We stopped by this location since we were nearby and my kids were requesting their curly fries. This location is located by the 215 entrance/exit ramp which is great but a super busy intersection. Parking is shared with other businesses and there is plenty of it. My husband went to order fries inside since the drive thru was busy. He mentioned that the orders were taking a bit longer since there were only 2 employees assisting. (We stopped on a Friday afternoon around 130pm). After about 15 mins, we received our order. Went here to order lunch for my family. The sign on the door that says "PUSH" was bent so that the corner slightly cut my finger. It wasn't bad enough to bleed (though it is still very irritated at this moment), but I still thought I should notify the manager. My intent wasn't to get anything out of them, but rather to warn them to fix it so that nobody else got hurt. And that is where this would have ended if the manager (Maria - technically "Manager-in-Training" per her shirt) there would have had a better attitude. Rather, she was very rude. I got the name of her District Manager (Martha Ortiz) and hoping that this gets her attention. Please recognize that Maria is NOT ready to be a manager if this is how she treats people who have experienced an injury on your property. Additionally, my wife also told me that her leg was scratched by something sharp on the chair she sat on. Again, nothing major, but made especially upsetting by Maria's bad attitude. I parked in the parking lot and was able to eat. The service that I had through the drive thru was really good. That is one of most interesting places that I have ever been. I recently had the Jack Cluck chicken sandwich and it looks nothing like the advertisement they show. The sandwich was soft and the buns were bigger than the chicken. It had no pickles and the sauce was less than a teaspoon. Overall, it doesnt compare to Popeyes chicken sandwich. Which Popeyes is much crisper bigger and tastier. So I've pretty much given up on all fast food locations near me because of substandard (to be polite) service and unpalatable food for crazy prices. I try and only frequent in-n-out for friendly service, quality fresh food at reasonable prices however just missed their closing time so I gave this Jack in the box a try. What a big mistake!!! I went to place my order and the music coming through the speaker that they were listening to inside was sooo loud I couldn't hear myself think nor could I hear the employee clearly. I drive up to the window and see them grabbing egg rolls I ordered that had been sitting out already fried once , who knows when and give them a quick few second hot oil bath to warm them up and then I see them grab the chicken nuggets I ordered from the same area and just put them in a box not even heating them up then focusing in I see they have all the fried food cooked in batches just sitting out waiting to be packaged and sold. I confronted the drive through employee and she said it was from the car ahead of me they had made extra. There was no car in front of me, furthermore, it was a bunch of food. Please see pictures. My egg rolls when I received them, were a dark brown from multiple frying and an oily soggy disgusting mess and obviously nuggets cold and hard. I can't believe these employees can do this without a consensus, get paid what they do and these fast food restaurants charge what they do. I'm not enjoying this third world country we are turning into. Looking at all the terrible reviews of these local Jack locations I see it's just not me. I guess all the concerns and complaints just fall on deaf ears in corporate. I remember the good old days when fast food was fun, fast and they were eager to please. Sad to see it go. She did not ask me if I wanted Cheese or not, she choose yes to cheese. She did not ask if I want to take out or dine in, she choose to take out. This review is strictly based off experiences at this location late night. I work late. By the time I am off, food options are very limited. I appreciate all places that run 24 hours and the people that work those crazy graveyard shifts. More times than not, when I visit this location, I do not get an answer at the drive thru. Occasionally, I'll be greeted with a "what do you want?" If there is maybe a point in time where systems are down or deep cleaning is taking place and I have just gotten unlucky many times, then that is understandable. However, there is never a sign in place to notify guests or anything. So you constantly have cars going through that drive thru at times and waiting for an answer at the drive thru to no avail. I just wish this location would actually be open 24 hours as it's hour's indicate or make a change to their hours of operation. Thank you. read more
