Just went through the drive thru and asked for a venti iced water.once i got to the window this young asian lady hands me the water and proceeded to tell me that they don't give out free waters... there needs to be a purchase made... but that it's okay this one time it'll be free that next time it won't be. I ordered a grande iced matcha latte at the drive-thru, but was given a tall instead. When I pointed this out, the cashier insisted that I had ordered a tall, which I know is not true. The drink was supposedly "remade" and handed back within a minute, which already felt questionable. I finished the drink in about three minutes after only a few sips and noticed the cup was mostly filled with ice. It felt like the cup was simply switched and packed with more ice rather than properly remade. This has never happened before at this location, which is why I normally trust and visit this location very often. I hope this kind of unpleasant experience does not happen again. read more

This might be the 3rd time I've tried this location and been gravely disappointed every time. I get it, it's just coffee and maybe gravely disappointed is a bit much. However, it's a baristas sole responsibility to get our orders right. Today, my order wasn't taken until another person walked in. Not that there wasn't baristas available. Unfortunately, they were only focused on the drive thru. Which I don't understand. When I worked as a barista in every drive thru there were staff for the drive thru and staff assigned to the cafe. I don't know why that doesn't work at this location. Yesterday for instance I ordered soy milk, but got oat milk (it was non dairy and I was running late so I didn't ask them to remake it) but then she took it to the drive thru area, I waited until the drive thru guy brought it back to the cafe. read more

I've never had a bad interaction with Beth or Alen or any of the other baristas so I won't leave a 1 star but after an encounter with 1 barista, it left such a terrible taste in my mouth... Taller female, I believe her name was Penelope. She had such a hostile and mean attitude when taking my order and giving me my drink. The baristas here are super nice! Pluses include remodeling and a lighter, brighter color scheme. There's a ton of floor space inside and they could've added a few more small tables. They don't have as many plug in outlets as they should for those of us working on laptops, tablets and phones. There is no longer a code needed for the ladies' restroom! On my first occasion here I noticed that the parking lot is a bit difficult to navigate in order to get to the drive-thru. Once in the drive-thru, there was very slow service. Yes, there was an apology given. We are talking like ten minutes in line. They need to institute a policy like McDonald's where you pull the persnickety customers to the side and hand deliver their items instead of making everyone wait. I do love their bar seating with table and stool with hard back. They also have comfy chairs and various other seating areas but they need more outlets everywhere! So...mixed experiences here. My first time here since they remodeled. I love the modern look, and it was pretty clean. Good place to study with AC that's doesn't make you freeze, plenty of outlets, clean bathrooms, and cushion chairs. There are a few bar height tables good for standing, 2 wheelchair friendly tables, a couple couches, and plenty of outdoor seating under umbrellas. I just wish Starbucks would have bigger tables. read more

I'm giving three stars overall to this starbucks, specifically the setting, amibiance and locaiton. The staff here is friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant. They are always ready to help with recommendations or customizations for your order, which I really appreciate. One of the standout features of this location is its spacious and dedicated parking lot. It's great not having to circle the block or fight for a spot, especially during busy hours. My visits overall have been pleasant, one minor star deduction is that, the seating area, although spacious, could be kept a bit cleaner. Their management is awful, the way they train their baristas is inconsistent and poor, their barista attitudes are all rotteb, just an all around terrible place filled with people who couldn't bother to put 3-4 ingredients together to save their lives. No one smiles, no one greats you even though they see you every single day. No one cares about how obviously incorrect the drink is. The baristas make you feel like you owe them for something and never paid them back. Bitter and unpleasant. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to and retaliate against others who they don't care for. Parking lot is also a massive shit show. During this pandemic, out of all the Starbucks in my area, this Starbucks has been the most consistently reliable with fast service, great customer assistance with mobile orders/drive-through, and great execution on the drinks. True, one time I showed up to get my mobile order and the place was closed down with a sign on the door. (This was during the height of COVID). But as soon as I chatted with Starbucks customer service and told them what happened, they double-refunded my for my missing order. Win-win. They kept a customer, I got a free order. The management at this store is horrible. For two Saturdays in a row I ordered an oatmeal cereal with blueberries at the counter with the Starbucks app and both times they forgot to do the order, until I reminded them fifteen minutes later. The first time I also ordered the nut medley for the oatmeal but no one bothered to tell me they were out. They just gave me the oatmeal in a bag without telling me, until I brought it up later. Then the barista said this store hasn't had the nut medley for weeks. Then why not tell me at the counter when I first ordered the oatmeal? Apologetic? No, except in the most insincere way. The ambience of the store itself is very nice and not overcrowded with plenty of tables and outlets. Those are good features. So maybe a good idea to come here and avoid ordering any food and dealing with the incompetent staff. It seems at this store you are expected to add a tip to the order through the app for them to do better service. I certainly was reminded to add a tip several times through the app, lol. This is my local Starbucks and I come here minimum once a week! I won't comment much on the drinks or food since it's Starbucks and you'll get what you expect... but I haven't had any problems w orders being wrong or intense delays or anything, so I say that's a win. It's a busy Starbucks w a nice amount of hustle and bustle. There's a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Whenever I drive by after work or on the weekends, the parking lot is always packed and people are studying, doing work, catching up w friends, etc.... I feel like this is how it should be. Haha! There's plenty of parking in the lot, or alternatively oh the street and adjacent neighborhood. This Starbucks has a drive through as well. Todays experience was nothing short of excellent in service especially when I ordered and received my drinks - UNFORTUNATELY though after sipping on my drink about a 1/3 ways down, I found some questionable "red fleshy" pieces floating in my iced coffee. With all the current news going around I was really paranoid and maybe thought it was blood or some weird bodily fluid spat into my drink. - BUT after fishing it out I found some of the fruit seeds as well so I'm "assuming" they just reused a cup from a drink that was made incorrectly - although that cup should've been trashed - but it happens and I could understand that to a degree. HOWEVER - the reason why I give the service a 1 star is for today's re-visit to fix my drink. The staff member at the drive-thru (not the same person when I first came) was not apologetic AT ALL and rather looked more annoyed and basically shoved my remade drink without any exchange of words - even when I told her I thought it was blood clots! Second time at this Starbucks was last Sunday late afternoon. The first time was just drive-thru, which was fine. This last visit we were inside, because all the patio tables were occupied. In the style of other newer venues, it looks like they took over and renovated a space previously occupied by a fast food operation. It's nice to have the elbow room, plus drive-thru convenience. At 5:30 on a Sunday evening, most tables were full with folks using their laptops, working or studying. We had a bit of confusion receiving part of our orders, but that was quickly remedied.
