Just wanted to give this place some love. I've been going through here for years and I have good experiences with it every time. Again, maybe because I order online but I always have a great fast foot experience here. The food is always hot and well prepared. Really the best fast food experience I've had in Shelton. We just got dinner here tonight after a while and it was once again a great experience. Our order was correct, hot and well packaged. We've had virtually every other fast food place in Mason screw up our orders at one time or another. But this Jack In The Box always gets it right. What more can I say? A well run, clean Jack In The Box that gets it right every time we go through. And maybe I'm crazy but the famous Jack in the Box tacos are even better now. Burgers are pretty good, at least the jumbo Jack, which is my current burger of choice. Couple of suggestions.. inside the men's restroom the door to the toilet the knob/ handle is very loose almost ready to fall off. The people there cant remember that you said No ICE....30 seconds later, we get ice in the cups....take a pen and paper if you cant remember. !!!! Fries were old from the bottom of the heater, and double fried old... Curly fries were at the bottom of heater, old Nasty...bits and peices.... Takes two seconds to make new fries, at 9:30 pm. Got curly fries and two orders of two tacos 10.30$. Pretty typical fast food dumpster faire. Fries were ok, tacos were pretty gross but that's what we come here for. I've never been so irritated. The girl a the window was super rude, she was yelling at her drugged out cook what to make. It costs me $13 for 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and a small coke?? I ordered a #4 Burger combo. While there is an extreme lacking of bacon, the burger was otherwise very good and the curly fries as well.

Drive thru with the friend during a road trip. His burger wasn't made how he wanted it so 3 stars.

Didn't get part of my order, so I went back to the drive in window to tell them, politely, and the immediate response was, "Yes you did." Told them no, I really didn't, and he says, "Did you check the bag?" Yes, I checked the bag, that's when I saw I didn't have it. "Okay, but did you check the bag?" Yes, I checked the bag... "But did you check the bag?" Seriously? He actually asked me this three times in a row, in a very antagonistic manner. He wasn't just stoned or something. Got the manager, got the exact same treatment. Finally convinced them to give me "another" burger, as he said, which I didn't eat because I assume they spit in it. Competely unprofessional a-holes. I would give zero stars if I could. I keep going back think one day they will actually get my order right but as usual they can't seem to get the simplest of orders correct.....all I want is the #23, sausage burrito without the weird cheese sauce on it, just the shredded cheese. We ordered 5 milkshakes, first we pulled up to the speaker, they asked us to wait, we waited....and waited.... then they finally come back on the speaker after about 5 minutes of sitting there and then we got to the window after we ordered, they asked us to pull around, said right now we have been waiting for 40 min!!!!!! Went through the drive thru on our way out at about 10 pm on September 9, 2021. The man child who addressed us through the speaker was incredibly rude. After saying we needed just a minute, he came on asking if we needed help finding anything. We replied with "oh we're just looking at the menu." To which he came back with "well that's why we have two menus." In a very snarky and demeaning tone. We let it go for a moment and then was ignored when we tried to order a moment later. We ended up leaving without ordering and went to Wendy's, where we had a very wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend WENDYS. read more

Double check your food before driving away, I get an incorrect order almost every time I get food here. I've been getting the popcorn chicken meal and once I got half of the box filled with onion rings?? Second time I got a popcorn chicken meal, I asked for regular NOT spicy, and I came home to open my meal to see half of the box is spicy, so money wasted and food wasted because the spicy is too hot to eat. Other than that there's 2 people who I get (wish I remembered their names now) who are solid and don't mess up my order and they're extremely nice, never rude when asking specifying questions about your order. Terrible terrible service. I wouldnt even give this place a single star. Food is terrible, ive actually been told multiple times that they were "updating" and they wouldnt take my order in the middle of the night or in the morning and i asked if they could still take my order and write it down and put it in the system when its done "updating" and they still wouldnt. On 10/25/21 app. 2:30 p.m. I got sick for the last time from this place. I waited over 15 minutes for a jbo jck fries and pop when only the drive thru was open because of covid and not the first time this has happened either. Burgers were dead cold xtra chk sand had add jalapeños instead of the add tomato as ordered. Pop was flat from sitting over 15 minutes. Fries were dead cold. 25 bucks for this? Complaints mean nothing. Epic fail and not the first time either. Do yourself a favor. Just don't eat here no matter what the paid-for or prompted employee reviews lead you to believe. Worse fast food ever!!! Hands me a drink with soda on the outside lid not on and tells me I cant have napkins. Went in at 5am after I got off my night shift. Not sure who's working there now, but I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minuets while listening to the back door alarm go off. I ordered 5 hash browns, and the guy thought I said tiny tacos. I repeated myself and he told me to come to the window. He then told me he completely forgot my order, and when I repeated it, he said "huh...?" like he couldn't understand me. I had to repeat myself A FOURTH TIME that I wanted 5 hash browns. At this point I just wanted to forget my food and go home. I'd been up for 22 hours and just wanted to go to sleep. Thought a nice snack would be nice, but all I got was horrible customer service, and I'm 100% sure he was high off his mind. Not to mention he said "I'm sorry to say this, but it's $13" when I went to pay, asked me if I wanted sauce twice after I told him no, was blasting inappropriate music at a loud volume, and was sliding all over the wet floor. Then didnt tell me my total just told me to go to the window. They were very rude and continued having their conversations without acknowledging me until handing mw my food. Compared to other Jack in the box restaurants this one has some of the greasiest food around. Not only is it greasy but most of the time the food is Luke warm. If there wer anothe Jack in the box in the area I would go there. read more
