This review is strictly based off experiences at this location late night. I work late. By the time I am off, food options are very limited. I appreciate all places that run 24 hours and the people that work those crazy graveyard shifts. More times than not, when I visit this location, I do not get an answer at the drive thru. Occasionally, I'll be greeted with a "what do you want?" If there is maybe a point in time where systems are down or deep cleaning is taking place and I have just gotten unlucky many times, then that is understandable. However, there is never a sign in place to notify guests or anything. So you constantly have cars going through that drive thru at times and waiting for an answer at the drive thru to no avail. I just wish this location would actually be open 24 hours as it's hour's indicate or make a change to their hours of operation. Thank you. read more

tried their new Chili Cheese burger today and was VERY disappointed!! I ordered delivery so I used the online app. The picture of the Chili Cheese on line showed the burger to have approx. 2oz of chili and 2 slices of cheese with onion. I had the option to add extra chili for a charge which I did, extra onions which I did and because it showed 2 slices of cheese, I didn't add any more cheese. The burger was a sorry sight indeed, it was soggy, what little chili they put on, ended up on the wrapper and not the burger. If that is what you call extra chili I can't imagine what would have been on the burger normally. There was only 1 slice of cheese and I would have paid for the extra cheese if the picture online was accurate. I'm always here because it's so close to home. Service is always good here, but the employees get really flustered when you have coupons. They get really confused... I was at drive thru once and ordered a hazelnut iced coffee. When I left on my way to work, I took a sip of my coffee and they didn't put hazelnut syrup/creamer in it at all. And it was already too late to go back and get a new one. But I gave them another chance this morning and they actually did my coffee right. Overall, I like this Jack in the Box. I always go to the drive thru even though their screen is always broken. I'm not a fan of fast food, but if I ever get my cravings, I'll indulge here. read more

From the District Manager to the people working at this location, their lack of ability to serve apps orders was below par. Is aggravating to have to call Jack in the Box customer service for the app to request a refund twice. I do not leave Yelp reviews on places, but I've had it with this location. I have lived within a mile of this place for nearly 10 years. Extremely slow drive thru service has become the norm. I only ever order curly fries; 2 out of 3 times, I'm giving regular fries. Just got home and forgot to check while I was at the window. What do I have? Regular fries... Oh and my burger and bacon is burnt, jalapeno poppers are drenched with grease, and they didn't even give me ranch. $15 bucks....down the drain.
