bubba skillet
Maddy M.

super delicious place! food tasted super fresh and really satisfied our brunch craving! we had the route 66 (corn beef hash) and the bubba skillet (biscuits and gravy with eggs and rice potatoes). everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned well! portions were also great for the price! you definitely won't leave here hungry! the staff was also super friendly and welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of! give this place a shot when in the area :)

Eggs Benedict and Route 66, both crispy as requested!

We stopped here on a road trip and had a delicious, fresh breakfast. We even ordered breakfast for our dog - she was thrilled to get an entire meal instead of a few leftovers. They give a 50% discount to active military every day, and also to veterans on the 11th of each month. WOW!! That's fifty percent, NOT a typo!! I had the Route 66 skillet and the hubs had the eggs Benedict. Misty had the Bulldog. The service was great - friendly and efficient. I was surprised it was so empty on a Monday at 8 - maybe everyone in that area works?!

Bubba Plate

I am sorry to leave this review, but I do so to prevent anyone else from wasting money. We should have known as soon as we opened the front door. My fiancé and I wanted to have a "home town experience" so we gave it a chance. The menu options looked great and maybe we did just order the wrong items. I ordered The Bubba plate (sausage gravy, biscuit, cheesy grits, and eggs). The "gravy" was certainly NOT sausage gravy nor was it house made. It was disgusting. They somehow managed to ruin cheesy grits. The scrambled eggs were ok. My fiancé ordered the same plate with potatoes. His potatoes were so dark and over fried. First and last visit for us

Cajun Scramble with potatoes and buttery biscuit

so gave them another chance and let's just say completely night and day since the 1st time! I tried a Cajun Scramble and everything was perfect and the potatoes seasoned perfectly and not cooked in old grease! Will return again soon

Love the art on the walls!

I got the corned beef hash. The food tasted microwaved, and flavorless. Literally go anywhere else.

We all loved the Giddy Up Espresso Martinis, which were topped with adorable soccer ball design in celebration of the World Cup. We also enjoyed the Serrano & Jalapeño Bloody Mary (definitely brings the heat!), along with the Two to Mango Margarita and the returning Endless Summer Margarita, each had their own place and none disappointed! For brunch, I ordered the Southwest Breakfast Bowl. It was fresh, colorful, and packed with vegetables, making it feel nourishing without being heavy. The flavors worked well together, especially the combination of eggs, veggies, and southwest-inspired seasonings. My only suggestion would be adding a starch element, such as crispy breakfast potatoes or roasted sweet potatoes, to provide a little more texture and make the bowl feel more balanced and substantial. Even so, it was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. Our team was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about both the food and drink menu, making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for brunch with friends, especially if you're looking for creative cocktails, a lively atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. I'll definitely be back for another round of drinks and for sure that Endless Summer Margarita.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

It didn't take them long for them to make my drink, a salted queen latte, even though they were quite busy. I'm sure thanks to how they have their space setup as well as some fabulous workers! Loved how there were more private booth spaces. Genius! The drink was nummy + exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much, Fainting Goat Coffee!! Hey next time carry more sizes of shirts so I can continue to spread word of your great coffee shop!
