When I called and asked about my car, Ray was patient with my questions had some very good ones of his own. Then gave me a rough idea of what it could be. Once he got it within a short time he was able to find what the problem was and gave me a fair quote with options that could come up. He had simple and technical answers so I got to know my car better. The repair was done and when something came up he checked with me and gave me options to save money or what is best to do next. The guys that work with him have such a love for the job. The employee who brought my car up was so excited about my car and talked about all the cool things it was and thanked me for bringing it in. There is so much more to say, I will just again say what an awesome experience and thank you all for the work. Can't wait to bring it in for the next fix/upgrade.

Within 45 minutes of contacting him he showed up to where my car was in Anaheim and did all 4 of my brakes for literally an eighth (yes, really an eighth) of what other places would charge. My car was completely disabled and the brakes were grinding metal to metal and in less than 1 hour I was up and running again! I figured I'd have to pay more for the convenience of having him come to me and for the speedy service but it was the opposite. What a pleasant surprise! I will never use another mechanic again.

This review is a little past due but I decided to finally do it because I feel I should keep others…read morefrom going through the same trouble I am right now... earlier this year I had an accident and needed to have my front left control arm replaced I looked all over on yelp and came across this company and since they had good reviews, I decided to give them a shot because of the convenience. Nick showed up three hours after he said he would, and didn't bother to call.. also didn't answer when I tried calling him, luckily I hadn't left work yet because he finally just randomly shows up. Takes a look and says I need a control arm and end links for the front seat bar. He goes and orders them and says he would be back the next day... he never showed up and wouldn't answer his phone. He finally shows up the next day(again just randomly showed up). Thankfully once again I was still there at work... he showed up in a pickup truck that was his personal vehicle because "his work rig was in the shop". Ok no big deal.... he does the work and I ask to test drive it before he left. The steering was really loose and unresponsive. Also there was a clunking sound. He said he had to go and would be back to work on it again. Next day driving it back to work to meet nick as he requested, steering was really sloppy and unsafe. Nick never showed and never answered my calls. I took it to another shop and had them look at it. He forgot to replace a couple bolts and put the wrong control arm in. After a few days, I finally got ahold of him and told him and he swore up and down he would never forget to put parts back. And that he got the correct control arm. He said he would be back to check his work and never showed. I was never able to get ahold of him again Fast forward a good few months and the car is in the shop having the front control arm replaced along with the front sway bar and the end links he forgot to replace yet charged me for. So now I am down $400 for the wrong part and missing end links that he never installed and another 500 for parts and labor for the new auto shop to do the work correctly. I really wanted to like this company as I love the idea and convenience of the idea, and nick really was a nice guy, but man I really got screwed by these guys... I'm really tempted to look into what I can do legally at this point. I hope this review helps anyone else that is looking at going through this company. Also, before I'm told the same as the others about contacting drivers directly, the number was the one listed here on yelp and have documentation to prove so.

The job wasn't done properly at all. The leak continued after a small amount of driving. I hired another mechanic and the two of us decided to investigate and fix the leak. We took the cover off only to discover that there was no Gasket!! This is why it was leaking. I payed all of the money for the hourly rate only to have the problem not fixed. They had my vehicle for over a month, when I picked it up I opened the door only to discover there were parts left on the drivers seat. The parts were missing some bolts and nuts. I had to return to the shop and have one of the employees help me find the missing pieces. I put things back together myself, but what a blunder on their end. They installed a new Fuel Sending Unit as well, but that started to Leak and I had to properly replace and Install another Gasket. One last thing, someone at the shop was taking my vehicle out and about. I know this because when I left it there the first time my vehicle had a full tank. When I picked it up a quarter of a tank was missing. I thought maybe I was imagining it. So I filled it up a second time when I brought it back to them. Sure enough when I picked it up, it was down about a quarter of a tank. My tank holds a lot of fuel so it wasn't just them test driving it. This happed Twice. Businesses like this one have way too many vehicles in their shop. This is why these things happen, they are not able to do jobs properly because they are under pressure and doing too much. Start saying No we are too busy and don't be greedy! Pass on this shop and find yourself a Better automotive shop. I think the family is full of nice people, but the work is Unprofessional.

They go to a junk yard to pickup gears, cleaning up and give to you as "full rebuild" no even tested for leaks. I reality YOU are the test diagnose. My transmission was in good condition but need to change the input bearing. After i replaced the first time which didn't shift to 5th, I went back next day and asked for my original transmission back, they say "i am sorry we already rebuild it and sold it". rebuilding and sold in 1 day ????
