I was excited to get the house painted so I made the decision and now I regret it. The paint is peeling and chipping and it looks bad in certain areas. I used a wet towel to remove some dust from certain areas and the paint started chipping and popping off. The front eaves paint is cracking and they painted over some bad wood. They replaced some but I asked them to replace all bad wood. I recall the owner was bragging about some larger houses in Beverly Hills that he needed to get to and my house was just an easy job. They helped with choosing the type of paint (Behr). Expensive and if you have a smaller home be ready for them to brag about the larger projects they seem to want to do. Your smaller house is pocket change... but your money is green.

Turns out our dryer vent exhaust runs all the way up through the roof (which seems like a pretty terrible design!), and the team actually climbed up onto the roof and cleared the blockage there. Great follow-through and customer service. I was so satisfied with their work that I also had them come back to clean our compressor/AC units. I had hired another company a couple of years ago that basically just washed the compressors from the outside. Fresh Clean Group took a much more thorough approach -- they opened up the units, removed all the built-up debris, and actually sprayed and scrubbed the coils.
