I am very confused at all the bad reviews as I have come here since this was built in about 2003 and NEVER once had a bad experience. The drive through is a little tight to make the left turn from the speaker into the pay/pick up lane but that is about the only flaw I can find. I went inside the other day and got a number 4 combo. The fries were perfect (much better than McDonalds IMHO) and the burger was outstanding. Unlike some of my recent reviews comparing what I received vs what is shown in the photo, my burger looked like the photo with a special note that the large pieces of lettuce (not the wood chipper kind) was beyond fresh. The staff is always friendly wether it is drive up or walk in. Hope all the issues the others found get fixed and I am glad that I have had a better experience. February 1, 2021 at 1:10 P.M. today I ordered through the drive through. The woman who took my payment was very rude and my order was completely wrong. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with no chicken and extra veggies (which they charged EXTRA for). The bowl itself is so small that it looks like a kid's size bowl. The worst Jack in the Box I have EVER been to. Ordered a chicken sandwich and had a coupon for free curly fries, so I'm positive I ordered curly fries. I pulled up to pay and she had regular fries, so I asked her if she meant so say curly and she said "no, you ordered regular so I have regular" and showed her my coupon and said sorry, I meant curly. This Jack in the Box is damn awesome. Every time I order a burger here, it comes out looking nice... like "wow. That is a nice looking burger." Last time, I ordered Jack's Spicy Chicken. The bread was not squashed, but had form and the right amount of lettuce and condiments were put on the burger. The chicken was fried just right and so were the fries. We stopped here on our way home from a holiday party. The people working here were so nice that my bf and I just looked at each other with wide eyes and didn't know what to do with ourselves. We were greeted like we were friends of the family, and then before we pulled away, "Thank you so much for your visit, please come back soon!" with genuine care. Feeling like we just stepped in and out of the Twilight zone, we continued on the freeway towards home. Oh but then we pulled that oh-so-awful-for-you fried sinfulness out of the bag, and... wow. 1. Burgers that did not look like someone sat on them. That right there is impressive. 2. Crispy hot chicken. Mmm right on. 3. A light spread of mayo instead of the usual 1 1/2 lb globs. WHOA. 4. When did the American populace as a whole become so rude to each other? And think it's okay? You see, as I was waiting for my turn at the magickal talking box, I watched the woman in front of me give the poor invisible woman inside said magickal box a complete verbal lashing. Was that really necessary? I know it's early (if you call 9:30am early), and I get that you really need your horrible fast food coffee rush, but couldn't you be just a tad bit nicer to the poor lady in the box? Seriously? This is what a CUSTOM Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger looks like? When I ordered a sandwich without mayo (a CUSTOM sandwich), I was hoping for an edible sandwich but it tasted even dryer than it looks. Maybe next time, they could scrape the grunge from the bottom of the fryer and throw that on the sandwich as well for added juiciness. I don't think it could hurt. If there IS a next time, I'll order it "off the warmer" with mayo, and hope the mayo helps to add moisture and flavor to the meat. Who knows? I rarely go to Jack's... But the tacos are a weakness. Now they have MONSTER tacos in a come back. Seems like a clean location and safe. The drive thru workers here have never seemed to be trained that well- the last one I had kept talking over me and kept asking "Is that all?" Is that all?" -and never let me give my complete order...
