Upon arrival in Jacksonhole, we stopped by Creekside Market to grab sandwiches to go, which is about a 20 minute or so drive from the airport. Creekside Market is a small market in a strip mall next to Dairy Queen. It has all your basic food and fishing needs in addition to a deli and liquor market. The deli serves sandwiches, salads, soup, and breakfast burritos. For the deli sandwiches, you fill out a paper slip at the counter and they make it on the spot for you. We ordered three custom sandwiches- one turkey, one beef, and one meatball sub with varying veggies and cheese and all toasted. While the turkey and beef sandwiches were good, the MEATBALL SUB was the star of the show! It may have been the BEST sandwich I've ever had. It is stuffed with eight HUGE beef meatballs slathered in marinara sauce and gooey melted provolone cheese (the cheese pull was 10/10!). It was savory, juicy, peppery, and everything a good meatball sub should be- I can still imagine the taste today and am still drooling for it! I was full eating just half a sandwich and so I had plenty to share with my family members who agreed it was a top-tier sandwich. I would go back to Jacksonhole just for this sandwich!!! Service was fantastic and we got our food within 15-20 minutes after ordering, considering it was during the lunch hour rush. Sandwiches are anywhere between $11.50 a $18.50 for an 8" sandwich (or a little less if you want a 6" sandwich). Note that there is no seating and so takeout is really the only option here. The bathrooms and floors are clean. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for ambiance

A unique setting in a wine / liquor store with a tapas bar in the back, amongst the wine racks and liquor bottles. Long communal tables and sitting hip to hip with foodies, locals, and people meeting total strangers. It is good conversation with everyone sharing stories, not once was politics mentioned. Reservations are not taken, instead you will find the host making people scoot to make room for new arrivals at the long tables. Our servers were spot-on with service, drinks and sharing her favorites. It is cozy and casual, people meeting people. The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun! The menu changes frequently and the tapas allow you to try several different delectable dishes. It encourages sharing and forces you to open up and try different dishes. Hands-down my favorite food and conversation while visiting Jackson, WY. To the staff here at Binn 22, congrats on a unique and completely fabulous dinner and concept. I can't wait to return and try many other options on a truly innovative menu. If you haven't been here, only one word, WHY?

Persephone absolutely lives up to the hype…read more The bakery is beautiful inside and has such a charming European feel. It's one of those places where you immediately want to order one of everything. We tried a few pastries along with the quiche, and everything was excellent. The Kouign Amann was buttery, flaky, and beautifully made, while the quiche was decadent without feeling heavy. The flavors in the quiche were amazing and the crust was perfect. Definitely one of the best quiches I've had. The breakfast sandwich was also an amazing savory item on the menu, it was served on their croissants so you get the best of both worlds. It does get busy, especially in the mornings, but it's worth the wait. The line moves fast and there's plenty of seating on their lovely patio. I'd consider this one of the must-stop bakeries in Jackson Hole.

I'd read about Persephone before our trip and marked it as a "must try" while in Jackson Hole…read more We walked over early (8am) on a Thursday morning to grab a cup of coffee and peruse the pastries. We were very surprised to find the line already went out the door! The line moved fast and boy you better be ready to order when you step up, because it is a fast moving, no messing around system. In addition there were at least three employees taking orders at the counter so the pastry case is extremely crowded and it's difficult to view what the options are. The employees weren't un-kind, but they there were no niceties like "good morning". They wanted to move you through the line quickly, so we didn't feel we could really peruse the pastries and so we skipped it and we just ordered a hot coffee and a large hot almond milk latte. People were already more than crowded inside waiting for their items so we stepped onto the patio. It was a chilly morning so the small fire pit was welcomed. For the giant crowd waiting we received our drinks within a reasonable time frame. They call names from inside behind the counter, so if you are not within 4 feet of the counter you will not hear them. We sat on the patio near the garden and the view was beautiful. My "large" latte was the same small size of my husband's drip coffee and both appeared to be around 12-14oz. Disappointing. The drip coffee was okay, but not worth returning for and my almond milk latte was also just okay. We maybe would have given Persephone another try, but in the end we chose to try the many other coffee/bakery shops in downtown. I'm not saying 'stay away', I'm just saying it's not as amazing as the hype. Other tips -look at the menu BEFORE you get in line, especially if it is buys -if you happen to snag an indoor seat realize there will be little to no privacy as the line will form right next to your table. -the birds outside are cute, friendly and will absolutely eat your food if you leave it unattended for even a moment - we saw a pack of small birds try to fly off with an entire egg croissant sandwich in the 1min the owner stepped inside for napkins. *don't worry, we stopped them
