Do not waste your time on this location. Go to any other jack in the box. The employees at this store are constantly rude and incapable of doing their job. The continually fail to provide you with the items or customizations to the items that you have requested and every single time I have made the mistake of giving this store another chance they do not give me any utensils or sauces even after I requested multiple times. If this store was at least fast these problems could at least have causes due to them prioritizing getting people out but on top of all of those other issues they also take an unreasonable amount of time to make even a simple order. For anyone who has driven on Broadway knows how busy this street can be. Which means that its hard for the employee/customer to hear each other at the drive through. When will I learn?? I stop here about every year or so. I really like JITB but this location is so slow. Be careful and don't get trapped in the drive thru. If the line is pass the ordering kiosk, go inside. You'll shorten your wait from 20-25 minutes down to 15 minutes for take out order. You go knowing that you're going to purchase junk food. We went knowing we were going to buy monster tacos. Excited beyond belief that they are back for however long they are going to be. A whole star? Generously, Yelp doesn't seem to have a half star option. Always joked when coming to this location that it'll either be five minutes or 20-40 with no in between. Recently though it's been the latter. The clear amount of disorganization here is something that should turn you away immediately. Your online hours (that you set!!) state that you're open 24 hours Sunday, and the rest of the days are set at closing at 12am. While yes I understand COVID has been a big change for businesses, this location (unsure about others) was still open most if not all of the time during the main part of it. Don't know when they updated their hours to close at 12 but they can't even get that right. The amount of reviews stating that they've gone in around 11 or so (me and my partner included) to find out that, while even though the lights are on and people may still be inside, they're closed? I understand the art of closing a business for the night but for a fast food joint to start closing an hour (hell even an hour and a half) early and just shut down everything is a little unheard of. Clean around your customers? I don't even know if that's the issue but for every issue I can possibly think of that you'd encounter, I have a common sense solution almost immediately. I'm not a business owner nor do I have any training in it or management. But if I can figure out ways to improve business and service just from looking at the lines, BEING in the lines, and seeing/hearing things going on inside, somethings wrong y'all. From the outside looking in? Yes. Do I have any idea what's going on inside? When I pulled up to the drive through to order and as I was ordering the girl that was taking my order was laughing the whole time with the other emplyee, once I finally got my stuff ordered I drove up to the window to pay the girl took my card and didn't say anything, after she swiped my card she handed it back and I said thany you and she ignored me and closed the window. That wasn't the worse part. After she closed the window I looked over and I saw another emplyee put her hand in the fry warmer and was eating the fries with NO GLOVES out of the fry warmer and with COVID 19 that is a big NO NO, BIG health violation in my opinion.
