I just ordered tiny tacos loaded and I have to say they were the best I've ever had in my life from any Jack in the box location, ever. They were amazing, hot, crunchy and fully loaded. Better than I could have ever imagined in my life. As if a volcano of nacho cheese was flowing down a mountainside straight into the box. I came in with my daughter and ordered the special they had (3 cheese double burger combo) and my daughter ordered the breakfast platter. When I received my order it had only one burger in my sandwich. I went up front and told them and they fixed it. While I was eating my sandwich the plastic clip from the bread was in my sandwich. Is this a coincidence? Maybe they were mad at me for asking for my order to be fixed? I imagine if my daughter were to be eating this sandwich, then we would be having a totally different conversation. Seeing that this Jack is in Bonsall it can be a little busy at times because there is only a McDonalds to compete with. I like this Jack even though it doesn't have multi-selection soda dispenser. The employees are helpful and the place is clean with outdoor seating. I've never had any problems here and I feel safe because of the CHP store front a few feet away which is nice. You have a great view of the 76 and can do a little bit of people watching. Once it gets late at night food options are very low in the area but Jack is open and waiting for you. read more

I had a bad experience, and told myself I would not go back, but I gave them a second chance since they were the only one open. And I have to say it was completely different experience. I am so impressed that I am not only taking my bad review down, but I am putting up a recommendation. The person that gave me bad customer service last time happened to be at the window, and she had such a positive attitude, and even told me to drive safe. My order was on point, and it tasted delicious. I am so glad that I went back. And the server tonight has a lot of potential because you can tell she is smart, so hopefully she will keep up the good work! I don't know what they did differently, but whatever it is they should keep on doing it because I will keep coming back, and spending more money if they keep it up. This place is so freaking dirty! The service sucked! Took the guy behind the register 10 minutes to acknowledge we were there! Their floors were so dirty, the tables even dirtier! No napkins in the dispenser and when I asked for some and let the shift lead know, she gave me the rudest response! She said "I'll get to it when I can!" Worst experience ever!!! Well having grown up in San Diego with Food Maker Corp... and Jack in the Box from the start... This is one of my favorite fast food places. There can't be anyone else out there that has driven 110 miles each way in the Winter snow... from Cheyenne, Wyoming... to Boulder, Colorado... because there were not Jack in the box tacos in Wyoming.. That having been said... let's talk about the Bonsall, Jack in the Box. It is spotless.... the service is always with a smile on their face... and it is the closest one to my home. Being a member of the "Secret Society of cool people"... I get all of their deals by email. I love their corporate advertising... and I love their food. I do not know who owns this particular franchise... but it is extremely well managed. Widening of highway 76 has made getting into it a pain in the butt... but it's worth it! read more

The best Jack in town hands down! My family and I come in most Tuesday nights before heading to a movie across the street at the "Didge." The staff is great, always very friendly an happy to see us! The restaurant has been spotless every time and the food is unmatched, fresh and flavorful! This place is the worst! I've been going there for years and over the last two years they haven't gotten a single order right. Make sure you check all your bags, don't let them rush you off. We don't have many options around here for fast food which is why I have continued to go there, but after tonight when I caught 2 different errors with my order and when I got home realized they left out a large fries.... Food was no only fresh but ingredients tasted much better that ordinary fast food chains and better than any other location I have ever been to. Service was fast and friendly. Yesterday 09/29/2019, at approximately 12:40 p.m. I went to Jack in the Box and I witnessed employee "Alejandra" rushing customers to order or to take their orders and leave. When my order was ready instead of Alejandra handing my order to me she literally threw it on the counter. Also, the same employee "Alejandra" closed the doors to the store so no further customers can come into the store. As for the customers such as myself that were eating inside the store it caused us to feel as if we needed to rush our meal which by the way she completely ruined our meal. "Alejandra" could be heard shouting at her co-workers in such an unprofessional manner that it was honestly dehumanizing the way she was addressing her co-workers. In all my years of going to Jack in the Box I have never witnessed any employee display such erratic behavior towards customers and fellow employees. Lastly, "Alejandra" had the audacity to simply put her head down and let her fellow co-workers handle the rush that was taking place. I am requesting that someone of authority within your company please talk to this employee and inform her of Jack in the Box's core values in customer service. I complained about this woman months ago because she has a very disrespectful attitude. Instead I got fired. I tried to stand for what's right and I was told by Maria to keep trying because she will always be a manager there . By all means good for her. Today at 11:55 am I came in for some nuggets. I was getting ready to pay when she stoped doing what she was doing (taking a drive thru order) to come yell at me she will not be serving me or my boyfriend. I asked why ? "You did a bad review with your order receipt and I got in trouble " I told her , I'm sorry you were rude back then like you are being rude to me right now. She continued yelling at me and my boyfriend to leave or she will call the cops on us because I'm there. I would of left it at that and been on my way. Except this woman had the nerve to tell me to " go to the gym instead" I'm sorry lady but unlike you I'm confident in my body , and skin. (She body and fat shamed me and yet I was fine. ) for the most part. She can't really speak English and my boyfriend being black she was hard to understand, but in translation she told him to take me to a gym instead of jack. You see, she was trying to get us to react but we stayed calm I told my boyfriend it's not worth it and definitely not worth the cops. This lady is so rude , mean, and she is terrible with her human relations I am baffled on how she is still there. Wait , no, I know why. Because the area supervisor had more than job related stuff with her.
