Went here today to get lunch. This location used to be our favorite, they were so friendly and professional. So I guess it has changed hands again. We ordered spicy crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings, 3 tacos, and the spicy fries. Got home they gave him a hamburger. Normally he wouldn't go back but 1) it's $7.49, 2) he is having a bad case of gout and cannot eat beef. So he goes back, goes inside, tells the girl he has a problem with his spicy crispy chicken sandwich, she looked at it and said do you want cheese. Takes it to the back, the "cook" brings back the chicken sandwiches says thank you and shoves it towards my husband. As you can guess, we won't EVER come back to this location and no he did not eat it after that. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. Great. Friendly staff and most of the time, the food is cooked just before you ordered it. But some things could be better. The drivethrough is extremely slow after midnight, probably understaffed. Even if I'm the only one buying something and all I ordered was one meal, it could still take 15-25 minutes. Also they tend to get some things wrong, like giving the wrong fries or drinks. Some of the people here are listening to music on their earphones while they're taking your order. But aside from that, still a good place for us overnighters. read more

This is the second JITB that I am reviewing today. And I may continue. The gorgeously boring drive between the Bay and Sac is one that I make fairly frequently and, although, I swear off fast food otherwise, when I am on the road I allow myself a bit of this shit. And the finest purveyor of said shit is usually JITB. This one in particular is good. Everything seems a bit amped up. The employees are a bit friendlier and the food is a bit better than the average. I do not know why. Nor do I question. Put it this way: you know how on your receipt it tells you that you can win a bunch of money if you call and comment on you experience at JITB? Well, I've done it three times here. Call me crazy. This store is one of the best! Alexis works the drive up window and takes orders from the drive through. She does a phenomenal job! I have been to this location many times before and even when it is busy here they are always nice and pleasant when taking your order and at the window when you get your food! They understand people are waiting in line and work hard to fill the orders as they are made and prepared freshly at the time of the order! Alexis and the crew really enjoy their jobs you can just tell even when it is busy! Honestly I think they should all get a pay increase because they are the perfect example of how customer service and food prep is done! So having said all that, I want to thank you for the great service you provide and I am sure I speak for countless others to say Keep up the GREAT work! Drivetru employee was rude when I asked her not to add extra ice to my large soda. She also had the nerve to verbally tell me that she doesn't like for people to tell her not to add ice at the window. I get off work at 9-10 each night a lot of time I am pretty hungry when I get off. Depending on my mood i will either go home or pick something up to eat (normally Taco Bell since it's close to my house) tonight I was on the mood for something different so I stopped at jack in the box. While I was at the window the young lady who helped us was just amazing! She was super sweet and as I'm sure she may not want to be there her voice gave no signs of being unhappy. Super attentive and polite. I checked the receipt to see if her name was on there so I could fill out there survey and give a good review. The name was Jose on my receipt. Being that I wasn't sure who jose was I decided to come on Yelp and let her know I really appreciate her service! Young small lady with lighter skin and really curly light hair! She's a keeper! The service at the drive thru is fast and friendly. My son enjoys his bacon burger (I forget what it's called but it's packed with bacon). But my southwestern chicken salad made me deathly ill. The sponge-like grilled "chicken" had a strange slimy texture but I was hungry so I ate it. I immediately regretted that decision. Literally the worst experience getting fast food in my entire life. First I had 2 orders in the drive thru. The first order included a salad, the woman at the drive thru didn't even ask what kind of dressing I wanted. Then forgot I had two orders. Then I paid for the second order and she told us to pull to the front. So we did. After 10 minutes of waiting she finally came outside, gave me my food, wrong drink had to go swap my drink for someone else's that was already in their vehicle. Finally brought me the right drink and I had to ask for a straw. She then went inside to get a straw. I hope today was just an off day for the woman. Hope she gets it together. read more

We gave her a very simple order We asked for only curly fries in my munchie meal She gave me fries after saying she woukd give ke curly fries I asked for a chocolate shake and she gave me vanilla and wouldnt change it. I've been coming here from time to time when I needed a quick breakfast. This is great and convenient for since it is next to freeway. Fast food is a great place to work and for a starter. Although it can be tough sometimes. What is the most important aspect when working in some places that requires costumer relations? Costumer service! So if you decide to work in some places like this, make sure you are ready to commit with people. I find this very common among fast food restaurants. Sometimes following instruction can be difficult. Normally I don't get bother much when they make mistakes with my order. But sometimes something must be done. When I returned my ordered sandwich, she looked surprised when I told her that I got the wrong sandwich. Her first impression should have been a little apologetic but nope! She just grab the bag and said ok. So when she handed me my sandwich, all she said was thank you! while she could of apologized for her mistakes. The receipt indicates that the employee's name was Ernesto, however we were served by a woman I believed to be named Carmelita wearing a purple shirt. The initial issue was when I asked for my order to be repeated to avoid any mistakes, and the employee states "it's on the screen." Next, i get to the window and I am missing a bottle water and one of my sodas. In addition, i specifically asked for all four meals to be places into separate bags and i was told that I would not be getting a separate bag for one since there weren't any fries included with the order. When requesting my drink, a woman in a red shirt stated she needed to check with Carmelita. I was appalled. I literally had two drinks in front of her face. Carmelita states that she didn't know whether or not she provided all of my drinks. As a supervisor, i would expect better service from Carmelita. She should have known whether or not she completed my orders. In fact, she made me feel bad for requesting missing items in my order. I will never return to this location again. read more

I was just at the store on Nuttree Parkway in Vacaville CA and went through the drive thru drove away ( no receipt) We ordered 4 tacos, cheeseburger kids meal with curly fries, bacon cheeseburger with fries and 3 sprites. I go to bite into a taco and the first one had no lettuce or cheese, the second one had no meat or cheese, and the last two only had a little meat no cheese and lettuce. So we drive back and the gentleman at the register was very nice and brought it back They remade the tacos and curly fries the kid explained that the tacos come premade and they just add lettuce and cheese, so he asked if I would check them before I left. Again there was very little meat and no cheese. So a girl who I assume was the manager came and grabbed them and walked back and grabbed more brought them to the counter and dropped them in front of me I said thank you she said "do you want to check them again?" I said " didn't you just check them?" She got mad and said " they come how they come" and walked away. I did nothing to deserve that treatment and if she is a manager she should have been apologetic not snippy. The kid at the register had calmed me down and she just escalated the situation to the point that I do not want to go back there. If it were my store I would want to know how it was being run. And 2 other customers came back while I was there with their orders incorrect as well. read more

Absolutely the worst Jack in the Box in Vacaville. Save your time and go to another one in town. I ordered two large milk shakes; one strawberry Oreo and one chocolate Oreo. Wait in the line for 15 min with just two cars in front of us. Once we got to the window, BOTH shakes were made wrong so the cashier remade them. We pulled away and realized he made them wrong AGAIN. Decided to pull around to get our money back but decided to leave because we didn't want to wait in the line for another 15-30 minutes. Went to the other Jack in the Box on Leisure town and had them throw the shakes away. Great location. It's the go-to Jack in the Box location for me in Vacaville. The employees are always nice, and they usually get the order right the first time. I love the Jumbaco special which includes a jumbo jack, small drink, small fries, and 2 tacos for $4.29. I know they are small sizes, but to be honest, they seem like medium, and it is plenty of food for less than $5. Dang don't for get to try the mini churros, they be goooood! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service, rudest drive through person. I literally waited to even be greeted at the order screen for about 5 mins. Some lady eventually said 'I'll be with you in a moment'..cars in front of me and behind so I had no where to go. Another 7mins (I timed it, that's how ridiculous it was) goes by and she started to take my order and then said 'oh wait never mind' and disappeared again. By this time there is one car now in front of me and THREE people have come up behind me just to back out and leave.. after the car in front of me left the window I said hello a billion times and no answer. Eventually the lady came back and said 'it's gonna be about another three minutes, THANK YOU' in the rudest voice possible. Literally no one inside either. What the hell could possibly be going on that your service is that shitty? No, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or wait.. just, keep waiting! If there was something going on inside you could have easily stated you were having some issues and you were unsure as to when you would be able to take my order instead of just short little messages. Very impressed with this Jack in the Box! It is very clean, there are flowers on each of the table and napkins too. Even have ketchup and hot sauce on each of the tables as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Probably the best Jack in the Box I've ever been to - nice job!! read more
