom of the styrofoam container for full smothered creamy coverage. :-) We've had the French toast, banana French toast, and they recently asked if we wanted the bananas cooked inside of the French toast. We tried it and loved it! Today we requested bananas AND strawberries inside of the French toast and they complied without hesitation. Warmed our little hearts and big bellies! :-) If you can just get past the appearance of the building and location, you'll be pleasantly surprised! I've never been inside, so I honestly can't speak to the interior; I'm just making assumptions from exterior. We always call our order in and take advantage of their drive-thru. Which I give them an extra star for because in inclement weather, it's nice to be able to pull up in the drive-thru and receive quality home cooked style food well above fast food grade. Again, the exterior is dated and looks as if there's been several business turn overs; but the quality and portion size of their food overcompensate for that and has created a new fan out of me. Give their take-out a try or we'll happily keep this gem of a breakfast spot to ourselves. ;-) read more

I was a big fan of Valentino's and it was recommended to me to try this restaurant. I ordered the salad with shrimp and it was great. The lettuce was fresh. They sent extra dressing without needing to ask. The shrimp were well cooked and seasoned. I asked for extra cheese and croutons and they gave me a ton. It was delicious. The shrimp were not as massive as the ones Valentino's sends but thank God I have a new place for Italian that delivers to downtown Baltimore. read more
