Well. They would have gotten five stars if JIB's HORRIBLE APP didn't delete our bonus large curly fries. What a difference between night crew and day crew. Got a drink carrier for the drinks. :) Hoping the Manager Gladys reaches out to me today to refund my other two orders of $32.29 each that was ordered between approx 6pm each time. We ordered a hamburger, a mixed box gremlin meal box of fried chicken, onion rings, fries. The box was supposed to come with a gremlin car hanging air freshener but we were told that they were out that was disappointing and deceiving we would've have ordered one if we knew before that we weren't getting the air freshener. You can tell this Jack-in-the-Box has changed the oil they are using to cook the food with its cheap oil the chicken, french fries tasted stale the hamburger bun was dry and burnt. Barely any mustard or ketchup on pickles on the hole hamburger. We will never be returning to this place again. The kids wanted to eat Jack in the Box tonight. They have some good Mobile App deals so I ordered through the App for pick up in the Drive Thru. When I arrived (~10 minutes), my order was ready. Just drove up, told them my name and they passed it through the window to me, super simple. When I was driving away, the kids text me an additional order, so I went and inside to place the order. They die not have many employees working on a Saturday evening and I can see why as there was no one dining inside. They did have some drive thru and mobile orders which they were focused on. When my number was called, the server told me hold on, because he needed to get my drinks. Instead of getting my drinks (their soft drink machine was broken, so they had to pour the drinks for me inside), he proceeded to deliver a mobile order which outside, so I ended up waiting a few more minutes despite him calling my order number. I did not appreciate that he called me up then proceeded to deliver another order instead of just getting my drinks first. He could have had one of the 2 other people working pour my drinks while he delivered the other order outside. The food was fair, not too hot and the fries were a little soggy by the time I got home, so they did not have a crunch to them anymore and the Jumbo Jack was not so jumbo anymore (more like the Jr Jumbo Jack now, wonder how small the Jr Jumbo Jack is now). I just went there tonight and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The lady gave us a $2 plain chicken sandwich. I called to see if we could go back to exchange and I have the recite and when I called was very nice told the lady what had happened and she said "so you want me to just remake it?" I said no. The plan was to drive thru another burger joint but my plus two decided it's been some time since all three of us had Jack in The Box. (I myself haven't had it for at least a decade.) Just so happen it was in our line of sight on our way to said other burger joint. So, we all went for the change. (Curiosity also played a big factor.) With the pandemic roaring, drive thru was the only way. I went for the sourdough jack combo and my other passengers went for the buttery jack bacon and swiss combo and bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo. VERDICT: Food was really good! My burger was tasty and hearty. Some of the fries were on the soggy side but no biggie. Ranch dressing sorta helped that. FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 3. We were asked to pull up and park on one of their waiting spots. I'm guessing they were making our food to order and it wasn't ready by the time we got to the window. It didn't take long before a staff member came out and had our grub ready to go. (Following pandemic protocols, it was handed to us via a tray.) VALUE: 2. All three combos cost a bit under $28. If I could give this fast food, restaurant zero stars, I totally would. I went through the drive-through Wednesday night at midnight and let me tell you there was only four cars ahead of me but it took 30 minutes to get my food and when I did get my food my fries were freezing cold I was missing my onion rings my tacos were so cold that my cheese wouldn't even meltmy jumbo jack was freezing cold, same along with my chicken sandwich spent 25 bucks to wait 30 minutes long for my food was either not edible or missing . I noticed after leaving the drive-through, but by then the line was wrapped around the store. The worker in the front had told me he was the only worker along with one other guy and that's why there was such a long wait I tried calling the store to get my missing items. They wouldn't answer the phone. I refused to wait through that line for another hour. I tried calling the store the next day spoke to a lady named Gladis I told her I can tell her my transaction time and the amount that I spent charge to my bank, but that the guy at the front and didn't give me a receipt she informed me that she would be getting off work pretty soon and didn't feel like doing the refund but that I could call back the next day and get a refund. Well today I called back and the first time she hung up on me the second time after calling back, she said that she had no way to prove I even ordered from her store. Even though I told her I could show her my transactions from my bank statements, and I was on camera, she said she would not do the refund. She didn't even want to give me her corporate information. **I can only speak to the coffee** I only go here on the weekends in the am for my beloved Iced caramel coffee. Especially 3 bucks for a large! I'm not much of a coffee person, but I do enjoy a good sweet iced coffee and this does it for me. The gentleman who works Saturday doesn't make it as good as the lady who makes them for me I've noticed though. She gives me all that extra caramel I ask for with a good amount of light ice as I request. He seems to be more stingy with the extra caramel pumps, but overdoes it on ice even though I ask for a light amount. read more

Wow. It doesn't get much worse than a 24 hour Jack In The Box in Vacaville, but there we were. My expectations were low, but this place took those, threw them on the ground, stomped on them, peed on them, and then set them on fire. Fast food? Fast if sitting behind 3 cars for half an hour is "fast." Kudos to the one employee who told us before we ordered that they were "out of soda." Wat? I didn't think you could mess up a Jack in The Box taco, but they proved me wrong. On the up side, she gave us a ton of sauce and that was correct. Our curly fries must've been the very bottom of the last batch that had been sitting for about 3 hours.
