I rarely go to Jack's... But the tacos are a weakness. Now they have MONSTER tacos in a come back. Seems like a clean location and safe. The drive thru workers here have never seemed to be trained that well- the last one I had kept talking over me and kept asking "Is that all?" Is that all?" -and never let me give my complete order... a great big 5 stars to for the best breakfast sandwich ever! the supreme croissant is truly a gift from the breakfast gods! add jack to the list with tony the tiger, snap crackle & pop, cap n crunch, trix rabbit and all those childhood greats. the best thing about this sandwich is you can get it all day long, yay! i rarely eat fast food much these days but i gotta give 5 stars to jack in the box for this anaheim location. it's one of the cleanest franchises and so very fast. and now that jack in the box serves breakfast all day i can always get my favorite breakfast sandwich ever. this is so darn scrumptious and one of the least fatty items on the menu believe it or not. it's ham, cheese, bacon and a fried egg in between 2 croissant halves. you have to ask for sauce if you want the mayo that was commonly served standard. trust me this is a very tasty breakfast sandwich. read more

I've given this place a few tries and chances, this morning made me write a review because the place has not changed one bit. To start off every time I've came in the women here never help the people at the register they are too busy helping the to go orders. I was at the register ready to order and the lady looks at me I say hi and she just walks away. Had me waiting another 5 mins to order, I finally put my order in which was a simple all meat lovers breakfast burrito. I get it and end up leaving and while I'm eating it theres a shit load of cheese no bacon just sausage and ham. I won't be coming back to this spot unless they get new workers or a new owner. I can't forget the first time I came in and some worker just came in for her shift didn't wash her hands puts her purse down and starts making the food. Nasty! read more

The drive-thru guy on Saturday nights needs to not be in charge of taking orders. He had no clue what I was saying and got the order wrong. The lady behind me had so much trouble with him she had to come to the window to order. Should at least be able to count to 12 in English. read more

I haven't been to a Jack in the Box yet that can mess up the bacon cheddar wedges. They use two different kinds of cheese! (regular cheddar and american). I like this location because they don't give me a hard time when I ask for burgers without the bun. read more

Today, between the hours of 4pm-4:30pm, I witnessed a situation that could've been handled better. There were two customers in front of me, a woman which was mute and a young boy. The boy was communicating with the woman through sign language and I could tell he was having a hard time communicating. Therefore, the Employee that was taking the order seemed frustrated and anxious to get the order done, as she was rude to the customers because she couldn't get their order right. She seemed very petty and "eye rolling" attitude. The customers left without getting service. I wish I got the employers name. read more

My local $1 taco supplier I love you and your greasiness. You are always there for me and my $1 taco with curly fries and a sprite or diet coke depending on my mood. Your wait in the drive through lane is short, your staff is pleasant and you're sufficiently not quite easy enough to get to that I'm not quite as much of an addict as I thought you'd be. Plus the orders come out the way I ask them to and your staff understands the not on the menu 3 taco combo. All good things. The downsides are the obvious greasiness and lack of health related aspects which I ignore during my visits but remember often enough not to visit you too frequently. read more

Should be named "Crap Shoot In-A-Box" if you're planning on using the drive through, because you can never plan on having your order correct. The wife drove through this morning to grab an Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich combo and some other items. Got it home and the combo had a Teriyaki chicken bowl in it. Huh? Get dressed, drive down to exchange it, don't even get a "sorry", but did get plenty of attitude in Spanish as she talked to the other kitchen staff. Guess you shouldn't assume some old white gringo looking dude doesn't speak Spanish before you go spouting off in front of him. Ordered chicken strips at drive through. It was taking a while sitting at window and the lady said that the food would be right out they just had to cook the chicken. When I got the food it was easy to see it had been in the fryer A little too long as the pieces had become hard and were very dark colored... A JIB like many others. Food has always been served hot. However, during the lunch time, the only thing that dropped it a star is the drive-thru. Truly, there should only be one entrance to get into the drive-thru. That would be from the entrance from Valley, But people will try to wiggle their ways through from the other side of the parking lot (from where the Chinese restaurant is). This can cause frustration as they try to cut in front of others that have been patiently waiting, from the proper direction. If this could be fixed, then it would be a full 5 star JIB. read more

If there was less than one star, I'd give it. Something seemed wrong with the drive thru and there was no communication. We couldn't go backwards to leave because of the build up of cars. Several workers walked by, looking at something and ultimately putting cones up to close the drive thru, with no word. Get your act together and learn some customer service. read more

Myself and my Husband are regulars at your establishment and the service, quality and customer report has gone down hill. I have had three incidents in the past 2 months where the quality, and/pr missing items, or contents of what I orderd were off. Upon return I was given the same old food YOU forgot, cold, dry and unedible. Wasn't offered a return nor replacement, I was however offered today as a matter of fact to keep my old salad and have the grilled chicken you forgot back on my salad, well not offered just given. I have a round trip of 2 miles and an hour taken out of my day. Not to mention the so called repaired order was WRONG! NO croutons, the wrong dressing, the cold chicken from an hr. prior. NO sorry, no compensation. Get it together, I paid more for my time than the hourly wage I too only make hourly! If it was you and you were paying an hour and a half of your time just to get a decent meal, how would you feel? And also; this is very important for persons that are on a prescribed diet, I am not supposed to have fried food at all, so I was told that I could get grilled chicken that was of course missing from my original order, but added to the additional mistakes I mentioned, I got home and low and behold, I just munched down a glob of bacon. If you don't know the menu or its ingredients, you need to get a new job. Drive thru took 20 min. and then when I returned it took a simple 2 min cause they reheated my food 45 min. later. That was today, 5-6-2014 first pass about 9 am, second about 10 am, had to go inside of course the second time which took even more time out of my day because now my drive thru experience became a walk in visit which requires parking and etc................. This particular store has gone downhill. I recently purchased a meal from this establishment, not only were the employees unpleasant, the food was not good either. The sourdough jack sandwich was cold and rubbery, and the curly fries were a combination of regular and curly , cold bottom of the barrel. I contacted their corporate office and they didn't care. Well it happened, my to go tacos were frozen today 10/16/2015 at 12:45pm. You would have thought the turkey who put them in the bag (2nd handoff) would have noticed these were frozen!! We go there every Saturday for breakfast. The staff is always friendly. The food and coffee is nice and hot.

Ok. I realize midnight is not a good time for people, especially if they are working fast food. I am out this way once a week so I stop there to get my usual and low and behold they once again screw it up. I know that the headsets are not the best but if the order taker is having trouble ask us to pull to the window. It is midnight how many people are out? and since I am driving home I find out on the freeway that my order is wrong again, this time they weren't even close. Of course the phone is busy for the next hour so I can't even call them. I give this JIB one star for the consistantly poor service we get. read more

Gave it a one star because you can't give it zero stars. Used to eat here as my very last resort. Stopped eating here for many reasons. Service and food quality continues to plummet. Judging by the reviews Ive read here not everyone has good taste and many people just can't cook so it seems this place will always have costumers. Even though its fast food you would expect someone to take the time and care to put the food together in a more presentable way. This place is all about speed and very little about quality. Anyone who continues to eat here and raves about how good it is must consider grease and salt two of the major food groups. In order for this to fall into the "you get what you pay for" example, all the food would have to be on the dollar menu. I had noticed before I stopped eating there that almost all of the employees can't even pronounce Jack in the Box. read more
