Damn it's nice to see young people working in fast food, but this place lacks management. The people in front of me knew someone who worked there thus they were just joking around and holding up the line. The worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Went through the slowest drive thru I've ever been to, ordered 2 sets of taco with NO taco sauce on them. The drive thru screen even showed no taco sauce on them and they said it back to me. I drove away to open tacos and see that they ALL had taco sauce. So I went back into the drive thru. Waited a total of 34 minutes waiting in the drive thru. They didn't even seem sorry! Terrible service. read more

The food is good at this location. But, they consistently forget to put items in the bag,and are not polite about their mistakes. I always dread going here, but, it is close to my parent's senior community, and the quality of the food is not bad. One of the many bad incidents I had was when they didn't give me my debit card back. I didn't notice until I got home 1.5 hours later. I called the store and they confirmed the card was there. Once again I made the mistake of coming to this Jack in the box worst service ever. Whoever manages this place should be fired. New Jack In The Box on McCall in Sun City. Burger was good service was terrible. I wanted a cheese burger and couldn't make the girl understand what I wanted. I asked for the combo meal she said the cheese burger didn't come with a combo. So I ordered everything separate. Ended up with a baby burger. Told them that's not what I wanted. They just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Ended up finally getting after paying for a combo meal. You would think she would have called the manager but no just took my money without an apology. Ended costing me 20.00 boy am I mad. Don't think I will go back. A gentleman at the door came to question what was going on with his order as I guess he had been waiting for quite some time already and that was literally her answer... You are very lucky to have the lady at the front register working for you (unfortunately I didnt get her name) . She goes above and beyond, brought me bbq sauce without me asking for it. I have had very bad luck at this Jack location in the past. Just a few days ago I ordered a 3 piece egg rolls; unfortunately, all three of the egg rolls were complete burnt. They were a very dark dark brown almost like a milk chocolate color. The smell was that of charred burnt wood and completely inedible. I didn't take any pictures, which I regret, so I just let it slide. About an hour ago I thought,"hey let's give them a second chance"... yeah I'm not that smart. I ordered double Jack with large fries and a cluck chicken deluxe for my GF. The bun on the Cluck Chicken Deluxe was completely charred and inedible due to the disgusting burnt smell. Half of my fries were good but the other half were inedible. They were as hard as a rock and burnt. As I tried one of the rock hard fries my GF thought I was eating celery because of the crunch. Also, the cheese on the chicken sandwich was completely rubbery almost as if they used it of hard cheese. This is the last time I go to this location or to any Jack in the box. I understand during COVID everything is a little bit more difficult especially for fast food. But there is no excuse for the amount of errors that my meal had. And this is coming from a person who has worked in the food industry for the past 10 years. Good news is that there is a McDonald's and a Wendy's in the same area. read more
