Jade Asian Cuisine is inside the Agua Caliente Casino's food court. I got the bone broth soup, which came with a side of rice. It was decent, a bit salty but plenty filling for lunch. This is one of the three choices in the Aqua Caliente food court. American (burgers, sandwiches), Mexican, and Asian. If you stay at the hotel for a couple of days, it's easy to eat at each of their establishments (the sports book, the steakhouse, the cafe, the coffee shop and this food court). I had the chicken lo mien and needed to order a side of white rice (no, it doesn't come with a side of rice). For me, mixing the lo mien with some white rice is the way to eat this. By itself, the sauce is a little much. Mixed with the rice, it's perfect for me. Also, most entrees are around $20 but they do give you a generous portion. If you are not that hungry and have two people, you could easily get by with a single entree with some rice. Nice thing about Agua now is that the entire casino is non-smoking. They have a "cigar bar" close to the gift shop (which you can smell as you go to the elevators to the rooms). But at the food court, it is normal casino air without the smoke. Which is very nice. Jade Asian Cuisine is located in the Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage casino's food court. I ordered an egg drop soup, salt and pepper calamari, and drunken noodles. The egg drop was almost cold and didn't taste very good. The salt and pepper calamari was not crunchy at all despite being breaded. The drunken noodles were ok, the chicken in it was good. I decided to try Jade Asian Cuisine after a quick card game of Poker. Jade is located inside the Agua Resort And Spa Casino at the food court. You go up to the counter and order your food, you will get your receipt with a number on it, then you sit down till they call you. I ordered ox tail soup, dancing crispy beef, and mochi for dessert. The ox tail soup here is very good. The meat falls off the bone and the soup broth is on point. The Dancing Crispy Beef in my opinion is not edible at all. It's deep fried beef but it looks and taste like beef jerky and salty as heck. After the first bite, that was it. I tossed it in the el gah bage. (Garbage in French) LOL. Don't order it, you have been warned. It was suggested by the clerk and it hit me...that's how important it is to Yelp so the next person can be aware of it. So this is an Asian fast food joint inside of a casino. The set up is very mall-food-court. However, if it's flavor, comfort, and happiness that you desire, order a bowl of soup, sit down then, and savor excellence! The broth is hearty and rich. The vegetables are abundant- celery, water chestnuts, carrots, and bean sprouts galore. There was half a roast full of pork slices and 6 large stuffed wontons in the mix. This soup was do good that I abandoned my manners and tilted the bowl to my lips and drained the bottom. I was getting every last drop of goodness. Reccomend! read more

They are located on the 1st floor kind of towards the rear by the theatre at Agua Caliente. It was late and I needed to drive back to Palm Springs and I saw Oxtail soup! Yes! Taking a scan at the menu I liked the Asian Variety. Filipino / Hawaiian, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese are present on the menu. For desserts they got red bean mochi and jackfruit lumpia. I've never had Pineapple lumpia. That's interesting. Veggie and Chicken egg roll sounds good too. I needed to get some dinner to go so I just went with the Oxtail soup although I wanted more. I like their location within the casino it's a bit tucked away and off to the side. So the huge crowd I was in just walked by. No line when I walked up which was fab. Glad they were still open. I decided to try this place while spending the night at their hotel. I ordered the basil chicken with white rice and a Thai ice tea. It's obvious this place has bad customer service. I get my order to go. I asked the guy if the white rice was in the bag. I get to my room of course, I only get the basil chicken and Thai tea with no white rice. Lying to your customers is so bad. I'm not going back down to get the white rice. I just won't bother to ever go this place again while staying here. Won $4,665 here and playing & staying at Morongo tomorrow. read more

Saturday, Jan 29, 2022. Arrived around 6pm. Party of 2. I understand the challenges of running a business on a busy Saturday night. With the Carol Burnett show at 8, things were jumping. We arrived early: to eat, play slots and see the show. We ordered dinners at Jade. Mongolian Beef, (specified NOT SPICY when asked!), Orange Chicken, Thai Iced Tea and a Coke. It took over 20 minutes, while enduring the extremely loud dj music and over the top announcements that food was ready for others. Trying to find a table. People killing time at tables, not eating, not wearing masks. Drinking free bottled water. Got our food finally, and mine was covered in Sesame Seeds. Unfortunately I neglected to ASK if there were any seeds. I cannot ingest seeds or nuts due to recurring diverticulitis. We returned my meal and apologized while asking if we could have it re-made without seeds. Quickly the replacement was ready. One bite and my mouth was ON FIRE. Look at all the chili flakes and chili peppers in there!!! This is where the fun really begins. The manager told me it only comes one way. You can't get it non spicy. WE WERE ASKED WHEN ORDERING SPICY OR NON SPICY! Specifically said NON SPICY with a smile and a laugh.... And at this point we didn't have the receipt because THEY TAKE IT FROM YOU when you get your food. WHY? I went back and forth, over the loud music and announcements, with masks on, why I can't eat seeds. Is it an allergy? Do you not like seeds?? I took off my mask and explained that seeds get caught in my intestines and get infected and its called DIVERTICULITIS. She goes and talks to the chef, comes back and says its not safe if you have allergy because it has sesame OIL too, I said its not an allergy, it's a digestive problem. While this is happening, I see a dish go past me that LOOKS LIKE MONGOLIAN BEEF, NO SEEDS and NO CHILIS. (sure looked like MY dinner plate). Manager says something to me that I cannot hear, and hands me a dish of Orange Chicken saying "This is better for you". WHAT????? I'm 65 years old and have been eating Chinese food since I was a BABY. I sat down and figured it was better than nothing. We went to the table that got MY REPLACEMENT MEAL, and asked the man, did you order NOT SPICY, and he SAID YES. UNBELIEVABLE. NOT SPICY. (and no sesame seeds). I have NEVER had such a miserable experience. By the way, The online menu (as well as the menu at the counter), does not specify that this dish is spicy. WHY? For the fast food, food court style restaurant, it is pretty good. I've had the wonton soup, beef, honey walnut shrimp and the pad Thai. All good choices. Though I've noticed that walnut shrimp have been different portions or perhaps the shrimps are different sizes. Usually pretty good speed in getting the food. Expensive without any resort credits. Shrimp or Beef for 14, pad Thai for 13-14 and wonton soup 13-14. Quick service to get something of Asian taste to eat. read more

The water cup they would give you is enough for 3 sips. very small. The menu is very limited while their prices are still on the high side. I recently ate food from Jade. I had the lemongrass chicken and the oxtail soup. I did not like the lemongrass chicken because the chicken was extremely dry. Do not appear that it was freshly cooked. The oxtails soup was just okay. The oxtails were not tender even though there was a fair amount of oxtails in the soup and the soup needed more seasoning. If the oxtails were cooked to tender and with more seasoning the soup would be great. Too Pricecy for the food not to be on point. read more

We ordered Lo Mein, Chow Fun and Drunken Noodles. It was so salty and the food came out so unpresentable . It was so bad that I couldn't take another bite. The cashier said the cook is new and another cook premixed the sauce. I would never ever going to eat there again. I've wasted my money for such terrible food.
