After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. There are a few dedicated parking spaces for unloading close to the donation truck/table but occasionally I just park in the customer lot and walk my stuff over. I ask for a receipt for tax purposes. Inside the store, the retail floor space is huge filled with rows of neatly organized clothing racks, furniture, glassware, household items, shoes, etc. This makes for easy perusal of items and an enjoyable shopping experience.

The entire process took about 30 seconds - easiest donation drop-off ever. Shopping I've found so much great stuff here in almost every department (clothes, furniture, home decor, etc.). It's also more reasonably priced than other thrift stores in the area, and more organized as well. Customer Service The donation drop-off guys are really friendly and efficient - they go out of their way to make it an easy process. The store employees are equally amazing. Every time I go up to the register with a big pile of stuff, I'm apologetic and flustered about how much ringing up they have to do - but they're ALWAYS super nice and helpful. They literally never have a bad attitude or get annoyed, even when I take a bit of time to pack up my items or change my mind last-minute. I also appreciate the fact that they go out of their way to help me organize my stuff so I can get to my car easily - I'm a small person with some big purchases haha, so I really appreciate that extra effort they put in to make my life easier. That said, if you're looking at repairing a stock wheel, I'd highly recommend calling a dealership or checking online for the price of a brand-new replacement first. My repair turned out great, but after the fact, I realized the cost of a new stock wheel would have been surprisingly comparable to the repair cost. Definitely go here if you need a quick, friendly, and reliable fix, but do your homework on the replacement cost before committing!

I got to speak with Sal during drop off. He took a look at the wheel and said that while the damaged looked rough, they would be able to make it look "pretty" good. He was straight forward on what they could and couldn't do in terms of reshaping the lip and matching the paint. This was an understatement, when I came to pick up the wheels, I could not even tell where the original damage was. These guys worked magic. I did end up finding some spots that had some minor paint pooling when drying but they were quick to schedule a follow up for touchups. I got to speak with Francisco for a bit as well and he was also great to work with. If you have expensive forged wheels that need repair and want a shop that offers fantastic repair service, great communication, and very reasonable pricing this place is it.

I've owned…read moremy heating and cooling company for over 26 years, and whenever I have old furnaces, copper evaporator coils, scrap metal, or other materials to get rid of, this is the place I go to. What I really like is how easy they make the whole process. I simply pull up, unload everything, and they take care of the rest. Yes, I know I could probably make extra money selling some of the metal separately, but honestly, the convenience, service, and professionalism here make it worth it for me. They also recycle aluminum cans, bottles, and many other materials, and they pay customers for recyclables. It's a family-owned business, and I've known the owners and their father for a long time. Good people, hardworking, and always respectful. Just a heads up -- it can get busy at times because a lot of people come here to recycle and cash in their materials, which says a lot about the business itself. I got a quote from Richie and one other contractor in Concord for buildable removal, but decided to go with Richie even though his quote came in a little higher. He did a good job answering my questions and I like that he is local. Richie was able to get the permits and start the job ~6 weeks later. Appreciate he was a willing to coordinate around my business trip. Also, the weekend before they were to start we found out one of our neighbors was planning a backyard gathering on Monday. I texted Richie on the weekend and he said no problem, they would start on Tuesday. Once the team showed up to start the job, they were great at communicating what they were planning each day. They had to remove a section of fence and a small greenhouse to gain access. They also decided not to risk damaging our old driveway with the heavy trucks, so fill dirt was dumped in the street and transferred to the backyard with the bobcat. This showed me that they really care and are thoughtful about what they are doing. I was able to go to work each day without worrying about being there to supervise. The team showed up each day as scheduled and after the concrete demo, rebar cutting, ~28 truck loads of dirt dumped in the hole and compacted, the job was completed in ~9 business days as estimated. They did a good job cleaning up and hauling everything away. ~2 weeks later I passed the city inspection and received the signed permit.
