It wasn't a front line employee, but the actual business owner who says he reviews every estimate before it reaches the client to ensure that it has his seal of approval. When Bob arrived, he was warm and mild mannered...not a pushy salesman, lazy technician, or sketchy contractor trying to pull the wool over your eyes. He took the time to explain his assessment in detail, without being overly technical, but expressed the professionalism one would expect with such a huge investment. When he followed up with us, the report clearly reflected an honest appraisal and his integrity could not be outdone by ANY of the other roofing specialist that we received estimates from (one should always shop around for this very reason). As with anything, you get what you pay for. RRH Associates is fair in price, but yet you are treated as if you were spending twice as much because they truly care about the client and take pride in their reputation and quality work. If all owners/managers/directors took as much care, diligence, and attention to detail as this company, I truly believe that home owners wouldn't have to fear and be as skeptical to the magnitude that we have become over hearing such horror stories from others. Medlin "patched" it, leading us to believe that the "fix" would work but it only grew worse. More cracks began appearing after less than a year. (Medlin brought in materials to build a foundation before pouring concrete). The supposed "high quality" concrete is now chipping and developing holes. Other damage was done to the property. We called James and requested visits to address the problems, but he never came although he said he would (or would "try"). Project was done in October 2021. Last request for follow up was September 2022. Quality is heartbreaking and disappointing.

I gave him an opportunity to fix the issues, but he just had excuses and even went so far as to claim I have a "hidden stream" in that specific spot and that I was being cheap because I only gave him $1500 OVER the price he originally quoted when he came to look this first time.

This was an unusual situation. The company advertised the sale, and I sent him a text message with the receipt and a screenshot of their website. He stated that he would refund the money, but he subsequently posted a refund for $0.01. As other reviews have indicated, the product is of high quality, but the customer service is poor. Kelvin is challenging to communicate with and lacks reasonableness. Despite Kelvin's difficult behavior, the mulch was of excellent quality and the most cost-effective option I could find. Therefore, I recommend purchasing the product. While it is of good quality, it is advisable to avoid using Kelvin's services.

Each time their workers came when they said they would, did the work efficiently and did a great job. One very important point: we have had several storm-related repairs lately. Mr. Gibbs came to home, extremely late on the day of the appointment. He suggested he cut the damaged spindle and take it with so it could be matched exactly. He ensured me his wood guy could replicate the discontinued spindle as I requested. He also ensured me it would only take a few days to get the spindle back. He quoted me a price e of over 400.00 for 1 wooden spindle and would not start the work without a deposit and contract. It ended up being weeks before I got the spindle back. When he returned, the color was extremely off, and he had to take the spindle back to fix the color. Several weeks later he again returned. When he returned I could not believe what he brought back to be placed in my home stairwell. It was not the custom-made spindle replicated by his wood guy, but a 6.00-dollar spindle from Home Depot. The color did not match, nor was it the same style of spindle. He failed to inform me that he would be installing the wrong spindle. I WAS LIVID! I could not believe a so call reputable company bamboozled me out of 400.00 for a 6.00 spindle. I asked him why he dd not call or inform me he had the wrong spindle, he just arrived at my home and commenced to installing the mis matched spindle. He never apologized, never offered a refund, no even partial. I am still considering suing him for breech of contract. Unfortunately after only a month, our yard looks as if no weeding, edging, or mulching was done. On 29 March 2021, after some back and forth on scheduling (and rescheduling - post down payment), work began and the flower beds were to have all weeds removed and mulch put down. Below are pictures from 24 April 2021 and, as shown, all the weeds have popped through the mulch; showing none we pulled and the mulch was simply thrown on top.
