This place is located where the Rita's used to be in the plaza. There was little internal space inside so I went in alone. The service was very good. The staff appeared to be happy. The drinks we bought were slightly sweet in my opinion since I forgot to ask for less sweetness. Other than that the drinks tasted good. This part of the plaza has no PokéStops. read more

This use to be my favorite Boba shop but now I have been twice and the drinks are awful. I would usually get the horchata smoothie, it use to be so good and refreshing!! But now.. its super watery and absolutely no cinnamon! I don't know if they are using yogurt instead of ice cream now or what but what I do know.. is its gross! Today was the 2nd time I tried to get the smoothie and was not happy. They have all new staff now and I think Maybe some extra drink making training is needed. There is a huge selection of drinks offered here. I like that they mention a list of their top 10. The kale smoothie is pretty good and not too sweet. The coconut strawberry is great at half sweet but even then I wouldn't order that one again. I would try other drinks like the pistachio frappe which I'm reading a lot about. I went closer to closing time so the boba didn't taste fresh and was sticking together but since it was so late in the day, I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully there boba tastes fresh usually and it's done by 11am. It took them 5 mins to prepare 5 drinks with no other customer present so I think that they were fine with time management. We love Boba Time, they are usually very well staffed with good drinks and pretty good service. Often there are new employees so sometimes you may see someone new getting trained who is taking your order but they are happy to correct any mistakes. Every once in a while if they run out of an ingredient they won't get a restock for a few day so I've missed out on getting my favorite drinks and had to settle for an alternative. Overall it's clean and has a cool menu on tv screens above the counters with animations and lots of color. We often see a lot of students there as it is close to the high school. read more

I really love this boba shop! Is always packed here but service here has always been top notch since day one! I really enjoy the quality service and the boba is soooooo good :) I always get the strawberry slush with rainbow jelly and let me tell you I've gotten the same exact boba EVERYWHERE ELSE but nothing compares to this location! I really like here AND the West minister location I'm always bouncing off between those two but it's so good also the owner here is so kind she always puts out good quality for the customers and it honestly makes me want to come back every time. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had at any establishment. First the when you order you can't hear the cashier and they can't hear you. Between the music and blenders being so loud it's hard to communicate your order. This is the closest Boba spot to me so this is my go-to. It's not the best Boba spot ever, but the Boba seems to be fresh every time I come in so that's the least I can ask for. I haven't tried everything on the menu, I'm a creature of habit and have tried only 3 things. Let me tell you, they have a HUGE menu with a variety of things on it including Acai bowls(haven't tried myself). Everything has been good, nothing to go home and rave about though. Customer service is solid, haven't had a bad experience here. Clean and usually a pretty quick and smooth wait time even when it gets busy in there. They have several locations in the Socal region. They have those frequent buyer cards, but keep in mind the expiration date at the bottom and the fact they don't combine cards. This past Christmas they had a scratcher promotion, which was cool and I probably had more Boba that month more than ever. Lol. I feel like they probably do this every year, but I'm not sure.
