The service is great at this location! The food is made hot and fresh every time I make an order in person or through the mobile app.

I was feeling a fresh spicy chicken with a 6 pice poppers and a Red Bull the only thing was fresh was the poppers. I went in around 3:20 6/25/26, I ask the lady on speaker if I could get my order fresh because I've experienced bad chicken/hard plenty of times in this fast food chain. I got home the chicken was really hard and looked pretty old since, I've also worked in a jack around that area as a shift lead. So yea pretty gross, I understand they are busy but that shouldn't get in the way of having fresh chicken or a pleasant presentation. The people in the stove should also be told something. We stopped by this location since we were nearby and my kids were requesting their curly fries. This location is located by the 215 entrance/exit ramp which is great but a super busy intersection. Parking is shared with other businesses and there is plenty of it. My husband went to order fries inside since the drive thru was busy. He mentioned that the orders were taking a bit longer since there were only 2 employees assisting. (We stopped on a Friday afternoon around 130pm). After about 15 mins, we received our order. The service was slow but at least we were able to get fresh fries out of the fryer. Convenient and cheap eats. read more

Rolled up at 10:30 PM after a late night soccer game and the two kids on shift were stoned out of their minds. They were super slow, couldn't comprehend a simple order, could barely speak...completely unprofessional. I came a second time since this location is conveniently right off the freeway. Went here to order lunch for my family. The sign on the door that says "PUSH" was bent so that the corner slightly cut my finger. It wasn't bad enough to bleed (though it is still very irritated at this moment), but I still thought I should notify the manager. My intent wasn't to get anything out of them, but rather to warn them to fix it so that nobody else got hurt. And that is where this would have ended if the manager (Maria - technically "Manager-in-Training" per her shirt) there would have had a better attitude. Rather, she was very rude. I got the name of her District Manager (Martha Ortiz) and hoping that this gets her attention. Please recognize that Maria is NOT ready to be a manager if this is how she treats people who have experienced an injury on your property. Additionally, my wife also told me that her leg was scratched by something sharp on the chair she sat on. Again, nothing major, but made especially upsetting by Maria's bad attitude. The food was extremely wonderful. The last time I went for my own personal enjoyment , the two jumbo jacks exceeded my expectation. I also ordered fries and some drink. I parked in the parking lot and was able to eat. The service that I had through the drive thru was really good. That is one of most interesting places that I have ever been. I recently had the Jack Cluck chicken sandwich and it looks nothing like the advertisement they show. The sandwich was soft and the buns were bigger than the chicken. It had no pickles and the sauce was less than a teaspoon. Overall, it doesnt compare to Popeyes chicken sandwich. Which Popeyes is much crisper bigger and tastier. Nobody acknowledged me at the drive-through so we drove up to the window and honked - The one lady employee that was in there looked at us disgusted and gestured her hand across her throat like they are closed. So I've pretty much given up on all fast food locations near me because of substandard (to be polite) service and unpalatable food for crazy prices. I try and only frequent in-n-out for friendly service, quality fresh food at reasonable prices however just missed their closing time so I gave this Jack in the box a try. What a big mistake!!! I went to place my order and the music coming through the speaker that they were listening to inside was sooo loud I couldn't hear myself think nor could I hear the employee clearly. I drive up to the window and see them grabbing egg rolls I ordered that had been sitting out already fried once , who knows when and give them a quick few second hot oil bath to warm them up and then I see them grab the chicken nuggets I ordered from the same area and just put them in a box not even heating them up then focusing in I see they have all the fried food cooked in batches just sitting out waiting to be packaged and sold. I confronted the drive through employee and she said it was from the car ahead of me they had made extra. There was no car in front of me, furthermore, it was a bunch of food. Please see pictures. My egg rolls when I received them, were a dark brown from multiple frying and an oily soggy disgusting mess and obviously nuggets cold and hard. I can't believe these employees can do this without a consensus, get paid what they do and these fast food restaurants charge what they do. I'm not enjoying this third world country we are turning into. Looking at all the terrible reviews of these local Jack locations I see it's just not me. I guess all the concerns and complaints just fall on deaf ears in corporate. I remember the good old days when fast food was fun, fast and they were eager to please. Sad to see it go. My experience is with the lady who took my order (name on receipt is RUNA) on 02/10/2022 at 11:23 AM. She took my order, Jambo Jack Meal. She did not ask me if I wanted Cheese or not, she choose yes to cheese. She did not ask if I want to take out or dine in, she choose to take out. She asked what type of drink I want, and was surprised when she said no refill, Last time I saw Jack in the box with no drink fountain was outside the USA. Times online are wrong, says they're open till 1am and when i drove past they told me that they were closed. Also waited in line forever to get my food only for them to not give it to me cause they're system crashed and they wouldn't take card, so after waiting 20 minutes I couldn't even pay for my food. I don't know what it is but ever since they got a new manager or whoever she is, she is rude, and always has an attitude. Yelling at me that I need cash since they're system shut down right when I pulled up because they didn't tell me sooner.
